Was shown to my room and had everything explained, even showed me how to open the windows as they were not your standard open and close. Room clean and homely. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean. Anne (10/5): Quality, luxury and friendliness in Builth Wells - The stay here was amazing. I received a lovely welcome from the new owners Sian and Eifion. The room was beautiful with a view of the fields and river Wye. There was a complimentary tea and coffee tray. With a variety of different coffees, herbal tea and the tea bags in a jar. Not the mandatory two or three and one or two milks. It also included a teapot. The quality of bedding, towels and pillows were extremely comfortable. I had a delicious breakfast this morning, with homemade strawberry yoghurt included. The main breakfast was delightful with back bacon you needed to cut through, I have never had such quality, not even in the top branded hotels. It was way beyond my expectations. I would definitely stay there again.

The hosts couldn’t do enough for us and had a welth of knowledge about the local,area, from suggestions of things to do to the best places to eat in town. They accommodated our dietary needs brilliantly and the breakfast room was lovely too. Despite the weather we had a lovely stay and the property is in a great position both for local visits and the town itself. Highly recommended!

Nothing is ever too much hassle, and they truly try to make your stay amazing. From comfort, cleanliness, amazing breakfast, to even becoming a travel information desk with advice on what to do and where to go to make the most of your stay. Would advise anyone to stay here. Me and my partner felt completely relaxed, safe and at home. We will most definitely be back! X

Jean-Noel (10/5): A lovely guest house - Bromwye Guest House is well situated in Builth Wells. From the house, you walk straight into a park and can walk along the river Wye or walk into town. The welcome was friendly. The room was fine with all we needed and very clean. Breakfast was excellent!

Bed comfy, touch activated bedside lights. Generous assortment of tea, coffee etc. En-suite very clean with nice loo paper! Very generous with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was a lovely choice of cereal/ yoghurt /fruit and a delicious cooked English. I had scrambled eggs on toast tasty, beautifully cooked and presented. Hosts were very considerate. Would enjoy another stay.

Mark (10/5): Lovely clean B&B in Builth Wells - Situated within easy walking distance of all facilities in Builth Wells this B&B offers lovely clean facilities. The owners are friendly and with an attentive eye for detail mean that a lot of care and thought has gone into to making the stay comfortable and pleasant. Stayed a couple of times now and would recommend to people.

nick (10/5): Excellent B&B in a great location - This is the second time we have stayed at Bronwye, though ownership changed between our visits. We were very happy the first time we stayed, the new owners have maintained the high standards. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is a real highlight. The full English (Welsh?) breakfast is available if you want (and is highly recommended), but there is also a selection of fresh fruit and homemade yogurt as well as juices and cereal. Builth Wells is a great place to base to visit the wonderful area around it.
