• Sam (10/5): Great place at a great price - Great location, price, very clean, good housekeeping staff, fridge in room. Windowless double room was a little small for a week-long stay; could benefit from having coffee makers in the room, not much to complain about
• 99 (8/5): - Low price. Great location. There was an issue with being charged twice but this may have been an automatic error as I had to update my credit card before the stay. The staff, in the shop downstairs, refunded the second payment when I called in to raise the issue.

• Rochelle (5/5): Fine Until the End - The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a mini fridge to store my insulin. There was plenty of space and storage, if you needed it. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The location was walking distance to museums, El Morro, the port, restaurants and bars. I was prepared to rate my stay higher in certain categories. I discovered that I had left a clothing items and a credit card. I called and was told I'd be able to come by between 8 and 4 to pick up the items, which they acknowledged they had. As a small business owner, I would have called/texted the customer to let them know. However, I was grateful the items were there and arranged to pick them up on my last day in PR. When I called, a gentlemen said the office was opening and he would get back to me in an hour. I explained that I'd spoken to someone about the pick up and that today was my last day in PR, and I'd be heading to the airport. He reiterated that he would call me back in a hour. I've been back 4 days and I'm still waiting for the call. The day was Sunday, the 17th.
• Laura (6/5): Mid level stay - The location was very conveniently located, bed was comfy, water pressure in shower was good, and AC worked well. The thin walls. You are on a busy street so street noise is expected through the windows, but I could clearly hear alarms and even phones vibrating in adjacent rooms. I was awoken at 4am from this and couldn't go back to sleep from the neighbors noise level. Additionally, the doors all shut loudly which added another layer of continuous noise. Additionally, the room was not cleaned well. I hope the sheets were changed but I found stray hairs in the bed as well as in the bathroom.

• Joanne (10/5): Perfect stay in Old San Juan - Absolutely perfect location right in the heart of Old San Juan 👌 You can explore the whole of Old San on foot from the property. The property and rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. The roof terrace is fabulous - great views and plenty of furniture. • Rita (7/5): Good for one night to sleep before airport - The temp of the room was perfect for a good night sleep (AC/fan combo). Upon arrival, no toilet paper - staff came by in about 1 hr after reported and was kind, but was not ideal.

• Fernando (3/5): - Sentía que el lugar era seguro, ya que para entrar había que usar una llave y arriba en las habitaciones también, además el personal de limpieza muy amable a pesar de que cuando llegamos encontramos el baño lleno de agua( al parecer de una filtración), independientemente de eso ellos fueron a limpiar La habitación de nosotros específicamente estaba en muy mal estado, desde filtraciones a muebles dañados, pintura desgastada, bombillos quemados, plafones manchados y paredes hasta rota.

• Jörg (9/5): Unterkunft zentral im Herzen von San Juan - Wohnung wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich. Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Check In einfach mit Code und Schlüsselkasten, Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar.

Very right in the centre of Old Town in San Juan and all attractions are very walkable nearby! It could be a little noisy outside (attractions are nearby) but I’ve not encountered any during my 5 days stay.

Been to 131 countries and this is the only hotel that I have to check out as early as 10am. Other countries is 11am earliest. And in the US 12 noon. But here they take advantage of the tourist ..

• Zeynep (9/5): Great location, nice staff and easy access - Location was great, right in the heart of the town. Jewelry store workers and also the housekeepers were really nice! They even offered us to keep our luggages after we checked out. Loved it! There is not as much as to say really, shower water wasn’t really strong lol it was hot water and consistent and all, it just didn’t have a lot of power (if I have to say something bad lol)
• Becky Espinosa (8/5): Cute place - The place itself was nice. The bathroom sink area was very tiny, but we managed. Check-in and out were a breeze and they were willing to hold our luggage for a few extra hours. The biggest down side was the bathroom. Hard to get ready. There was quite a bit of hall noise with doors/ keys etc.

Todo muy bien explicado El Edificio no tiene elevador, me tocó subir al tercer piso con las maletas. Una persona de la tercera edad no puede hospedarse en éste hotel. El agua en la ducha no se puede ajustar y el agua sale muy caliente.
• giulia (9/5): nel bel mezzo di san juan vecchia - la posizione è senza dubbio il punto centrale della stanza, non ha finestre ma comunque ben illuminata. Pulizia top e gestione del check in e check out super. la proprietaria ci ha detto che potevamo parcheggiare lungo la via senza dirci che su giallo e blu si prende la multa. Non essendo del paese non conoscevamo questa cosa quindi abbiamo preso la multa, se lo avesse specificato non avremmo speso 50 dollari.

If you need a place to crash and you’re a go with flow person this place is righ - The location was fantastic for anyone wanting to visit Old San Juan. It was easy to get to and the staff were great about making sure you understand entrance and exit policies. The location is on one of the main streets in Old San Juan so at night it’s noisy until 2/3am with revelers. The bathroom was tight and for a single person fine but more than that would be difficult to navigate. There were plumbing issues and you could tell the bathroom needed a more thorough clean.

• Chantal (8/5): Bel endroit pour séjourner sauf le nombre élevé de marches - Les clés nous attendaient à l'endroit prévu dans le courriel vu notre arrivée après 18h00. Tout était propre, chambre très spacieuse pour ma part qui était solo. Nous étions à 5 minutes à pied du port. Beaucoup d'endroits à visiter, restaurants, magasins, etc. Bien apprécier le fait que nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la bijouterie en bas le jour de notre départ afin d'aller déjeuner sans traîner le tout. Aucun ascenseur. Problème avec mes jambes et beaucoup de marches à monter, en plus des bagages. Une chance qu'un membre de la famille a pris ma valise pour la monter sur l'étage où nos chambres étaient. Je ne suis allée que le dernier matin sur la terrasse pour la vue à cause de cela. Ca devrait être mentionné qu'il y a beaucoup de marches. Je retournerai à cet endroit mais en demandant une chambre où il y a moins de marches à monter.

• Synthia (10/5): It was lovely and worked well for our purposes! - The location in old San Juan was fantastic! The check in process went smoothly. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Our room was quiet. We would stay again if in the area. The price was amazing compared to other places. We were in walking distance to everything lovely about Old San Juan! The bathroom sink was small. The stairs to get up there were a lot with a heavy suitcase (my fault not theirs:)

La salle de lavage et micro-onde à côté de ma chambre #7. À 7h00 du matin, la sonnerie de la laveuse ou sécheuse sonnait.

If these things were changed it would be a great room for 1 person.

It was very loud, but that's what you get for the location we were in. The room was perfectly adequate for what we needed. We were only there one night and left early for the airport, so we spent very little time in the bed, but it seemed fine. For what we paid, everything was great.

• Thília (4/5): Si eres friolero, no es tu lugar. - La amabilidad del personal. Instrucciones claras para el acceso. La ubicación. La habitación limpia y grande. La habitación parecía un congelador. Hacía muchísimo frío y no se podía apagar el AC ya que parecía ser centralizado. No había mantas para taparnos. Lo pasamos mal por el frío. El ruido constante de la calle puede ser muy molesto si tienes el sueño ligero.

• Nathan (1/5): Horrific - location small room, smaller bath, no thermostat, 84 degrees in room, windows to street did not shut letting in heat, fumes, noises from the street until 2AM, started back up at 5AM. So hot in room, slept on top of cover under fan and woke up after 3 hrs. with a sore throat. Mattress so hard had to keep changing positions to keep circulation in legs. No one available at hotel and phone number listed to call was never answered, so unable to change rooms. Detailed the room in email and asked for a refund, received a flippant arrogant response, no refund.
