Guest Reviews
- william (8/5): - Ty
- Leah (4/5): - Property was run down. Even though it was close to the airport it felt a little sketchy. Did not feel real safe.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bed uncomfortable, room looked used up, staff good - The bed and pillows were worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Dirty looking slip cover on couch. Everything looked second hand and used hard. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
- Marion (8/5): Stay after Joe Bonamassa - We just needed a place to sleep after the concert... Our room was clean and for the most part quiet...
- Garry (10/5): - It did it's function
- Little (6/5): - It was quiet and comfortable even though dome things did not work it was still quiet and clean
- Dawn (10/5): - Very friendly people, price was reasonable room was very clean very quite I felt very safe and I really liked the privacy I give it a 10 and I'm recommending it to everyone it was the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in and I will stay at the All Seasons Motel again
- Roger (2/5): - I did not check in. I’m disappointed this location is on your site. This has long term renters. It’s not clean. You should not be recommending this type of business
- GENE (6/5): Just sleep - Cops came twice for a dispute. I think people live here.
Anyway my room was “made” into a room from extra space. It was a good space to sleep. Close to airport and casinos.
- Cesar (10/5): - Very Spacious & Clean
- Verified traveler (6/5): Room ok, bad smelling bed linens - The room was mostly clean. The bathroom was clean, but the bed linens smelled horrible. I wondered if they were even changed before i got there. I arrived very late due to airline delays, and there wasn't any staff available to address the issue.
- Robert (8/5): All Seasons Motel - Not bad for the price. Friendly staff. I'm a little sensitive to chlorine and it had a strong chlorine smell for me.
- Mark (4/5): - I liked the old-school room layout and furnishings.
- Charly (4/5): - wasn't great, just okay
- Jonathan (10/5): - The staff was friendly. The room is spacious. The location is convenient. The place is reasonably clean.
- Keith (10/5): - This was our choice for a night before an early flight, everything was good
I will say the room smelled of smoke (non smoking room) and there was burn marks in the comforter, I didn't affect our stay.
- Keith (6/5): - Friendly service, confusing pricing
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid - Room smelled, no bath towels, electrical conduit on the walls did not appear to be inspected, dark sheets made us wary of uncleanliness, stained comforters, not good overall.
- Lyndi (2/5): Never stay here - The blankets were stained red and brown, sheets felt dirty. TV wouldn’t turn on. We had to go to Walmart and buy blankets to sleep inside. It isn’t worth the money you save to stay here
- Sam (10/5): - good value for a 1 night stay
- Patricia (8/5): - I have anything to say.
- Stefanie (8/5): - The person in neighboring room was loud all night
- Steve (10/5): - Safe
- Michael (10/5): - I found the property to be very clean inside and out the staff and help we're very courtesy very friendly and eager to help it was really easy check in easy check out great parking I can't say enough for this place I advise anybody just looking for a good clean place and safe place to stay stay at the all seasons
- Steve (10/5): - safe
- Steve (10/5): - safe
- Charles (2/5): Not worth any money - The bathroom had food spilled and ant piles covering them, food on the bathroom counter, and cigarette ashes on the floor. Burn holes in the plastic sheets that were very scratchy on the skin. Check in was over phone and manager unfriendly
- Minnie (10/5): Qaint and very comfortable - The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and maintained. The mismatched decor was quaint and cozy.
- Kristen (8/5): - Convenient hotel not far from Spokane Airport. Easy parking, old style motel that you can park in front of your door. Fridge. The beds were comfortable but they were covered in plastic which I found a little strange. Even cheaper hotels that I have stayed in don't have beds covered in plastic. The bedspread was stained and the sheets were old but everything appeared to be clean. Nice staff, but I didn't interact with anyone in person, all on the phone. If you are arriving late make sure you call them and they will give you a code to get into your room. Housekeeping was nice, let me have an extra half hour to check out because I was traveling with my older mother who has difficulty getting moving in the morning. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
- Randy (4/5): - Was not what pictures showed. Noone was there when we got there, had to call a number and the guys said he would be there in 5. He never showed up, some lady let us in a room and didnt ask for id or anything. Just gave us a code to the room. Very old place, walls looked dirty. Only thing was the bed was comfortable. Would not stay there again.
- Robi (6/5): - Monthly tenants
- Brandi (8/5): - Very clean rooms, a lot of space in the rooms, good check-in.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Booo - Whoever operates this place is not person friendly. The place seems to be in a bad area for crime. Person in charge first called me during checkin day to ask when we would be there and other information and then asked the same questions when I got there after I had to wait to get in. Not a good experience and not a friendly person
- Hesa (10/5): - Perfect
- Brandon (2/5): All seasons - Short of a sketchy neighborhood with semi sketchy people around it.
- Ross (8/5): - Well remodeled motel. Place was clean and bed was comfortable.
- Rosanne (10/5): - Our room was comfortable and clean. We received a very good rate compared with other hotels We couldn’t get our TV operating and they sent a person down right away. I expected it to be noisy because it was just off the highway, but it was very quiet. I would stay there again.
- Jake (2/5): - Comforter smelled like stinky feet, toe nail clippings on the bathroom rug.
- JEN AND CHAD (10/5): - Super nice employee. Room was huge and very clean
- Leticia (6/5): - Front desk personnel should be more friendly and give better communication
- Leticia (6/5): - Sheets on the bed were dirty and they smell like pee
- Kelly (6/5): -
f u n
- Kesha (10/5): - Great value. Not too far from airport. Quite convenient. Would stay again!
- Kathleen (6/5): - There was som issues with the check in time.
- Jason (8/5): - Remodeled and very nice. Owners putting a lot work.
- Habimana (10/5): - Would definitely go back to this place kind reminds me that am at home
- karla (2/5): - Bed covers were stained. No outlets near bed. Lighting very poor.
- Ryan (8/5): - The room was affordable and clean. The staff accommodated my need to park there during my trip for a minimal amount. Pleasant people.
- Walter (6/5): - Good service for the price. Staff was friendly and accommodating
- Verified traveler (4/5): Just Don't - Do not stay here unless absolutely necessary! Staff was kind enough but the room was terrible. Carpet was SOAKING WET, bed spreads had big burn holes and stains, mattress had plastic wrap them, and BLACK Fuzz- Dirt covered the bathroom counter and towels.
- Melissa (2/5): 0/5 stars, avoid - This is a roach motel. You’ve got screaming trailer trash on one side and baby mama drama on the other side. And you’ll know all about it because the paper thin walls mean you’ll hear drug deal happening 3 rooms down.
And don’t plan on showering. While the shower and toilet were clean, the water barely gets above freezing. Speaking of freezing, be prepared for the room temp to match the outside temp. I’m not sure if it was the complete lack of trim and insulation around the door (seriously, there was enough light coming in under the door charge a solar panel) or that the motel lacks an HVAC system.
If you’re good all the above, by all means stay at this establishment. If you want quiet, heat, a door that keeps out animals larger than a cat and hot water to shower in, try another location.
- Doris (2/5): Scary: - The office door was locked and when they let me in they were friendly, and I was given the room directly behind the office. The room was dusty, and the bathroom sink felt gritty. I changed my clothes, went to my function, came back and decided to drive home rather than stay. My family called to check on me, and the owners did give out my room number - so how safe is that? Good luck
- Patrick (2/5): - The first moment we entered our room we were struck by the odor of smoke and other unpleasantness. We asked to be changed to a non-smoking room and were told they all were theoretically "non-smoking" but that they all had this seem odor. Because we were concerned about the questionable cleanliness of the room we checked under the mattress and discovered a glass object that appeared to be a pipe wedged between the mattress and box springs. We left early and informed the owner what we found. He questiioned why we had checked under the mattress and we said we were concerned about bed bugs given the apparent uncleanliness of the room He said "well, it's a motel." No apology or embarassment over what appeared to be paraphenalia hidden under the mattress. This was the worst stay ever.
- Hector (2/5): - My wife was scared away by the looks of the property and people hanging around outside. I really think the add and picture on your page is misleading. The owner also called me during the day to see how many people were coming and what time. He claimed there were times when no attendant was on sight.
- Richard (2/5): - On check in no one at the front desk. Required to pay up front, not at check out. On or online reservation we listed 3 people as staying two nights, at check in told the clerk there was 3 people in our party. Once at the room we only had 2 sets of bathroom towels and and only two of everything needed for our 2 night stay. Coffee cups and coffee drinking cups. TV was difficult to use as instructed. 2nd day no one came in to change our towles aor empty trash baskets.
- William (6/5): - The bed did not have clean sheets
- Don (4/5): - The owner was grumpy and rude. The staff was the opposite trying to overcome the owner's lack of civility. Down and out persons lurking around making a guest feel unsafe. Exhaust fan in the bathroom shrieked! Only its location is a real positive as well as the price.
- Zach (10/5): - Room was clean and staff was friendly. Great room for the price
- Robin (8/5): Economical and clean - Perfect for price and location. Needs new pillows
- John (6/5): - So between Expedia's terrible service & the oener's frustration, I somehow got charged twice. I'm thoroughly annoyed because the room was definitely not worth twice the price.
- WILLIS (4/5): - No bed lamps no wake up calls
- Andy (4/5): - There was a gap under the front door that a limbo champion wouldn't even consider a challenge, the curtains blocked about as much light as grandma's 1950's bathroom curtains, and I didn't even know they made 1/2" thick pillows.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Good price.
- Nick (10/5): - It's an oler motel, but really well kept and it was just a nice stay.
- Tamara (4/5): - The manager was rude, uncooperative, would have left me
Standing on the sidewalk like a prostitute. The office was kept locked. Couldn't get out of the sun. Everytime I called with a question, he was busy and would hang up on me He sent a maid
To ready a room. It was a great room and enjoyed seeing my
Brother. Loved the area.
- Gary (4/5): - VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH US WHEN WE WOKE UP LATE BUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
- William (8/5): - Just what we wanted a clean room for the night.
- Kevin (8/5): Good - It's was good
- Loretta (10/5): - Our stay was great. We were only a 2 mile drive from our concert.
- Cheryl (6/5): - Was convenient in location. Big room. Our room was next to the office which rarely had anyone in but when they were the back door was continually slammed. Office was not very personable. Had to call the phone number to check in and check out. The bed was very used and extremely un comfortable. The maintenance man was in room when we checked in the maintenance worki g on the tub/shower.
- Donald (2/5): - We booked a single king room, got a very small room with 2 queen beds. There were instructions to not move any furniture but the couch and table had to be moved to access one of the beds. The other bed was unusable since the sheets were dirty. There were no reading lamps, the hour phone was on the back of the couch, and the couch had a slip cover but no cushions. It was apparent that most tenants either lived there or were visiting inmates at the local correction facility. Though we had booked 2 nights there, we moved elsewhere after the first night.
- Brittany (6/5): One night stop over for sure. - A little dated - cigarette burns in our sheets
- Tim (10/5): On point and always improving - Best stay if you need a place anywhere around Spokane Valley. Good size rooms, service on point and peaceful area.
Spent over 3 weeks at All Seasons while in town for business and management made it carefree and convenient.
Will certainly make it my go to accommodation next time I’m in town.
Thanks All Seasons
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The bed was way too firm, may as well of slept on the floor.
Way too much noise in the parking lot all night. Did’t get any sleep.
- Kelli (10/5): - Pretty decent for the $ we spent
- Kay (8/5): A great little motel and great price - We loved this little motel. It was absolutely clean and the only reason I didn't rate it 100% is that they didn't put anything between the plastic on the bed and the sheet. I actually put a towel in-between and it was ok. It had a very nice fridge and micro. Small TV but lots of channels. Overall we definitely will stay there again.
- Russ (10/5): Excellent - My stay was comfortable for the short time i was there. I had to work graveyard i rented the room mostly so my girlfriend would have a cool comfortable place to relax and get out of the heat.
- DARRELL (6/5): - Price was ok. Motel is very old. No hairdryer. Soap very small. Like an old motel 6. Room was a decent size and it did provide internet
- Tamara (8/5): - The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Its close to restaurants and shopping. IF you don,t need pool or weight rooms this is a good place to stay
- Thomas (6/5): - Ok for a quick stay - nothing exciting.
- Susan Marie (8/5): - There was no one in the office but there was a sign with a phone number to call. He was there in just a couple of minutes. Our only complaint is that the bed was so hard and the pillows were almost like not having a pillow. The room was very clean and nice.
- Simon (10/5): - Good value. Wi-Fi a bit spotty.
- James (8/5): Check in/out now. - Check in went better than check out. Love the pet friendly policy.
- Deborah (10/5): - Very clean! Older motel but has been updated to a very cute room. Would stay again. Very reasonably priced compared to the chain motels.
- lisa (8/5): - Convenient to load/unload at the door and get to town on the hwy
- Verified traveler (8/5): A good night's sleep - The unit was very clean and we had a comfortable night's sleep. It was nothing special but we had all we needed.
- Ronda (6/5): - Very dated hotel but it was clean
- Amy (6/5): - Don't walk outside and look up at the security camera or they will call you. (11 at night) asking if they can "charge the card"? what kinda bull?
- Kevin (8/5): - This is an older motel and we got what we paid for. Everything was clean. The building was old and there was light under the door. Would be drafty in the winter. There was very little road noise due to how the building was situated in relation to the road.
- Walter (8/5): - The room was clean and had a nice coffee maker that made more than one cup at a time. Nothing was bad, but I had several things that bugged me. There were no extra towel hangers or hooks for a shaving bag. No counterspace in bathroom. The shower was very nice but water temp was only just past warm, not hot. There were no tissues in the room. The biggest drawback was lack of plug-ins by the bed for CPAP machine. I've stayed here before and I will go back. It's close to the casino and VIP's for a great breakfast.
- nancy (8/5): - The place was clean and the staff was nice
- Kenny (8/5): Decent stay - It is a comfortable room, it is definately an older hotel with some recent remodel work. It is a nice room with a bed at a decent price. Not the Ritz, but a good place to lay your head at night.
- Justin (8/5): - It was not my 1st choice, but was recommended for my situation, still became inconvenient due to location. But for an overnight very firm bed and roof, it's a place to crash for a Bill on a Friday.
- Hugh M (6/5): - I felt that my stay was an inconvenience to the desk clerk.
- TONYA JL (8/5): - It was well cleaned
- Ronanda (10/5): - Clean. Updated. Safe. Friendly. Affordable. Convenient.
- Clinton (10/5): - Close to everything
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Stuck in a room right next to the office. And credit card machine want working.
- Kit (8/5): - Plain but clean
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Definitely a place I would not recommend or stay again. Forget plugging anything in, 1 plug useable that was no where near anything, 1 in bathroom burned. TV connection doesn't work. Call for assistance and get "not available at this time" for 2 hours.
