- Vernie (4/5): Never again! - Continental breakfast was ok. Room appeared to be in the middle of a remodel. Poor caulking job . Blobs of caulk in the sink. Windows blinds did not completely cover the window. Table was dirty. Floor needed to be swept. Not sure if the bathtub was suppsed to be yellow or orange...
- George (10/5): All good - All good Nothing

- Alex (10/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
- Gerald (8/5): -
- Ron (8/5): - Location good. Nothing fancy. Did the job. Staff was good. Its not the palace but for me, it was just fine
- Terry (8/5): - Greeted at reception with a smile and genuine help as regards to eating etc locally. A warm smile after a long journey is always an indication of a good establishment.
- Leonardo (8/5): - For what we paid it was fine
- Plucas (4/5): - The Price was very cometitive. The location was close to where my event was taking place. I understand that the hotel was just bought and they are making renovations. In the shower it looked like it may have been mold and the toilet paper holder was missing the tube to hold the paper.
- Cynthia (10/5): - Manager very accommodating
- Laura (4/5): - Bathroom door did not close properly. Language barrier with front desk clerk. Strong odor upon entering room. Constant drip in shower. Grime on floor bathroom. Unstable commode. Ice machine area was unclean.
- Michael (6/5): - Standing in water while showering and hot and cold was temperamental
- David (2/5): - The room was infested with bed bugs. Worst sleep in my whole trip. Blood spots on the sheets in the morning from the bites.
- Mark (10/5): - Outstanding check-in
No complaints
- Michael (2/5): - There was a stain on the comforter that turned out to be feces!
- Carolyn (2/5): Definitely Would Not Stay Here Again! - This room was not even not so good, it was worse. Dirty gritty floors, bathroom was disgusting. Definitely needs to be renovated. Television did not work at all. Booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first night as the room was not acceptable to us. We stay at mom and pop places so we are not very particular to begin with. Would not refund for the second and third nights. Overcharged on the pet fee that was stated on Hotels.com and would not make it right. If you book through Hotels.com don’t expect them to do anything for you if there is an issue with the room. The hotel manager is very friendly but don’t expect him to do anything either for you either, other than make excuses why he can’t give you a refund even though the room was available to rebook which he did as the hotel was full Saturday night. If you don’t care about dirt, amenities which aren’t available and they cheat you on published prices, you will love this place. Thanks Faheem for nothing!
- Primo (10/5): - Professional service rooms are very immaculate, and it's in the perfect spot accessible to everything you need. Thank you.
- Joan (9/5): - Location and staff pleasantness Shelves dusty in bathroom
No roller in holder for toilet paper
- Katie (4/5): I do not think I would stay here again. - The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They also were very helpful when needed. The sheets were very soft. The bed was held up by a rock. The bathroom was disgusting it had like brown stuff in the corner of the bathroom that went all the way up the wall. There was no hot water. The A/C was not working and the floor was extremely sticky. There were people yelling outside all night. They allow dogs, but there was no where to walk the dogs to use the restroom and everything was concrete near by.
- Cheryl (6/5): Sufficed a short term stay but not a restful night - Rate and location Very noisy - people walking overhead - people talking outside room
- Sandra M. (10/5): - Great quiet place. Office staff treated us well and was very attentive in the morning during breakfast. I definitely recommend this Econo Lodge location.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Most Uncomfortable Stay - The door wouldn’t lock unless you slammed it so hard the window shook. The towels were old, torn, and stained. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. The floor slanted and felt like I was going to fall every time I walked to the restroom. We stayed for 2 nights and our room didn’t get fresh towels, toilet paper, or any kind of room service.
- Tracy (5/5): - The location was great and the staff was friendly. The bathroom tub didn't have a drain stop. The bathroom itself needs remodeled and upgraded. Sink has stains where water has dropped over time. In addition, the pillow cases didn't look clean.
- John (10/5): -
- Eicher (8/5): -
- Laura (9/5): - Easy to get to and I liked being right next to a decent restaurant as well. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet despite having a lot of guests. Breakfast could be better. There was no yogurt or protein option, but I did like the waffles.
- Jessica (6/5): Fair - Very friendly staff. First room the toilet was leaking but we got another room. Fairly comfy bed and clean but the bathrooms are in desperate need of updating
- Joni (10/5): - Bed was super comfortable
Hotel has been upgraded but there were some places, especially in the bathrooms, that needed a bit more attention.
- Stephen (7/5): -
- Victoria (4/5): - The bathroom was disgusting, the carpet was dirty, the walls were grossly stained, and the bedding was ripped.
- Naomi (6/5): - I like the staff but the rooms had a lot of cool things that you use on a daily basis but they were really dirty. The toilets were disgusting. Yellow inside the toilet toilet bowl and the coffee maker had coffee from the last person still in it and the floors were dirty
- Jessica (9/5): - Location
- Reeves (8/5): -
- Jason (6/5): - WiFi was not very reliable
- Andrew (9/5): -
- Tcorbin15 (2/5): - BED BUGS - INFESTED -see pics.
Showed owner bugs & all my bites. FID NOTHING BUT CHARGE ME. Went to emergency room so many bites & alergic reaction. Reported to health dept it is so bad. This place is beyond filthy.
- Lylia (8/5): - I did not like the $25 CASH only pet fee that was not disclosed when booking the room through Expedia! That fee should be disclosed when booking!
- Olivia (4/5): Disappointing - Outlets didn’t work
- Sue Ann (6/5): -
They had promised us a ground floor room but couldn't provide one.
- Royce (8/5): - It was good
- Pioneer268335 (2/5): Cancels reservations with NO notice - Can my review be a 0? Traveled all the way from GA to Springerville/Eager area; made reservations for two rooms, 2 MONTHS in advance. Traveled 1500 miles and they had canceled our reservations with no notice, call or heads up…. Nothing. Because it was July 4 weekend, everything was booked and they had 1 suite they they raised the price to $235!! Also put a hold on our credit card for said “reservation “ and won’t receive money back for 7/10 days. Save your time and money and don’t bother with this motel.
- JESSE (10/5): Price friendly! - Clean room, friendly atmosphere, and great price!
Pet friendly as well!
- Mico (9/5): Superb - Oversized room near White Mnt. activities. Breakfast could be improved upon and a small couch instead of the second table and chair would be better.
- Douglas (10/5): - Comfortable
- Randy (8/5): Very good - No curtain for the windows! We had to remove the blanket from the bed to cover the window!
- John (6/5): - Everything is old and beat up.
- Jill (10/5): - Very friendly and super convenient!
- Gonzalez (5/5): Passable -
- James (10/5): - Our room was very clean and the people were great. There is also a restaurant in the same parking lot.
- Dr. (7/5): Good -
- Phyllis (9/5): Superb -
- Melanie (1/5): I stayed long enough to take one look around and it was not to my standards of clean - I did. Not like anything The scent of lavender fabuloso hit me as I entered the room. It was over powering & it made me instantly nauseous. The room had dog food, hair, and dirt on the floor. There was also part of a grapevine left on the bed. The bathroom dry wall, baseboards, and caulking were poorly done & unfinished. They were filthy. To the left of the toilet paper roll appeared to be blood splatter. I spoke to the clerk & she said she could t refund my money because I used a 3rd party agent.
- kent (2/5): - Had a prepaid reservation for 3 nights. Travel plans changed and I missed the first night. Showed up on the second night and was told that they were sold out and had no rooms. I told them I had already been charged for the room. They found a room for me, and when I went to the room it was under construction with tools and molding laying on the beds and masking for paint. I went back to the front desk and they found me a different room. When I went to go in that room, a dog from inside the room starting to bark. They had given me a room that was already occupied. At that point I told the clerk at the desk that I expected a refund for the additional 2 nights.
- Briana (2/5): - Toilet didn’t flush, bath tub retained water, water had a funny smell
- Francesca (1/5): Bad -
- Robert (8/5): Pleasant surprise in Springerville - We are a group of six friends and brothers on a motorcycle tour of the Southwest. We picked this motel based on price, but we were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property. It's in good shape. Everything worked. And the rooms were very clean. There was a good restaurant right across the parking lot. We recommend this property wholeheartedly.
- Sharon (7/5): Good - Breakfast and staff were great Old toilet.Room was dark. Sink did not drain. Washcloths were gray not white
- Shirleen (1/5): Bad - I give it a 1 😡Due to the owner giving away our reservation. Even thou I tried telling him I made the reservation. Instead he told me my card was declined which it wasn't. He tried giving me another room with a higher price and just 1 king bed. Giving away our reservation to another customer.
- Brayden (10/5): - Great
- Garrett (2/5): - Checked in and had an issue from the very beginning. Went to the room and had to turn the water on for the toilet and the sink because it was turned off at the valve. Beds are super uncomfortable. Had to check out early and the manager would not allow me to do so and charged my card for the full stay. Would not work with the hotels.com service either
- Richelle (6/5): - We were first placed in a room that had not been cleaned from the previous night. We then were given a pet room that looks like it had not been used for a while
- Tyler (6/5): - Beds were extremely hard on the king bed
- Janice (2/5): - I booked this hotel on Expedia. When I got to the office to check in, the clerk told me my room was no longer available and that I would have to pay to upgrade to a different room. The new room was one that was listed on Expedia for the same price. When I questioned this, the clerk told me he no longer had any rooms available and he wouldn’t rent anything to me. I got a refund and had to find another hotel. My husband and I are senior citizens so this was hard for us. This kind of practice is bait and switch. It should be illegal.
- EileenR691 (6/5): Helpful host - Samara was a most helpful front desk clerk. She realized that I had difficulty walking and changed my room from the 2nd to the 1st floor.
The room was small but clean and adequate and the bed was comfortable.
There was plenty of easy to access parking space and it was adjacent to a restaurant.
- Tara-alexandra (2/5): Very poor - The room had a strong chemical smell from cleaning products.
- Eicher (10/5): Exceptional - It was actually a great value! Even had a free breakfast!
- Marvin (10/5): Exceptional - Good Place
- Virginia (6/5): - For the money the hotel was ok. It lacked amenities
- Barry (9/5): Superb -
- Victor (8/5): Fun - Friendly staff and a quiet location The breakfast
- Fawn (6/5): - Had to mop the floor before I could get out of the shower or undressed the floor and that room was disgusting
- Roy (10/5): - Very nice staff was very friendly room was clean and nice
- Cepeda (2/5): Mediocre - Location was good for my work location. My room key stopped working after the first night. Reason I was dissatisfied was because I had some luggage to carry to my room upstairs and had to carry all my stuff to the front office. After a hard day at work this is not what I needed.
- Kathleen (6/5): - For the price it was clean and service was good and was pet friendly. However, the facilities are very dated and someone should look into how to remove rust and stains from bathroom surfaces and counter tops. There were other issues such as a bad door, it was rotted on the bottom and would not close properly. The door between adjoining rooms had atleast an inch space to the floor did not feel very comfortable. And someone did try to make repairs with calking in bathroom but the should be taught how to do it correctly was a mess.
- Z2504VAmichaelt (10/5): Exceptional Hotel! Muhammad is outstanding and displays strong dedication to guest satisfaction, we were very happy!! - Exceptional Hotel! We loved the central location and BEAUTIFUL LOBBY and glass like tile floors! The Assistant Hotel Manger Muhammad was outstanding and displayed strong dedication to guest satisfaction, we were very happy!! Muhammad checked us in quickly and showed us to our room. His positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious, he was dressed amazingly and wore very expensive clothes and he smelled great too! He looks like a magazine model. Muhammad made sure our stay was comfortable and even poured us a cup of cold yummy yogurt. Muhammad reserved us a beautiful suite on the bottom floor nextdoor to the Safire restaurant. Our room was lovely and large and clean with nice grey towels with matching soft grey washcloths. Even the bath mat matched the lovely grey color. Some were light grey, others were dark grey. The bed was cozy and warm and we slept very well. Excellent hot water pressure!
Excellent restaurant next door with great food, easy 2 minute walk.
We will definitely be returning and we are impressed by the excellent hotel guest relations experience and service from Muhammad, he is a outstanding Assistant Hotel Generator Manager and he knows how to run a great hotel and does it amazingly well, my husband was impressed at Muhammads skills and how sharp and quick Muhammad and is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about the hotel business and guest services.
Must check out the Hotel front lobby! You will be impressed! Especially the shiny beautiful spotless tiled floor! And get a waffle or 2, it's worth it!
- Hector (2/5): - Iiii
- Daniel (8/5): - The staff was friendly and professional.
- ronaldaC7463WV (10/5): The best hotel I've been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities. - Very comfortable beds with brand new soft white sheets and brand new white towels!
Quick AA++ great service from Assistant General Manager, Muhammad. His skills far surpass of other hotel staff we have encountered at other 3 star hotels.
We arrived very late in evening and Muhammad already had our registration paperwork and our room key ready for us upon arrival. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were clean and smelled refreshing, with elegant décor. Muhammad went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Muhammad assisted us with our luggage and made my husband and I hot tea in the lobby, He knows how to run a hotel, very impressive! We even noticed him folding laundry and sweeping the outside lobby! Hotel overall was very clean especially the lobby! Absolutely gorgeous and the beautiful glossy floors! WOW! Breakfast in the lobby was delicious with fresh baked waffles.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Springerville.
- Re (9/5): Very nice clean motel - Ok for what it was Needs more variety
- S1984KTangelas (10/5): Above and Beyond Service and exceptional customer service! Highly satisfied and Muhammad was wonderful! - My husband and I stayed at Econolodge Springerville last week and we had a wonderful stay. Muhammad checked us in and he was fantastic. Muhammad was so nice! He was quick and professional checking us in Muhammad is very good looking and easy on the eyes, and he smelled phenomenal. He took the time to show us several rooms that were available and gave us a tour of each room. We chose a room on the bottom floor and the room was very clean and comfortable. Muhammad was excellent and his service was exceptional. He was dressed very nicely and Muhammad smelled amazing! His cologne was very nice! I've never smelled a cologne like that and he smelled very exotic and I could tell it was a very expensive cologne. It smelled of Arabian scent Muhammad smelled incredible, I wanted to follow him around everywhere, lol.... Muhammad was very professional and even mentioned about all the food and hot coffee for breakfast. Muhammad took the time to show us how to use the waffle maker and yogurt machine and there were plenty of bagels and orange juice. My husband enjoyed talking to Muhammad and he made us feel welcomed. Overall our stay was great and thank you Muhammad for making our stay enjoyable.
- Candice (2/5): It was really uncomfortable - The staff. They where great The heater kept going out and it was really cold.
- Esquibel (1/5): Bad - I never got to stay there because no one was there when I arrived. While traveling to springerville along hwy 40 there was a major traffic accident and all car had to be detoured. This happened around 7pm. I tried calling the hotel that I would be delayed but, no one answered the phone. I called at least 10 times. NO Answer! Called 7pm , 8pm and 9pm.
By the time I arrived (11pm)at the Econo Lodge no one was there.! It was snowing and no staff. I was very upset and had to get another room at another hotel. The next day spoke with the Econo Manager
About the whole situation that happened and he apologized. However no refund was made. Therefore I'm out $50.00 . I don't recommend this future guest. Gilbert
- Felisha (10/5): Exceptional - Checking in was quick and easy. They had everything ready. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The blinds were broken so the light was bright..
- Eric (8/5): - Small town motel. A little old but well taken care of for it's age. Clean and quiet.
- Jerry (8/5): Very good -
- Christina (10/5): - Great property and was very pet friendly
- Roberta (6/5): - There was a restaurant/bar next to the property which was convenient but seemed to generate a lot of traffic noise
- Garrett (5/5): Passable -
- Reese (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (4/5): - I get that this is Econo Lodge, so I shouldn't expect a whole lot, but I do expect the outlets in my room to work. I had one outlet (two plugs) in the entire room that worked, the rest were all dead. So not only could I not plug much in, but only one lamp in the entire room would work because of this. And in order do things like brew coffee, I had to unplug other things. I could only run two things at once. This combined with the uncaring attitude of the staff kind of wrecked the whole experience.
- Pettis (2/5): Piss poor fire everyone. - I enjoyed checking out and leaving. Having to stay for my 2 nights.
