The hotel offered great hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a very relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. One of the best parts of our stay was the beautiful Taj View room — waking up to the stunning view of the Taj Mahal was truly special. The room was spacious and luxurious, and relaxing in the bathtub after a long day made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety and excellent service. A special mention for chef Arvind and Ravi for making such delicious meals. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel team for making our son’s birthday extra special by upgrading our room. Their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality made our celebration memorable and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely love to visit again!

From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless, elegant, and thoroughly professional. The hotel is exceptionally well-located, with everything within easy reach — and the Taj Mahal view was simply breathtaking. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards the property upholds. The food was absolutely delicious and served impeccably throughout our stay. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire kitchen team for their dedication and hard work, particularly during this challenging period with the ongoing LPG issues. A special mention to Ravi, Arvind, Shyam, Pawan, Rashid, and Afman — your commitment to delivering outstanding meals despite the difficulties did not go unnoticed. Kudos to each one of you! We had specified it was celebration of our sons birthday - yet there was nothing - fine accepted but when I went down to ask where I could buy a small Pastry they just didn't seem interested . Very disappointed in the casual approach .not Radisson at all.

I got a free room upgrade because they had availability, so I could see the Taj Mahal from my room, a bonus. Room was big, clean, had all the amenities needed and expected. Breakfast was varied, lots of options for Western and Indian cuisine. Location is fairly close to Taj Mahal, it took me about 10minutes early morning to get there by car. This is the hotel to book in Agra! No complaints

Front desk people help me with a smooth check in and good walk till room telling me everything about property and breakfast timings. Housekeeping was very prompt by 1 call as I requested them to put on the extra bed in the room so they were quick and with a big smile on face to help me with. Good advance and clean room well maintained rooms. Value for money deal and good package recommendation via Radisson App. 0 noise coming from outside, inside the room. Proper amenities were placed inside the room and washroom and if anything required so Housekeeping was there to help instantly. Thank You Radisson Agra for the best service.

The bathroom was a bit outdated, but everything else was fine. Breakfast was decent, though for a 5-star hotel, I expected a bit more variety (such as dragon fruit, pineapple, avocado, or Nutella with pancakes). Still, for a 3-night stay, there were enough options to choose from There was a strange smell in the lobby, but it wasn’t present in the hallways, rooms, or even the elevator, so it wasn’t a major issue.

• Victoria (8/5): A decent 4 star hotel, but not a 5 if that’s what you’re expecting - Good location, you can see the Taj Mahal from your room window if you’re on the right side of the hotel. Really comfy bed, this hotel is better than then one in Jaipur! Breakfast was terrible, food in the restaurant was over priced, and I got terrible food poisoning from it, which ruined the next 24 hours of our trip.
• castigergirl (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Had a lovely 2 nights here with my son. Had a small issue at check in (problem with the tour operators booking) this was very quickly sorted out by reception staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We had the best 2 nights sleep in the bed. We stayed in room 527 and would not want this particular room again as it is directly under the pool which is in use until late at night, making a lot of noise in the room. The bathroom was large with toiletries provided. Tea/coffee/water are all provided and there is also a minibar. We ate at Henrys pub in the hotel and there was a good selection of reasonable priced food, huge portions! Breakfast had a good range of options. The rooftop area is nice to sit and have a drink or food with views of the Taj Mahal.

Easy check in/out Rooftop pool area messy & stank - there must have been a function during the night & a clean up was still taking place. Ran out of hand wash, body/hand moisturizer after using once. We only got to spend 6 hrs at hotel (late arrival, early morning visit to TMuhal) so wasn’t great value for money.

• Trail10368731238 (2/5): Disappointing Experience at Radisson Hotel Agra. - I have stayed at numerous 5-star hotels and resorts, but my recent stay at Radisson Agra (April 3rd–5th) was easily the most disappointing. Despite the 5-star branding, the experience was sub-par, culminating in an insulting checkout process. The worst part was the concierge/POC holding our luggage at checkout, claiming a wooden hanger was missing. Being falsely accused of stealing a hanger—when their own housekeeping likely miscounted—is defamatory and insulting. We insisted they check our bags, and obviously, nothing was found. To be treated like this in front of other guests after a stay filled with inconveniences is disgraceful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of professionalism and the "hanger incident" was a really disppoinment. Save your money and stay elsewhere in Agra.

One draw back though was the mosquitos. We were bitten to death one evening on the terrace. Couldn't stay out any longer. Not sure the hotel are to blame of course.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the bathroom lock in my room was broken, which raised concerns about both privacy and safety. Additionally, when I requested an iron, the one provided was faulty and not fit for use. This caused further inconvenience during my stay. I also wish to highlight an issue with the handling of my concerns. I was informed that I would be upgraded to another room; however, I was subsequently moved to a room of the same standard, with no apparent upgrade. This was disappointing and felt misleading. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my experience, and I expected a higher level of service and quality. We have booked 6 rooms
