- Leandro (10/5): - Very comfortable room, clean and silent as I needed. Just booked one night to rest and sleep in the meantime I was taking a connection to another place. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Very good choice if you want to pay an affordable and cheap price.

- Ralf (7/5): Gerne wieder - Insgesamt war alles da inkl. Fenster, das WiFi hat funktioniert und das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere gerade mal 14 Tage nach der Überflutung der Stadt das Hotel wieder auf das Level zu bringen ist nicht selbstverständlich. Viele andere Hotels in der Stadt haben das nicht geschafft. Nur das die Ortsbeschreibung auf der Karte bei booking.com falsch war und mich erst zu einem anderen Hotel geführt hat. Nach extra 15 min habe ich es aber gefunden.

- Sangaraguru (3/5): Great location in Hat Yai, but renovation noiise was a major issue - The hotel’s location was excellent, right in the heart of Hat Yai. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to our concerns and promptly moved us to a different floor after we complained about the first room. We also appreciated that they allowed us to check in one hour early upon request, which made our arrival much more convenient The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, and unfortunately the noise level was very disturbing. We were initially given an older room, and the renovation noise was extremely loud. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was faulty, and the toilet was very old with many black stains, which made it feel unclean. We were later moved to a second room, which was much better in terms of condition. However, the renovation noise was still very loud and continued until around 4pm. Additionally, the toilet had a strange and unpleasant smell.

- Anis (8/5): - The hotel is closed to the doby. U can do your laundry there. The towels are not too clean. Facilities are old but its a good value for what u paid. Cheap. Just nice for us to have a rest after a long day going here and there in Hatyai. Most important they provide small fridge. Car park also available just across the hotel. I think they are under renovation.. hopefully everything upgrade after this. I will repeat this hotel again.

- Lee (9/5): - I like the concept of the hotel, it looks clean, luxury and somehow minimalistic. Feels calm staying there. I'm not gonna say I don't like, but I'm just quite not satisfied with the hotel's parking. It's cool but it's on the street so I'm kinda worried about my car. That's all.

We were forced to Book into Asian Hotei and we were trapped inside Asian Hotel till 26th Nov 2025 Hatyai is a Beautiful Place to visit but this trip we had a horrible experience.

- Luqman (3/5): - Location just nice Renovation work is being carried out on the same floor as our room, and it is very noisy, disturbing us while we are trying to rest. We requested to be moved to a room on a different floor, but the reception informed us that all other rooms are fully booked. The renovation work starts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., which is very disturbing.

- ranjeet (4/5): Comfortable but unhappy with the hotel policies - It's a very budget conscious staff. Asked for coffee sachet but was denied by the staff citing that they have already given us enough The selfish nature of the staff when asked for a phone adaptor first they said I must but one. Upon spiraling and further explanation and assurance only then she gave me a adaptor which I of course had to return during checkout.

- Damia (9/5): Okay - Semua okay. Selesa, bersih, kemas. Semua okay kecuali location. Location tak strategik sangat sbb jauh dengan semua tempat2 attraction. Semua kena naik grab @ tuk2. Tp bilik besar & puas hati sbb selesa. If nakkan harga yg berbaloi setakat nak tido, sangat recommended. If nak jimatkan duit grab, tak recommended sangat. Location tak strategik. 7 eleven je dekat sikit, tu pun kena jalan kaki 3 minit.
