• Valerie (1/5): Find a better hotel to enjoy George Town - Opposite the Georgetown-Butterworth Ferry terminal. The temperature in the room is like a furnace - after 2 hours, it's still at 27 degrees Celsius. Opening the room door to the corridor is not a solution - the corridor is dim and lacks ventilation. Frontdesk staff brought a fan to help cool the room. When booking, Ad on the room type indicated - Landmark view or Sea view. When arrived, I was informed only an upgrade will get me the Sea view. I upgraded and it was a big mistake! Upper floors accessible by elevator - Yes, there is an elevator. But you need to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs. I am with an elderly parent and this is one danger which the hotel never mention.

• Fu (6/5): my three nights stay generally is good except with the water supply cut on the 3rd day morning. - Cleanliness, near to the ferry point. Friendly counter staff. on the third day, we woke up with no water supply. the management should have monitored the level of water in the water tank all the time to ensure that there should not be a cut in the water supply. It caused much inconvenience when we need to use the toilet in the morning and to wash our body before going out to our destinations.

Just walkable to tourist attraction, Chew, Clan Jetty, Armenian Street, Kapitan Nasi Kandar. Masjid Kapitan Keling. none

• Mazhzan (8/5): Hotel yang strategik berdekatan dengan segala kemudahan untuk perlancongan - Senuanye berkaitan dengan kemudahan yang disediakan didalam bilik Parking kenderaan disebabkan adanya pembinaan di lot sebelah tetapi masih lagi percuma jika semuanya faham dengan langkah yang disediakan oleh pihak pengurusan
• Gullyso (7/5): Satisfactory and much more good than bad - Great location by ferries and buses. BBC is its English TV channel. Good sized room. Comfortable bed and linen. Good room service daily with replenished supplies. Fridge good (and already plugged in unlike some hotels!). Nice sink benchtop in the spacious bathroom. Temperature of water in shower only just warm enough on maximum heat setting. To use the hot water jug you have to scramble under the desk and use it on the floor as plug is low near floor. Can hear noise in hallway easily.

• auriana (6/5): Hôtel bien situé et propre mais sans plus. Bon rapport qualité prix - L établissement est bien placé et permet de visiter les points d intérêts principaux de la ville. La chambre est propre et confortable Ils sont en travaux donc le parking est celui de l hôtel victoria qui se trouve derrière. Le monsieur a la réception de notre hôtel parlait très peu anglais et Jouan avions pas compris comment il fallait procéder pour ne pas payer le parking . Nous sommes restés coincés pendant 30 min à la barrière avant de pouvoir sortir car en sonnant à l aide téléphonique le monsieur ne comprenait rien non plus … aussi lorsque nous y étions le service de restauration était totalement fermé : pas de bar pas de petit déjeuner .

Thank you Hotel 19 for keeping us safe at stay - Grand Hollywood Twin Room, Room 302 Landmark view, Sea View, mini bar, AC in good, lift, 24hrs receptionist, clean room & bed, iron board & iron, hairdryer, kettle. No deposit for the room. Parking hard to find. Road side, can hear vechiles. The room is non- soundproof. We park our car at the open space parking beside hotel, they charge us RM 35 for one day. Hotel provide parking but it was behind the hotel. Tips- check in first, then park at hotel property at Victoria (behind hotel 19)

• Kimie (6/5): - 何年か前に一度利用しました　その時は静かで景色が良く、目の前がバス停と言うたくさんのメリットがありました 今回近くにあった歩道橋が無くなったことが関係しているのか不明ですが、道路に車が通ると音が鳴る塗装が施されていて その音がとても耳障りでした ホテルのせいではないのですが ちょっと残念でした フロントに日本語を話すスタッフがいました
