• Jou Wen (8/5): Area to improve - WiFi connectivity - The major shortcoming to be improved is their WiFi connectivity - easy to connect without triggering device security that prohibits convection, or poor coverage (almost non-existence upload and download speed) inside room rendering useless. This happened for both of my stay at this hotel in the past 6 months.

• Aaron (7/5): Well Appointed and Comfortable but dont get the rooms facing the main road - Felt like a new property, with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. Had the misfortune of staying at a room facing the main road. The noise was unbearable and had 2 hours of sleep for someone who is sensitive to noise. It was helpful that ear plugs were already provided for in the room, which means the hotel must know of this issue, but it was not enough to drown out the noise. If you have a room facing the side or back, I’m sure it would have been a great experience.

There was some painting and renovation work on the 2nd floor that had fumes from the paint. The breakfast buffet is by far the best I have experienced in any hotel I have ever stayed.

• Ann (8/5): Comfortable except no F&B - I don't like the buffet breakfast. Staff told me hotel doesn't serve Alacarte before 11:00. This is very strange. A lot of us only need Toast and Coffee. Please make it available, as I go JKT frequently. When there is function, the guest has no other restaurant to eat. When on business trip, you just want to have a meal and back to the room to rest after a long day. Please improve the F&B.

There's a busy street just right to the hotel building, even it was midnight still the road was kinda busy, lots of honking sound. Although the hotel did provide the earplug, but very unfortunate, it didn't help much. Other than this, the rest is fine.

They had Netflix too which was a huge plus - normally on the tv in hotels it’s just local channels or news channels available. The restaurant’s food and cocktails were fantastic. I was allowed to check in early too so I really appreciated the flexibility of the staff.

• Darren (9/5): Superb - A wonderfully deluxe hotel in a good location, close to Gandaria City Mall. The one negative aspect of this property is that their only restaurant serves as a popular function room. During my one week stay, three different events closed the restaurant which affected the morning breakfast and the evening dinner service. It would be better to hold functions on the 1st floor and leave the ground floor restaurant to hotel guests.
