Guest Reviews
- Annette (8/5): Beautiful location for an enjoyable stay. - Superb location. Beautiful pool, terrace and pebbled beach. Nice room with private balcony overlooking the sensational blue Adriatic Sea. Excellent bar and waiter. Lovely complimentary welcoming cookies, nuts, water and lavender pouch. Excellent reception staff. The air-conditioning in the room didn’t work and so the room was hot and stuffy with the door and window closed over night.
- Helena (10/5): Mirno, otmjeno uz pogled na Korčulu🥰 - Jako lijepa lokacija. Tiho i ugodno za spavanje uz zvuk mora i brodica. Odličan doručak i večera.

- HelenEPort (4/5): Not 4 star - After a long, windy transfer we arrived at 2.15pm expecting lunch or at least a drink to be very brusquely told lunch was over and as we were on full board with drinks with meals our dinner did not start until 8pm!!! Room in annexe was very bare, ripped bed base, holes in curtains, cheap furniture. We had a great sea view as we were on top floor, people below only looked at trees. Food was hit and miss - never very hot. Desserts same each night and we were there for over 2 weeks. No Jet2 rep despite being told at airport we would be contacted by one. No Jet2 notice board just a book which had not been updated since May. Very little in Orebic - just ferry to Korcula and a few nice walks. I complained about lack of rep and eventually one contacted me and said there was a tour lady in next hotel (not Jet2) if I wanted a trip. Transfer was hours before necessary time - lied to - told it was because it had to also transfer Korcula guests - it only picked up 6 people from our hotel. We had to sit at airport for 4.5 hours. Ordered breakfast bag with specifically no meat - each had meat!!! Staff arguing in kitchen. Large coach parties meaning sometimes no tables etc. tables cleaned directly on to floor and chairs. No idea why this is classed as 4 star.
- franob70 (10/5): A truly perfect seaside getaway! - Our stay at Hotel Aminess Younique Orebić was absolutely unforgettable! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The half-board package is truly worth it — both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious dishes beautifully prepared every day.
The room was perfect, spacious and spotless, with a balcony directly above the sea offering a breathtaking view of the old town of Korčula. You can admire both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony — it’s pure magic.
What makes this place truly special is the peace and quiet — no noise, just the sound of the waves and the calm sea breeze. It’s the perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and recharge.
The staff were warm, professional, and kind, always ready to help with a smile. The pool area is modern and serene, and the crystal-clear sea is just a few steps away from the hotel.
The location is unbeatable — just across from Korčula, easily reachable by a short boat ride.
And the price is more than justified, especially with breakfast and dinner included — you truly get top quality for what you pay.
We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for those who seek comfort, great food, and absolute tranquility by the sea!
- Erik (10/5): We´ll be back! - The breakfast was top notch and something for everyone. Can´t imagine a better location than the one of The Bellevue. The staff was outstanding. From the first contact with the receptionist to the last talk with the kitchen chef.

- janecD3433DP (10/5): Our experience at Hotel Bellevue ! - We spent a few days at the Bellevue Hotel in Orebić and our experience was really great. The hotel is located in a perfect location - right next to the sea, with a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Of particular note is the proximity to the center of Orebić, which can be easily reached on foot, as well as the excellent connection to Korčula, which is only a few minutes away by boat.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and lots of natural light. The furniture is modern, and the atmosphere is relaxing - an ideal place for a real vacation.
Breakfast is delicious and varied, and the hotel's terrace is an ideal place for morning coffee with a view of the sea. It can be seen that the staff puts a lot of effort into making the guests satisfied.
I would especially like to praise the reception - the staff is extremely professional, helpful, patient and always smiling, which made our stay even more beautiful.
Highly recommended to everyone who wants a peaceful, pleasant vacation in a clean and well-run hotel. We will definitely be back!
- Getaway10426252134 (10/5): Excellent hotel - I love Bellevue hotel. It is situated on the beautiful part of Pelješac near the beach. I have been several times and for me it is perfect place for vacations, peaceful, beautiful rooms and views. Service in the hotel is excellent, really. The stuff is really truying to meet ones needs. Food is excellent as well the rooms in the hotel or villas. Really my favorite spot on Pelješac!
- yvonnelL2793EE (2/5): Disappointed - Like many reviews the Hotel looks perfect from the outside . Just before arriving I started to read bad reviews about the hotel , I don’t always get concerned about these as it is hard to please everyone .
I really wish I had !
Reception staff were very unpleasant not what you want to see as your first point . We were in the main hotel , on arrival to room looked ok , a few stains or carpet, but overall room was nice . What we didn’t expect was for the room only to be serviced if you requested , our morning coffee was also disappointing to find a half used coffee sachet was all that was there .
After our 3 hour airport transfer we arrived to evening meal around 7 pm . Only 30 minutes after the restaurant started serving meals .
To our disappointment the food was cold , the mash potatoes were powdered mash , vegetables were grey not green . I opted for soup as it would at least be hot , cream or cauliflower was the choice …. No cream just thin stock .
Our second evening we went down for 6.30 opening in the hope good would be hot , it was still cold . I complained to reception desk who took our room number & heard nothing . VERY Disappointed. Don’t recommend this hotel . Rude staff
- AnthonyM180 (6/5): Fabulous location, disappointing hotel - I would like to agree with many of the recent reviews regarding this hotel. This hotel has potential to be a 5 star hotel but it requires investment and better management.
Good points:- Amazing location, fabulous views (be sure to stay in a balcony room in the main hotel). Easy and very pleasant walk along promenade to Orebic. Nice pool area but limited space. Nice small stone beach (bring beach/swimming shoes) with lovely clear Adriatic water.
Needing attention:- We generally did not find the staff friendly. Frequently long waits at reception. We had one of the best rooms, but the quality of fixtures, fittings and bedding is below par. The bathroom was spacious but poorly designed. Shower over the bath leads to serious floor flooding due to pathetic half shower screen. Water colour was dubious and (free) drinking water not supplied. Cleaning of room was almost non-existent. Dirty glasses and rubbish remained in the room for days. Mugs for tea/coffee are black. You cannot tell if they are clean or dirty. Biggest problem is the restaurant. We sampled the evening buffet on the first night and never ate there in the evening again. The buffet is very big but I struggled to find anything appetising. None of the food was hot but only lukewarm. Breakfast is a similar story. In 7 days there was not one runny yoke in the eggs. The quality of the food in general was really ordinary. Frequently needed to queue for coffee from the machines which frequently needed servicing. Juice was horribly synthetic. We had a lovely breakfast in a restaurant in Orebic one morning. Money well spent. The hotel staff really cannot cope with this number of people. We would be reluctant to stay in an Aminess hotel after this experience. Would happily go back to Orebic.

- 979anurb (10/5): A perfect late season getaway in Orebić! - We visited Aminess Casa Bellevue in Orebić at the end of September, thinking the season was already over. However, the atmosphere and dedication in the hotel felt just as lively and attentive as during peak season.
We had booked a room in Casa through an agency, and the hotel staff were very pleasant and professional. The room was nicely arranged, cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day.
The food offer was truly impressive. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included a wide variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, which we did not expect so late in the season.
The hotel also features an aperitive bar with a terrace overlooking the sea, where the prices were very reasonable. Just below the hotel there is a well-maintained beach, perfect for the warm September weather, as well as a beautiful seaside promenade. One direction leads to other Aminess hotels, while the other takes you to the center of Orebić within a pleasant 15-minute walk.
All in all, the hotel gave us a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the last rays of summer sun and made our vacation truly memorable.
- Eviecat4 (8/5): Quiet and a good base for island exploring - This is a smallish hotel overlooking the sea and Korcula island. We were on the third floor in the hotel and the view is probably the best we've ever had. The water was perfect for snorkeling, the small beaches are all pebbly so everyone wore beach shoes. It's an old building that has been added to and the good thing about this is the sound proofing for all the rooms. The guests went from babies to OAP . There is an easy flat walk along the seafront all the way into Orebic and it goes right past the car and passenger ferry ports. Its 15 minute journey for €3.40 is very good value to Korcula which is definitely worth a visit. All the meals are buffet style and after consulting with other guests the consensus was that it is bland. We like to eat in different restaurants at night on holiday but due to a very impressive thunder storm we ate there one night and was not very impressed. One morning the hotel water supply was lost ( not the hotel fault) but I would hope that a hotel that has been around this long would have handled it better. All the coffee machines and water soon ran out at breakfast and that was it, people were not impressed. No staff were sent on an emergency water bottle run we were just left. I know this is hardly a huge problem but was indicative of the attitude of the staff. They were never rude but they never offered information unless you asked specifically. There is no hotel guide or tv channel. Also the room cleaning routine was erratic. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. We woke up with new bites every morning but I don't know if there is a correlation. In September there was never a shortage of pool beds or dining tables. I'm not sure the choice of cream velour for the dining room has lasted well, they are starting to look grubby.
I have a real bugbear about hotel rooms not designed for women and this is another culprit. There is nowhere to do your makeup with adequate light or magnification.
This is a nice hotel in a quiet area so if that is what you want then give it a try.

- colinmA9592WJ (8/5): Breathtaking place, adequate hotel but substandard dining! - Beautiful situation, nice pool area. We found our room to be basic but clean and adequate. Some staff were pleasant and helpful but the place appeared rather disorganised.
Our one major gripe was the quality of the food and the lack of organisation in the dining area, we had to hunt for cutlery and a clean table on numerous occasions. The food lacked flavour, very very bland.
The popular items went quick but the trays were not replenished.
Thankfully the poor dining experience did not spoil our holiday, the coast and islands are breathtaking especially Korcula and Miljet.
Would visit again but not this particular hotel.
- clairewP8152LZ (4/5): Not 4 Star - The previous reviewees have pretty much said all I wanted too and even used the same descriptions!
We stayed here 7 years ago in the main hotel and had a wonderful stay. The vista from our hotel room was exceptional and with fond memories decided to return.
A superior double suite with sea view was booked and the website images looked fab.
Upon arrival we were located in the 'Casa', not the main hotel.
Interestingly you wont find any images of this building or rooms anywhere on the website and for good reason. The accommodation is basic, old, poorly maintained, dirty and has no lift. The shower over the batch was mouldy, the extractor fan filthy, the bed base material in tatters and the furniture MFI quality. It is nothing like the main hotel or the images portrayed on the website and I have stayed in better Travel Lodges.
The food was ok, but bland and not hot. There was the usual variety of meat, fish and salads. The breakfast coffee situation was disgraceful. If you managed to get a cup, you are then faced with long queues - this needs addressing immediately.
The staff, other than reception, were not very engaging.
Cleaning was a quick towel fold and bed make. No cleaning is actually completed.
I complained to TUI immediately upon arrival. However I was told that due to me booking through a third party, they could not help me and to speak with the hotel directly. Of course I had booked directly with TUI on their webiste and paid TUI. It was not myself that had put any booking through a third party but TUI themselves. Beware!!
To summarise, the scenery and Orebic location are fantastic. But the hotel is only OK and poor in places. Compared to many other 4 star hotels where we have stayed it falls very wide of the mark.
- petertK6968VP (4/5): Totally misleading photos and such a shame - Booked a superior double room with seaview through TUI based on the 1930's style main hotel building shown on their website. Turns out Bellevue Casa is one of several soviet-era prison block type annexes behind the hotel. Room was basic, cleaning non-existent, TV and phone didn't work, only evidence cleaners had visited was the duvet was pulled up. View of sea obliterated by huge trees in front of balcony. Food in hotel was poorly presented, bland and cold. Pool was fine but ridiculous that a 4 star hotel has no snack facilities for the pool area. Hotel is in a prime position, Croatia is stunning, Orebic beautiful, clean and relaxing and Korcula amazing. We will return but never stay in an Aminess hotel again.
- V6993ELbarbaral (2/5): Awful - Excellent location so giving 1 star . As for the hotel !! Paid for a 4 star hotel but it was nowhere near that . The photos shown on-site looked lovely but reality is we were directed to what can only be described as a 1970s council block behind hotel . The rooms were filthy and the bed was ripped all round . The curtains had holes in and were dirty . The grounds were just dry mud patches . Some staff were friendly but most just rude . Food always cold and repetitive and don’t even look for desert unless you want 1” square bland sponge ! Bar ran out of drinks , restaurant ran out of clean cups and if u asked for some u were told u would have to wait ! Worst hotel experience I have ever had. It’s a run down dump .
- M8052DUmelanieg (8/5): Fabulous location - The hotel is in a wonderful location, even worth the 3 hour transfer from the airport. The room was clean & comfortable, reception staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. The restaurant was buffet style & a fair bit of choice, however the hot food was barely tepid & often bland. Breakfasts were good, lunches ok with lovely fresh salads but , apart from one or two dishes, the hot food wasn't great. The waiter service was poor - tables weren't cleared & re laid quickly enough, we often had to hunt around for cutlery. I think drinks should be served at the table but this was self service too. There was hardly any waiter service at the bar as well, we ended up queueing for drinks which you don't expect - maybe this was down to staffing problems. Entertainment wise, there was a singer who was very good who played for 2 nights. There was no other evening entertainment which, considering it wasn't out of season, was not great. We booked a trip to Dubrovnik from the hotel which I would highly recommend, our tour guide was great & very informative. We also took a boat trip to the neighbouring island of Korcula which was lovely. All in all, this is a very lovely part of Croatia & we enjoyed our holiday very much.
- sjrlyme (6/5): Fantastic location - slightly disappointing room - First I should be clear this review is for the Aminess Casa Bellevue not for the Aminess Younique Bellevue Hotel itself. These blocks of ‘Casa’ rooms are adjacent to, and in the grounds of the hotel, and are what is being marketed by Jet2Holidays, these are not rooms in the hotel itself. Guests have use of the hotel facilities which are generally excellent but the standard of our 'Casa' room was somewhat disappointing. I suspect some of the glowing reviews of rooms on here relate to rooms in the hotel.
To start with the positives - the location was amazing, right on the seafront in a peaceful setting with beautiful crystal-clear water and surrounded by pine trees. The sea view from our room was fabulous and it went a long way towards making up for the disappointment of the room itself. The staff at the hotel reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar, restaurant, terrace and pool areas of the hotel were all very well appointed and reasonably well maintained; there were great direct sea views from almost all the common parts. The pebble beach was a minute’s walk from the pool area. There were always sunbeds available around the pool area and the beach was quiet while we were there in mid-September. The short walk into Orebic was lovely and the short ferry trip across to Korcula was wonderful.
Now for the negatives. Our room, described as 4-star, was very small and very cheaply furnished (think flat-pack style chipboard wardrobes and a plastic garden chair). The bathroom was by far the smallest we have ever come across in a hotel (and the corner shower cubicle would have presented a real problem for anyone of a slightly larger size). The door to the room was tricky to lock and unlock with the key (yes, an actual key, I can’t remember the last time I used one of those on holiday rather than a card).
The room was clean on arrival but the standard of servicing during the course of our one week stay went steadily downhill. The towels were replaced for the first couple of days and the bed sheets were changed after two nights. Then nothing. No change of towels, no cleaning of the bathroom, no bed made, no removal of a used cup. We mentioned to reception that our room didn’t appear to be getting serviced and they said they’d check with the housekeeping team. Following that the bins were emptied but nothing else was done. By the time we checked out our bathroom was grubbier than I would allow my own to get at home. We should have complained again but we aren’t that way inclined so just left it. We suspected that the housekeeping team were clueless and over-stretched, there seemed to be very few of them around to service a huge number of rooms. When we spoke to one of the young girls outside our room late one afternoon and asked whether the room had been done that day she seemed unsure about what was expected of her (and no it wasn’t a language issue, she spoke good English). In no way did we feel like we were staying in 4-star accommodation, Jet2 really need to look at the standard and servicing of these rooms again, a 3-star grading would be far more appropriate. I accept that we should have taken up the issues with the room servicing again with the hotel but who needs hassle on holiday.
My overall impression was that the hotel guests were getting a ‘priority’ service over and above that being offered to the Casa guests. The common parts of the hotel were clean. We were disappointed to discover that Casa guests on the half-board package were only able to eat dinner in the buffet restaurant between 8.00pm and 9.30pm (which restricted some of our evening plans). Hotel guests were able to eat from 6.30pm. This meant that by 8.00pm much of the food was cold and had the feel of being what was left after the hotel guests had had their first pick. By 9.00pm on more than one occasion what was left of the desserts looked like the scraps left at the end of a children’s party. The ‘half-board plus’ offering to the Casa guests included two taps with very frothy local lager and one tap each of white or red table wine, the quality of which seemed to vary from day to day but was never very good. There was a wide choice of food but none of it seemed to be of particularly good quality. More ‘works canteen’ than 4-star hotel, with no chef ‘presence’ at all in the dining room. Breakfast was more relaxed with the buffet open to all guests from 7.00am to 10.00am but again seemed to offer variety and quantity over quality. By far the best food we had all week was on an evening out in one of the local ‘Peka’ restaurants on the seafront.
This was our first trip to Croatia and we had a great time. Our niggles with the accommodation were massively outweighed by the overall experience. The area is astoundingly beautiful and it is one of the most tranquil and relaxed locations we have visited. We will definitely return but sadly not to Aminess Casa Bellevue.
- 328christopherh (6/5): Great Location, But Poorly Managed – Disappointing for a 4★” - We recently stayed at Aminess Younique Bellevue (also referred to as Aminess Depadans Bellevue) and left with very mixed feelings.
On the positive side, the reception staff were excellent – friendly, helpful and genuinely attentive. When we had an issue with ferry tickets (not even booked through them), they went above and beyond to resolve it. They also accommodated changes to our meal times without fuss. The food was fairly good too, with a decent variety of freshly prepared meals, fruit, cheeses and desserts. We stayed in the Casa complex, and while our room was quite basic, it was clean.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The bar staff were inattentive and disinterested, often walking past guests without taking orders, more engaged in chatting to each other than serving customers. Room service amounted to little more than towel changes and toiletries being replenished – cups and glasses weren’t cleaned, and floors were not mopped.
The restaurant was under-staffed, tables were left uncleared and not reset promptly, and large group bookings caused long queues and a chaotic atmosphere. The dining room felt more like a school canteen than a 4★ hotel restaurant. Outside reception, staff generally lacked friendliness – perhaps end-of-season fatigue, but smiling at guests should be a basic standard.
General cleanliness was also lacking in communal areas. Stairwells and landings were grubby and a child’s folding cot sat abandoned at the bottom of our stairwell for over a week before being removed. Very few rooms in Casa actually have sea views, as large trees block most of them.
The biggest frustration is that so many of these issues could be resolved with more proactive and engaged management. With its fantastic location and good reception team, this hotel has real potential. However, in its current state, it feels like a 3★ at best, and compared to similar hotels we’ve stayed at in Greece, it falls well short.
We’ll definitely return to Orebić as the town and setting are wonderful, but sadly we’ll be looking for a better quality hotel with friendlier service and higher standards.
- Milan (8/5): - výběr jídel nebyl kreativní - pestrý jídelníček, ale stálý v nabídce, málo možností, pečivo nic moc. Pravidelný úklid pokoje - museli jsme se o něj hlásit, nikdo nehlídal u bazénů, hosté se nechovali disciplinovaně.
- Helen (8/5): Nice stay - Location was good. Great access to the sea and a 10 mins walk to ferry terminal to korcula.
Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Towel person wasn't there all the time so if you go out in the morning you don't get a towel. Water very expensive at the hotel. They said the tap water was dirty to drink.
- mark (4/5): Very disappointing…we left 2 days early - Good location. Staff were helpful and friendly This is NOT a 4* hotel. I’ve stayed in better 3*s. The park view room was a “car park view” was very small. As our cab driver described “it was a throwback to communist times”.
- NOEMI (10/5): Nagyon szeretem - Minden Nincs olyan
- Josef (8/5): -
- leeothers (8/5): Sea view, peace and quiet - An amazing hotel, from the check in to the end the hotel was great
The sea view and the beach so close and plenty of places for lunch
- bozidar (7/5): - Odlicno
- MirelaT57 (10/5): Great place for family vacation - Spacious hotel room, cleaners come every day if you need to clean your room and change towels. The hotel is right on the coast, with a wonderful view of the sea, lots of natural shade. Swimming pool with sunbeds, entertainment for children in children club, at night quiz games and live music. A large selection of food and drinks. We enjoyed every moment.
- Zdravko (10/5): Nice view on Korcula city from the hotel. - Self-service food, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The parking lot was almost always full. There was no reserved parking lot for people with disabilities; at the very least, they should have reserved a parking space for disabled persons near the hotel entrance for delivery.
- mark_R8465EH (10/5): Beautiful holiday - Tranquil hotel with an awesome view. Pleasant and professional hotel staff was taking care of the guests and entertainment. A lot of fun for the kids. Evening live music giving the final touch
- 178armin_ (10/5): An Unforgettable Stay at Aminess Casa Bellevue – Pure Perfection! - From the very first moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional staff at Aminess Casa Bellevue. Their hospitality made us feel at home and truly cared for throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully prepared to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.
The food and drinks were simply outstanding – fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. From breakfast to dinner, the quality exceeded all expectations.
The pool area was beautifully maintained, offering the perfect place to relax, swim, or simply soak up the sun with a refreshing drink.
What made the biggest impression was the genuine warmth and positive energy of the entire team. Every staff member contributed to an atmosphere of relaxation and joy, making our holiday unforgettable.
We highly recommend Aminess Casa Bellevue to anyone visiting Orebic. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and we will definitely return. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for giving us such a perfect holiday!
- Ervin (10/5): Bivanje odlično, lokacija izjemna. Malo težav pri topli hrani in uporabi hotelskega bazena. - Izjemna lokacija, prijazno osebje, bližina morja in mesta.
Zlasti ribe, katere so vsak dan na razpolago so bile zelo mrzle.
Druga pomanjkljivost je dogajanje na hotelskem bazenu. Ležalnikov sicer načeloma dovolj, vendar bazen uporabljajo tudi gosti sosednjih namestitev sicer v sklopu Aminessovih objektov in so tako pogoste dvojne rezervacije ležalnikov. Najbolj pa moti uporaba bazena s strani gostov (otroci in odrasli skačejo v njega, uporabljajo vodna igrala in vseskozi mečejo žoge).
Torej uprava hotela malo razmislite o teh stvareh.
- Mladen (9/5): - Nice hotel on good location. Great view on channel and islands.
- Anita (10/5): Erholsamer Urlaub am Meer - Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
- UmSon (7/5): Hotel z izjemno lokacijo in s povprečno hrano - Mirna lokacija. Lepi razgledi in pogled na Korčulo ter druge otoke. Čista soba. Lepe plaže v bližini hotela. Hladna (vnaprej pripravljena) in enolična hrana pri zajtrku in večerji. Slaba kava ob zajtrku. Počasna postrežba v baru. Na balkonu ni bilo sušilnikov za brisače. Vhodna vrata v sobo so slabo delovala.
- Q1674LBmarkos (10/5): Awesome hotel with awesome people - Our stay at the hotel was amazing. At the arrival the nice lady at the reception gave us a free room upgrade. In general whenever we had any questions the staff at the reception got us covered. From beach, Orebić, Pelješac in general, tennis courts or wind surfing, they helped us with everything.
The location of the hotel itself is great. It has a big pool, which is great for smaller kids, and it’s immediately at the sea. As it’s at the end of the town Orebić, it’s only people from the hotel who are at the beach, so the beach is not crowded at all and you can really relax. The walk to the city takes 10min, along the sea. The food was also great, especially the breakfast with a huge selection of savoury and sweet products.
- karla_T3820DG (10/5): Excellent vacation - It was an unforgettable experience to be a guest of the hotel. One of the nicest places we have visited and we believe we will again. from the room which was spacious, clean, well lit to the friendly staff always ready to help. Great recommendations from us!
- Tibor (10/5): Hotel jako z filmu Dirty Dancing. - Poloha, restaurace, personál. Čistota hotelu nebyla na 100%.
- Wolfhart (9/5): -
- Raphaël (10/5): - Top
- 170_eljkag (10/5): Wonderful hotel, high recommendation! - I honestly recommend this hotel. Wonderful location with beautiful view, delicious food - I could not imagine better, beach wonderful, stuff very kind and nice... I really enjoyed!
- brankag345 (10/5): Great experience! - Great experience! Food I could not imagine better, hotel nice and comfortable, great loction, sea clear with wonderful colors...
- Ardanela (9/5): -
- Matija H. (8/5): A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, trying to make a margin on drinks for dinner - This hotel is housed in a beautiful, fully-renovated 1930s building on the very coast of Peljesac, right next to the gorgeous Lungo Mare walk path. It's just the right size, very calm, and super relaxing. Part of the Aminess group, so the loyalty program is a great perk. The breakfast and dinner were both high quality with good selection. We were surprised by a few things. Dinner is all-you-can-eat, but no drinks are included, not even tap water! Breakfast doesn't have this problem, and the sister hotel next door always serves drinks with every meal. They literally require you to buy a bottle of water if you want to drink anything with dinner.
The hotel also doesn't have its own fitness center, so forget about working out while on vacation. And parking was a bit tight with the hotel being fully booked.
- 466senadab (10/5): - Our stay at the Aminess Bellevue Hotel in Orebić was absolutely fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations – from the warm and welcoming staff, to the delicious food and excellent service.
The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty meals, with something for everyone, and the quality was consistently high throughout our stay.
The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and located in a beautiful, peaceful setting just steps from the sea. We especially enjoyed the comfortable rooms, clean beach, and all the amenities the hotel provides.
We truly had a perfect holiday and would highly recommend Aminess Bellevue to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation in Croatia. We will definitely be coming back!
- 479ibrahims (10/5): Great spot for family holiday - Great staff, location and service, this hotel really is a good place for family holiday. There is something for everybody, if you like food, walk, swim, visiting close places and beaches (like Korčula or Trpanj)... One of the best features is lack of noise that often accompany hotels in cities. Looking forward to visit again...
- 39ankicam (10/5): A vacation to wish for! - The resort is located in a very attractive location with access to the beach and plenty of parking space. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and equipped with all amenities, and the cleanliness and tidiness were at a very high level. In the restaurant we had a wide selection of very tasty and high-quality food that we could enjoy while sitting in the shade of the trees overlooking the sea. The exceptionally kind and helpful staff did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely come back again. Warm recommendations to everyone who wants to make the most of their vacation.
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing view and surroundings. We slept in hotel and villas. Cozy - feels like home ❤️ Very helpful receptionists, amazing surprise from beautiful lady, we had upgrade of the room. Thank you. Best to you from Natalia & Weronika
- 530philc (6/5): Stay in the main hotel which is good, don't buy the drinks package of stay in Casa - This hotel in the 2025 brochures and websites (Jet 2 / TUI etc) is now called the Aminess Casa Belle Vue. Don't confuse this with the Aminess Belle Vue which is far better served than Casa and is on the same holiday estate, with other "village type" accommodation.
Casa Belle Vue is annexed in 4 accommodation blocks in the terraced grounds of the main hotel. This hotel is not what I would class as a 4 Star hotel. We stayed two weeks this month and realised when we arrived that the 3 storey accommodation block are not served by a lift. There were 77 steps from our sea-view room to the restaurant. Fortunately, I am fit enough but I felt sorry for some of the guests who struggled with the narrow stair cases getting to the upper floors in Casa. The quality of the bedroom furniture was 3 star at best.
We paid the extra for "Half Board Plus" (Total cost of this holiday for a couple with Jet 2 from Leeds was over £2400 and we were disappointed with some aspects of the accommodation and the restaurant and the lack of some of the usual facilities we would expect in a 4 star hotel. We wished that we had booked the main hotel, known as "Aminess Belle Vue" and not the Casa... to be avoided!
Pros:
A fantastic location on the coast overlooking the island of Korcula.
Attentive staff, reception, restaurant, cleaners, maintenance.
Access to Orebic on the coastal path to village and the ferries to Korcula.
Comfortable bed.
Good quality cocktails to be had for around €10 (Local beer around €5 for large)
Air conditioning in room good, after it was promptly reset by the maintenance guy.
Good quality fruit, meats and fish in the restaurant, however often served lukewarm, see below.
Good live entertaiinment twice a week on the veranda of the aperitif bar.
Good pool area with access to nice sunbeds and a quiet area with sunbeds away from the pool.
Cons:
The number of stairs to access the room with no lifts in the Casa accommodation.
We were unable to book a wine tour either through the hotel or the tourist office.
Hot food in the Rondela Restaurant was often lukewarm, cold or your choice had run out.
No pool bar for drinks, snacks or lunch.
Two large mixed school youth groups staying in the hotel aged around 15 for several days both weeks, noisy therefore in the afternoons in the pool area and around the accommodation occasionally.
Good car parking offered - however this was charged at €70 for two weeks for our hire car.
I would not recommend this hotel to a friend, but would suggest they forego the drinks package and stay in the main Belle Vue Hotel (NOT Casa). I would recommend that you pay for your drinks in the restaurant don't book "half board plus" then you will be permitted to use the superior main restaurant and have access to the lift to your room.
- 729belmam (8/5): great choice for a relaxing stay - The Aminess Bellevue Hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay. The Comfort Room is an excellent option — spacious and comfortable, providing everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The food at the hotel is good, with a nice variety of dishes.
One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the proximity to the island of Korčula — a short 15-minute boat ride takes you to this beautiful island, perfect for a day trip and enjoying its charm and beauty.
The beach in front of the hotel is clean and well-maintained, and there is a lovely promenade nearby that leads all the way to the town, ideal for evening walks.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great base to explore the region!
- marog608 (10/5): A Weekend to Remember at Bellevue Maradiso - Stay at Bellevue Maradiso Village by Aminess was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The location is ideal – the beach is right in front of the hotel, and the town center is just a few minutes’ walk away. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
- Hajrija (9/5): Superb - Great!
- sharonwX5586RW (10/5): Scenic - Hotel worth a visit, quiet but beautiful, friendly helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast choice fabulous, worth visiting surrounding islands, affordable ferry and boat taxi services which run very regularly. Relaxing holiday
- Z9863VUjanetd (6/5): Nice hotel, inferior rooms - This review is a mixture of good and bad experiences.
The hotel itself is lovely - most of the staff are friendly and helpful - food excellent and a good range of dishes - Magdalena the activity organiser was lovely and we enjoyed a bike ride and walk to the monastery.
BUT on arrival was allocated rooms in the blocks behind the main luxurious hotel. We was told our rooms were on the ground floor, but failed to mention the 30 concrete steps we had to negotiate to get there! Later in the week we saw an elderly couple trying to drag their cases up the same steps. We never saw a porter during our stay. The rooms themselves were definitely not 4 star quality, as the main hotel obviously was. The showers leaked so badly we both needed to soak up the water with towels. The rooms were basic and the balcony very small. My friend's bathroom sink had a large crack, her phone didn't work and took several days to repair. Her bedside lights flicked, and took the same length of time to rectify. Her curtain rail hung down at one end.
Cleaning was practically nonexistent - floors swept most days but never washed - bed linen never changed - towels only changed if left on the floor - toilet rolls not replenished unless asked - bins not emptied later in the week.
It made us feel like 2nd class citizens.
W found out from other holidaymakers that they had complained and moved to better rooms. Why do they fob people off with unsatisfactory rooms in the 1st place, when they have nicer rooms available?
We paid 4 star prices for 2-3 star accommodation.
- 326mirjanak (10/5): Wonderful - Such clean rooms and amazing staff! Every aspect was lovely. This is our second stay at an Aminess hotel and we plan on going again. Our favorite part is always the view!!! The location was perfect, close to the center, close to Korcula. We went hiking and the staff took care of our bikes, they were safe and sound :)
- heathercS2296TT (10/5): A Wonderful Stay - Above and Beyond Expectations! - We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Originally, we were booked in the annex, but to our delight, we were upgraded to a superior room in the main hotel with a stunning sea view. Waking up each morning to the sight of the ocean was a real treat and made our stay all the more special.
One member of staff who truly stood out was Sanja. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay – nothing was too much trouble. Her warm and friendly manner made us feel instantly at home and really elevated our experience. Also the front office manager Nela could not have been more helpful.
As vegetarians, we were a little concerned about the buffet options, which leaned heavily towards meat and fish. However, the chefs went above and beyond by preparing us fresh, delicious vegetarian meals every evening. The variety and quality of the food were superb – we felt genuinely cared for and appreciated.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, stylish, and perfectly located. With service this good and a team that truly goes the extra mile, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this hotel to others. A perfect getaway!
- Kathleen (10/5): Great hotel, clean good location - Great location
- N3910PFadag (10/5): It was a really successful vacation, full of peace, sun, relaxation and delicious food. We felt very comfortable and nice here. - A wonderful, luxury hotel, located right by the sea. Renovated, with beautiful surroundings, well-kept garden, quite large swimming pool. Very nice service, large, clean rooms. Food exceptionally good, delicious fish and meat, lots of vegetables and fruits. Every day you can also try Croatian dishes.
- Ashik (10/5): Exceptional - Location, location, location.....plus a lot of old times charm....
- Jaydeep (9/5): Great Vacation Vibe to chill and relax, beautiful property, helpful staff. - The Views from the property are just magnificient Need to have more Lively, Party, Beach Bar options for younger folks staying at the property
- leannewY8940IO (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful hotel and fabulous staff - Beautiful hotel! Perfect views and quiet location. Our room was immaculate, food here is great, breakfast and dinner good selection of food. Staff work really hard and happy to help. We stayed for a week more than enough time to do everything, boats run frequently to Korcula old town where you can do excursions and island tours. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
- Aldo (10/5): - Convenient place to park and explore the local islands by boat.
- carpslayer (8/5): GREAT LOCATION - Stayed here for a week and overall was very good. Situated in a lovely area with nice walls. Veins from our room were amazing. Food good. Not a massive selection but of good standard We did eat out most nights though , staff are mainly pleasant and helpful. Some not so. But we have found this every time we holiday in Croatia , we booked with tui. And if you are thinking of booking with them for this location I really wouldn’t bother !! Got off plane. Was told which coach to go on and that was it. ? No one ever popped in the hotel. Looked on the app to see if there were any excursions. Nothing come up. Total waste of our time booking with them !!!
Anyway back to holiday. Had some great boat trips and kukula ( think that’s how you spell it ). Is a must. Only 15 min ride away and very cheap.
It’s a stunning well
Maintained island steeped in history
Cleaners leave a lot to be dusted here. Never really fully cleaned. Just quick sweep ( in some places ). Towels changed , beds made out in a fashion , but overall not very good at all.
If u want a nice relaxed chilled holiday with nice walks and a few trips this would be perfect.
Drinks are expensive. But Croatia on the whole we have found not to be cheap. But it’s a stunning country
- Shewfelt (8/5): Very good -
- Bluecloud555 (8/5): Beautiful location, wonderful staff. - This hotel is in the most beautiful position overlooking the sea. We had a late arrival and staff had thought to save us some food. This was much appreciated. The pool is clean and there were plenty of sun beds (out of season). One point about the pool is the sudden drop from waist height to deep. This could be a problem for non swimmers. The food was great both breakfast and evening meal with plenty of choice. We would've liked a hot drink with our evening meal and I'm unsure why this isn't an option. We were also stopped from taking the drinks we'd purchased at the bar into the restaurant with us. We are unsure what the purpose of this was, as you can request the staff go to the bar and purchase one for you. We thought we'd booked the hotel with Jet2.com but found ourselves in the chalet type accommodation up the hill and with many steps. This was a problem for us because of our ages and a problematic knee. Dragging our cases up there in the dark was difficult. We mentioned this to staff who offered to bring our cases back to the hotel when we left. We were upgraded and got a bedroom each rather than sharing. The beds were comfortable with air con and a TV in each. We were disappointed that although we had a kettle and cups in the room, there were no tea bags, coffee or milk left. This would have been nice, especially on the first day arriving so late. After speaking to staff we arrived from a day out to find tea, biscuits and fruit left in our room for us. The staff, both in reception and restaurant couldn't do more. My recommendations would be to offer nearer accordion to those of a certain age or with young families. We would also have loved tea & coffee available in the rooms so that we can make a hot drink evenings. It was a day or two before we found a supermarket to buy them. Saying this the staff at reception stated that if we had requested this then they would have arranged it.
- Arnela (9/5): Superb -
- Carmen (10/5): Perfect location - The hotel is perfectly located , we took the ferry to Korcula and it is just 5 min distance. Nothing !
- agnezao (10/5): I love Orebic - Staff is very helpful and friendly.Location is excellent. Food is also great, rich breakfast , lunch and dinner with various selection of drinks. Bar is also great with big list of beverages. Live music was also nice. I will come again for sure.
- Maja (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place, very classy. The staff was very kind and professional.
Excellent position of the hotel Dinner was very plain and basic
- Milos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michel (6/5): - Proximity of the sea
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - It is a beautiful hotel, plenty of activities, good food and excellent service! A lot of people smoking in the terrace at all times. Very uncomfortable.
- 354ivona_ (8/5): 3,7 stars - Hotel is nice.
Food is ok, not too much choice but enough.
Internet connection is bad!!!
Pool is ok, amusement team is great!!!
We were in bungalows, they so need renovation, especially bathrooms.
Doors are too old or just bad quality.
Also, we were downstairs, and you hear every step when people upstairs are making, it is just too loud.
Cleaning team should try harder, they did not changed sheets 5 days, or clean the terrasse.
All in all, I would give it 3,7 top.
The best thing is location and the beautiful Adriatic sea.
- srubarovalucie (6/5): A peaceful hotel with an amazing location, but with declining services. - We have stayed at this hotel, specifically in the "village" in the bungalows, for several years in a row. We appreciate the amazing location of the hotel among the pine trees, away from the busy beaches. The hotel has only small beaches, but that suits us with a paddleboard. The views from the hotel are stunning. As a childless couple, we also like that the hotel doesn't have any water slides or an overabundance of children’s attractions, so it remains relatively quiet.
Unfortunately, the quality of the services is declining. The rooms are poorly cleaned, and there are insects and spiders everywhere—window screens in the bathroom would at least help. The rooms also need renovation, especially the bathrooms. We are also bothered by the "double bed," which consists of two single beds that separate. The service in the restaurant is unhelpful and unfriendly. The buffet dinners are particularly awful—the food is not good at all and is always the same. This year, we were especially surprised that it is not possible to have drinks included with dinner for free; everything has to be paid for separately. We regret that they have started cutting back on services and maintenance because the hotel has great potential.
- Charlotte (7/5): Okay - - Our room was very cute and quaint. With a great view over the ocean.
Tennis courts were in good condition and the breakfast buffet was good Pool area is not that nice, and the restaurant feels like a cold conference room.
- Lawskat34 (10/5): Amazing holiday - We loved this hotel , perfect location . Its nice walk into Orebić town which is beautiful.
Our first visit to Croatia and we fell in love. The staff were so friendly especially Mijet the waitress (blonde bob hair, glasses). Food was delicious plenty of choice . Only gripe is drinks not included with your meal , drinks quite pricey at the hotel.
Hotel room was stunning overlooking the pool and sea . My son and his girlfriend didn’t have a balcony so make sure when booking it states there is a balcony .
Korkula the island which you can see , wow stunning definitely worth a visit !!.
Can’t wait to return .
- Galina (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful location, very polite attitude at the reception, comfortable beds, nice cosmetics in the bathroom, delicious breakfast and live music in the evening! We loved it and would come back again!
Lg Lydia Patrun
