Guest Reviews
Rien .

- KAREN (10/5): - This resort is a gem. From the moment we were welcomed by wonderful friendly staff. The rooms are Italian farmhouse style which we loved. The home made breakfast was superb. We loved everything, including the story behind the development of the resort. The wine tour was exceptional as were the wines. So glad we found this place to stay and explore the area.
- Y8450TBpeterh (10/5): Special birthday trip - This felt like an exclusive retreat. The staff and owner were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. With only 9 rooms It feels like you get the best of everything. And the wine is excellent; blame Brexit for not being able to get it in the uk anymore.
Thoroughly recommend this beautiful place.

- mckayshields (10/5): A Dreamy Stay - We had an amazing stay at this lovely hidden gem of an inn! Everything was like a dream. The room had a view that didn't seem real. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. The wine was also incredible. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The bed was firm, but not uncomfortable. I think our only wish was that the pillows were a little better, but that is a minor detail when everything else was so wonderful. I highly recommend a stay here and plan at least a day to just relax and enjoy the pool. There is no restaurant, but the food that they have available is so delicious, you won't miss having a restaurant on site.
- susanhR8474SD (10/5): 3 nights at this resort it was amazing and more than we had hoped for from checking in to our amazing suite - Our stay at this wonderful wine resort did not disappoint from check in wine tasting evening meal and wonderful breakfast it was an oasis in the wine country and I cannot comment or reccomend high enough we will definitely return what a retreat to recharge so clean amazing service and relaxation I really did mot want to leave but rest assured. We will be back
- clado968 (10/5): Quiet and relaxing get-away in beautiful surroundings - This charming resort was just special from start to finish. The rooms are traditional and very clean, the resort facilities are beautifully kept, the pool is pristine and always quiet. If you like to get away from the noise of busy resorts this is the place to do it! Breakfast is beautiful and full of local produce. We took part in their wine tasting and was not disappointed, Valeria knows so much about the wine produced there and did a fabulous job of walking us through five of their wines (all lovely!). The staff are such wonderfully lovely people, they always took the time to advise us where to go and what to do. Special thanks to Gaia who directed us to placed in Alghero, Barbera who gave us advice on beaches and a wonderful service and conversation at breakfast, and Valeria for the details about the wine and the food.
We hope to return soon!
- mellie (9/5): Magnifique lieux!

- Martin (10/5): Highlight of our trip, 5/5! - We stayed here for three nights during our ten day trip and this place was definitely the highlight of the vacation.
The room was nice and clean and had an amazing view of the wine fields.
The staff was great and very helpful in booking dinners in the area, especially the Barbagia agriturismo dinner experience.
The breakfast included homemade pastries as well as ordered options from the kitchen which were great.
Overall this place definitely deserves a visit if your planning a trip to the area. Five out of five!

- HELENA (10/5): - Where do I start. This place is beautiful and serene. The staff is absolutely lovely. They do everything possible to make your stay great. Recommend staying here.
- Traveller+ (5/5): An overpriced bed & breakfast - This is an overpriced bed & breakfast (though it has a nice swimming pool). Some might find the description “wine resort” somewhat misleading: there is a vineyard, but not much of resort-like content. Breakfast is good for a B&B but falls short of the variety typically offered at a resort. It’s a pity there is no on-site cook, so proper dinners are not available either. The location is average, with significantly cheaper alternatives nearby. The Wi-Fi connection is poor—they really need a booster. Stiff atmosphere at times. OK for one night.

- Rubin (9/5): Lovely winery stay on beautiful grounds with pool. - Breakfast was good. Would have liked more fresh fruit and a non-lactose milk product. And perhaps poached eggs would be nice. Pillows-would like a firm foam pillow.
No dinner option with wine at the property.
No information about the beach close by.
Would enjoy going on a hike with other folks from the resort. a cooking class at the wine resort would be nice.
- Anna (9/5): A wonderful week away in idyllic surroundings. - The property was absolutely beautiful and was very well run. All the staff were friendly and helpful. In an ideal world we would have liked a wider range of pool snacks, but this is a minor issue and did not affect our enjoyment of our stay.
- Dagmar (8/5): Very good - The breakfast here was excellent. Very nice and personable service.
We took part in the one evening's tour around the vine yard with wine tasting and some food. This was very informative and enjoyable, very well done.
We felt there was a special atmosphere here and the location in the countryside was lovely. There is no dinner option here, but nice restaurants are only a few miles down the road.
This is a special place, but you do pay a high price for it.
- terripY4506EV (10/5): Woman-owned wine resort in Alghero, Sardinia - worthwhile - Great wine tasting experience at a woman-owned, small batch winery. The wines were delicious, as was the pecorino and olive oil, all contributors to Sardinia’s longevity tradition. I highly recommend this for a pleasant opportunity in Alghero, Sardinia.
- Julie (10/5): One of my all time favorites!♥️ - We loved everything about this property. We rented a car, it’s about 10 minutes from a couple of different beaches, and maybe 15 minutes from Alghero. The grounds are beautiful: roses, lemon trees, the whole setting. The air smelt so clean and breakfasts on the patio were perfect. The owner and the people that work there couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
- Leon (10/5): Exceptional - Outstanding breakfast and serving staff. Lovely rural setting. Good wine.
- Bec (9/5): Devine amongst the vines - The stafff were all so so lovely and friendly! They made the stay extra special. The breakfast selections were very tasty and the grounds gorgeous.
We did the wine tasting too which was fun and got a great recommendation to a local restaurant for dinner, which was 👌 Everything was fabulous
- Peter (10/5): - The best of the hotels I stayed at in Sardinia. The staff was very kind and accommodating.
The value for money here is crazy, they could charge double the wine and it would still be very good.
Very relaxing stay. I wish we had stayed at this hotel longer compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Sardinia. This was the one we will remember most fondly
Great breakfast.
- TheHappyCamper2013 (10/5): A great place to explore the north east of Sardinia. - We enjoyed our stay and the exceptional hospitality of this wine resort. We were lucky to have booked the nicest suite, with outdoor terrace, overlooking the vines and olive trees.
Very well organised stay and a great breakfast service. Many brilliant places to dine closed to the estate. The offered a very enthusing wine tasting and walk-around.
Well situated between the pleasures of Alghero and the more secluded beaches. Really worth the visit.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful stay. The resort was beautiful and the hosts were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend doing the wine tasting as well!
- Alicia8866 (10/5): Relaxing experience in the vineyards - Relaxed vineyard setting, attentive and patient care from Barbara towards all guests, enthusiastic wine tasting experience hosted by Valeria, and a delicious homemade breakfast table. A truly unforgettable and authentic experience! Grazie mille
- Jules (7/5): We loved our stay, a perfect way to end our short break. - The location was great and perfect for a morning flight. Literally 10 mins from the airport. Easy to find and ample parking with designated car parking spaces.
Beautiful quiet location, nice swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff. Our room looked right on to the vines, it was lovely to sit on the balcony with a bottle of wine and watch the sun set.
Really enjoyed the wine tasting, informative and delicious wines.
Breakfast was arranged early for us to meet our flight, delicious homemade cakes, offered hot and cold breakfast. Scrambled eggs were very good.
Overall very accommodating and would stay again. The lack of options for dinner in the evening. Given the rural location and the fact we enjoyed the wine tasting, we were looking for something to eat at the Vineyard. There were some options but limited and whilst the two dishes that we ordered were very nicely presented and tasty I would class them as appetisers. A very simple pasta dish or a greek salad, something more substantial would have really topped off a lovely stay.
Breakfast the next day made up for it.
- abalarua (10/5): Great location, personnel, wine and food - The personnel is very Kind and helpfull for any information, the location is absolutely fantastic, verybeautifull, well administrated, clean, with perfect garden, olive plantation and vineyard. We enjoyed a lot the wine tasting! And Valeria is a great wine and local traditions presenter.
The food and the wine are excelent, everything prepared at the location. We loved so much their wine, that we took also for home. 😀
We had a great time and for sure we will come back at Leda D Ittiri when we will come back in Sardegna.
Thank you, ladies, for the great time at your location!
Definetely and warmly recommand!
- Paula (9/5): Superb -
- 243christofferk (10/5): Very nice resort with a friendly staff - Our connecting flight was delayed so we arrived at the resort in the middle of the night, but the host stayed up to welcome us.
The resort is beautiful with a restored building and a lush garden! Food and service was great. We also chose to do the wine tasting and got a tour of the winefields and try the wines of the resort.
- 872emmaw (10/5): Highly recommended! - Stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of a 10 day visit to Sardinia. We visited lots of places from the hotel but could have lounged round the peaceful pool all day. Accommodation was beautiful and felt very Sardinian. Great air con, comfortable beds and stunning view of the vineyards. The team there couldn’t have been more helpful with restaurant and trip recommendations, conversing with a restaurant for us and packing a lovely lunch for our day trip to Asinara. My mum thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting (I was driving that evening so didn’t do it) and breakfast in the garden was delicious. Would happily return here every year!
- Van (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff! If you have the option to do a wine tasting, I would really recommend it. Very beautiful place to stay!
- Maddison (10/5): A beautiful, relaxing stay with beyond excellent service. - Such a beautiful place to unwind and relax by the pool and enjoy some truly delicious wines. Also, the breakfast was phenomenal. Probably the best of any hotel or b&b we've stayed at during a month long trip around Europe. We wish we'd spent more nights here than other places. We had a lovely room with a beautiful view over the vineyards. Relaxing by the pool, with the option to have lunch and snacks ordered was amazing. We had planned to explore the nearby areas on one of our days but decided instead to spend it entirely on the grounds. Annamaria was so kind and accommodating with our early arrival and early checkout times, they even bring you an amazing tray with breakfast in the morning if you have to leave before breakfast service starts, which was very thoughtful. The wine tasting experience is also a must! Couldn't recommend this place more!
- Nuno (9/5): Lovely place - Everything The breakfast could be a bit more varied.
- O6084DQchristianm (10/5): 11 nights in this wonderful Hideaway - We had a wonderful time at the Wine Resort, led by Annamaria and her team of wonderful ladies. Beautiful scenery, a quiet neighborhood, a refreshing swimming pool, a wonderful room, a delicious breakfast with daily homemade cake :-) and not to forget the wine, made for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Whenever you needed something (a cappuccino at the pool, a boiled egg for breakfast, advice on which beach or restaurant to visit), a friendly, helpful soul was always around and at your service. Yes, we stayed for a long time, but we felt right away like family, and that was very nice. Thanks for the great time we had.
- Fay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (10/5): - Super schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
- angelabI8500YU (8/5): A piece of paradise. - We very much enjoyed our stay in the peaceful countryside. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very inviting. The wine tour and tasting was very interesting and entertaining. Buffet Breakfast was adequate. Only bad thing to say was the bed was really very hard and uncomfortable. A mattress topper would help. Another guest made the same comment.
- BrianLHR (10/5): Superb winery in Sardina - This winery is not to be missed! We came for a wine tasting as part of our cruise but they also offer a small number of hotel rooms.
Part of the charm is the relatively small size of the estate - roughly 18 acres. The grounds are impeccable and the facilities are beautiful.
Annamaria (the owner) is amazing. She took us through a sampling of her whites, rosé, and reds. She combined her knowledge of wine production and her products with a great story telling ability. The red we tasted was out of this world and winner of major wine awards.
This is a great example of a winery that is owned and operated by a woman. It is small in terms of total production (roughly 15,000 bottles / year) but its quality and beauty make it a great destination.
I can't recommend it highly enough!
- BAYART (10/5): - Endroit et jardin magnifiques , petit déjeuner et l’acceuil excellents
- girard (10/5): - J'ai adoré mon séjour.
- Michael (10/5): - This resort was a wonderful place to spend a few days, very friendly staff and owner, meticulously well maintained, lovely vineyard and olive groves to walk in, and of course the pool was great.
- Anna (8/5): A very cute stay - great olive oil. - the breakfast was amazing, in the garden, a great menu.
The location was OK, nothing special.
We didn not use the pool, it was too cold for that. Out room was the first by the kitchen and the reception, we could hear everything in the kitchen prep for the breakfast from 6am, and late till 10pm. I imagine other rooms were a bit more quiet.
- Tom (10/5): A very enjoyable facility with many amenities. - It is a well maintained, well run facility with many amenities not available at other agriturismos.
- Tamas (10/5): Exceptional - Authentic design with beautiful surroundings. Great breakfast and nice wine and olive tasting with a walk on the vineyard and olive plantation. Overall great hospitality and excellent choice for relaxing.
- Stephanie (9/5): Gorgeous family run property in the countryside, the staff, pool and room were lovely. Food and wine were delicious. Win - Gorgeous family run property in the countryside, the staff, pool and room were lovely. Food and wine were delicious. Wine testing was a fantastic experience!
- Poppy (10/5): Wonderfully tranquil resort - We had such an amazing time at the wine resort. The staff were delightful and the place was so peaceful. It was so lovely to stay somewhere so tranquil, with beautiful scenery and delicious food and wine. We had breakfast included which was very tasty and then the sharing meat and cheese board with wine for the evening which was absolutely lovely. Thank you so much for such a great stay, I would highly recommend.
- Juliette (9/5): Perfect for our honeymoon! Relaxing, calm, peaceful. - The breakfast was delicious, local cheeses and meats and delicious home-made cakes for breakfast. Very friendly staff too, especially the lady who serves breakfast and cleans rooms 😀. We paid for a room with balcony overlooking the vines and it was lovely. Also grateful for the complimentary bottle of wine for our honeymoon. Not applicable
- rossi (10/5): - Magique
Un séjour de rêve
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
- Janina (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location, amazing team, and delicious food. Everything exceeded our expectations and we had the most relaxing days. The team were also very helpful with recommendations in the area and a female-run family business is always a win.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (10/5): Highly recommend - Very nice and relaxing place. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the calm pool area and a nice wine tasting. Only negative is that there is no restaurant and you would need to take the car for dinner. They have some smaller dishes though.
Highly recommed, would stay here again.
- Paul (9/5): lovely place in the country with nice rooms, lovely breakfast, nice pool and friendly staff - The room was large and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the pool is lovely. Good Wi-Fi around the site and the food nice We had flying ants getting into our bathroom
- Anne-marie (9/5): Superb -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely peaceful base for our holiday. Located in beautiful countryside, among the vines.
- Prp1950 (9/5): Leda' d'Ittiri. What a wonderful world - sorry, wine resort. - Leda' d'Ittiri is just a wonderful, quiet, relaxing little resort, and they make very good wines too! We had a great room with a balcony overlooking the wine fields. Rooms are very pleasant and nicely decorated. Breakfast in the morning was very good, made to order, lots of sweet things and great cappuccinos, served by very friendly staff. The gardens are pretty and they have a pretty nice pool too ! Leaving !

- Ken (8/5): - Fantastic setting with freedom to walk around the vinyard/Olive grove boundry plus lovely garden and pool, evening meals only available some nights. Great wine at sensible prices ! Ken and Annie Lovell UK
- Aimee (10/5): - Exceptional service, food and location. The grounds were beautiful and the room quaint with a spectacular view.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Charming place, built and run with the heart blood of the owners. Airport is close, but the soft noise of the infrequent takeoffs is not annoying. Relaxing atmosphere and a good attitude regarding environment and local food. Good wines and a very special olive oil! We will come back!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful countryside retreat! Can't miss - A hidden gem! We loved our stay here, the setting is beyond gorgeous, especially during sunset. The grounds are stunning with colourful buildings, lovely vineyards and beautiful pool. The breakfast, wine tasting and dinner were excellent and we enjoyed a very authentic Italian experience! Would highly recommend.
- Ulrich (6/5): - Freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Tolles Frühstück. Wunderbares Abendessen - alles frisch, selbstgemachte Nudeln.
- Bridgette (10/5): - Leda d'lttiri is the most beautiful place on the west coast of Sardinia. It is so peaceful to wake up every morning to the sound of birds and watch the sun come up over the rows of grapes. The grounds are incredibly kept with beautiful landscaping that I couldn't stop marveling at. The breakfast every morning is farm to table fresh with cakes and pastries as well as made to order eggs and bacon. The pool is beautiful and if you'd like to order sandwiches or a bottle of wine someone will come out to help you. Our room was perfect with a comfortable bed and a front terrace to sit out on and enjoy the flowers. If you go in June you will be lucky to see the poppy's in full bloom. I was so sad to leave this special place. 5 stars!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Extremely quiet and exclusive position although conveniently close to both Airport and town. Very attentive and charming staff. Delicious breakfasts and dinners with all local produce. Being part of an exclusive winery producing exceptional and reasonable wines. Annemarie the owner could not have been a better host.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We loved the quality of the experience and the food was among the best we had in Sardinia.
The folks working at the resort were competent and passionate. It was a great experience,
