• Sharon (9/5): Ideal for a short break - Collection of the keys was straight forward, room was clean. There were only sheets on the bed however when i requested blankets they were delivered quickly. I had hired a car and asked about parking on site. For the day we arrived we did not have to pay however she said i would have to pay for the next day, when i wanted to pay they said come in the morning. In the morning there was no available parking to pay for. This was not helpful as my mum is not able to walk far

• julie (8/5): - After two sleepless nights in apartment A07 due to nightclub infront we were moved at 2am after visting reception, sorted there and then toApt B16 which was simply fabulous (wish we'd moved on first night). apts were very clean and comfortable. staff fantastic. Food was very very good, but microwaved a few bits using microwave located in restaurant. Pools were clean with lots of sunbeds, no trouble getting kne and plenty of brollies & side tables apt A07 due to nightclub

Por la tarde estuvimos en las piscina y nos pudimos duchar en losa baños. Todo excepcional. Guardamos las maletas en un cuarto que nos pareció poco vigilado. Creo que deberían dar un resguardo de las maletas que pertenecen a cada persona. Había la opción de cerrarlas en unas taquillas, pero nuestras maletas eran demasiado grandes.

Poco parcheggio e nel caso non - La colazione con ampia scelta È una posizione molto complicata per trovare parcheggio e dispone di pochissimi parcheggi rispetto alla quantità di ospiti che può avere. Nostro appartamento fin da subito c’è stato consegnato sporco e nonostante avessimo richiesto che venisse pulito meglio.( c’erano ancora briciole e capelli per terra degli ospiti precedenti, nonché cibo scaduto nel frigorifero.) non hanno mai pulito meglio la camera.

Petit programme d’animations très bien réalisées notamment par Marc ( bravo à lui !) Personnel très à l’écoute . Excellent séjour , logement en appartement en 1/2 pension , c’est un bon 3 étoiles . Je recommande ! Quelques installations un peu vieillissantes ( dans la salle de bain , carrelage de la piscine abimé par endroit …) mais dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est très correct et cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour .

• Marielena (3/5): Nice hotel for a base but not worth it for all inclusive. - Half an hour walk from San Antonio centre so not a bad location. Comfy beds, very helpful and friendly staff. Being all inclusive was not worth it for me as a coeliac. I called the hotel a month prior to my booking and emailed them to ensure they could cater for me, however there was barely anything I could eat at breakfast lunch AND dinner. Twice they made me something separate (chicken and fried courgette) but they could only do this when not busy. Also, many people were complaining that the food was cold and they had to heat it up in the buffet microwave! The alcohol included was AWFUL. Very thin walls, I had two different neighbours during my stay and both kept us awake at all hours. Quite noisy area as it's just near a strip of bars, but to be expected in a party area.

• Marisa (6/5): Pleasant - It was good, there's a cleaning team everyday and the staff were very accommodating I ended my holiday was bed bug bits all over my legs. My friends and I never ate on the bed and always made sure to clean up after ourselves. However both my friends and I ended up with bed bugs all over our body. And we slept on both the beds and the soft bed.

And there is a taxi station infront of the hotel. the cleanliness is not up to standard and the type of the floor is hard to clean. in two bedroom apartment there was only one bathroom.
• Grant (8/5): Would stay again - The breakfast was 1 of the best ive ever had for an inclusive. Location was good, right next to a taxi rank as well which was ideal for getting about. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed our stay and would definetely stay again. No Mojitos, burbens or dark rums to drink unless you paid for them seperately or paid for the premium upgrade. No other complaints.
• Susan (9/5): Large, comfortable and a good location - Spacious apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Two balconies, one off the living area and one off the bedroom. Plenty of wardrobe space. Comfy sofa bed. Room cleaned every day and towels changed even though we were only there for three nights. Good location for beaches and taxi rank right next to the apartment. A tea towel for drying in the kitchen area would have been useful.

• Jen_long (8/5): Beautiful Ibiza stay - Our property was spotless. Our cleaner, Sonia was most helpful and provided us with everything we needed. The location is ideal for the beach and water taxi in to San Antonio. It is a nice, but fairly long walk from the hotel to town but there are taxi ranks right outside. We were in B block. We had the most lovely terrace overlooking the sea but unfortunately it got no sun at all. Obviously this isn't a fault of the hotel but just something to be aware of on check in. We spent all our time at the beach and pool so it didn't matter but it was a shame really as I'm a real sun worshipper and would've liked to sit out early morning.
• Mark (9/5): Very nice late summer break - Apartments are within the grounds of the Vibra Riviera hotel. Hotel reception desk is 24hr and hold the keys to the 2 apartment blocks (A&B). Apts have use of both pools, and depending on what board basis, bar & restaurant Block A is towards the front of the hotel and has a better views than block B Apartments from front to back were laid out - Balcony/open plan living, dining room, kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/balcony Front balcony had views directly over the car park and crazy golf course with extended views towards the sea. Rear looks at a pretty poor disrepair building (not part of the hotel) Living area has a double bed settee, large screen TC and round table with 4 chairs Although not used, kitchen appeared to be well suited with 2 x eclectic hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots pans crockery & cutlery etc Beach towels could be hired for a deposit of 20euro each (cash only) and refunded upon leaving. We were All Inclusive so also had to hire 2 x plastic cups/beakers 2euro each (again refundable upon leaving) which were exchanged at the bar for clean ones whenever you wanted to drink. If you did not want to carry the cups back to the room they could be exchange at the bar for a token which next time you wanted a drink could be exchanged for a full cup of choice. Seemed a bit strange at first, but on reflection it keeps the cost of 'clearing away staff' down and people leaving cups around making the place look untidy and attracting flies etc. Food was good for a 3* but sadly as with most of these type of hotels, some food wasn't as hot as I would like BUT there was a microwave should you wish to heat up your meal. Tuesday & Saturday BBQ on the veranda Nr the pool area worthy of comment as being very good. Not required by me, but there are no lifts in the 3 storey Apt blocks, so some assistance may be required for the not so capable/able. I think anyone with walking disability or wheelchair bound may struggle outside of the physical hotel as the pools etc and the Apts are on the side of a hill. There were ramps, but to me seemed a little steep Bar closes at 11PM for all drinks. On 2 occasions during the week, the security guard locking the door was a little over zealous and locked it early. Only talking a few minutes, but...

• Sue (8/5): Excellent holiday - Loved the appartment very spacious and clean liked the fact that breakfast was served until 11, food very good plenty to chose from very friendly staff. Supermarkets bars and restaurants just ouside the hotel with a cut through to the beach. Enjoyed the entertainment sitting outside in the warm evening. Two pools with plenty of sun beds whatever time you went to lay around the pool. Overall an excellent week spent in San Antonio Bay. On the day we were leaving had to vacate the room by 11 our Taxi was booked for 6. The hotel didnt seem overly full but reception wouldnt offer any extention to the room although it was extreemly hot and I got overheated waiting round the hotel for deptarture.

Personally, I love to wake up and go for a refreshing dip in the pool and also during the evening when coming back from the beaches, so I was disappointed that I couldn't indulge myself in that regard.

Since we stayed in the apartment block we didn't experience the hollow walls or the loud corridor noise which many other guests had complained about. A big shout out to our cleaning lady named Sonya, who did an excellent job. She even checked on us if we needed new towels when we had the do-not-disturb sign on.There is free parking on property (12 spots) and on street all around. Pretty safe to park.The beach which is a block away is a tiny bay beach, so no waves and full of algae. If not for the bad check-in experience, I would have given this place a 5 star rating. I would not stay here again due to the bad first impression at check-in. Horrible Check-in experience -- on arrival to the Vibra Riviera hotel, we were told by the manager named Beatrice that we cannot check in as the number of guests exceeded the max allowed for the 2 bedroom apartment that we had booked for 5 adults and 3 kids aged 5,6 and 9. She was rude and was not ready to listen or willing to see the confirmation email we had received from booking.com (that's where we had made this reservation), stating the updated number of guests as 8. This email was dated June 6, more than a month before arrival date at hotel. She had printed a portion of my communication with hotel stating the policy of 6 guests per room but didnt print the relevant portion which said that we should contact booking.com to make any changes to the reservation, which we had done successfully. Ofcourse all her front desk staff was singing her tune and told us that they cannot help and we need to contact booking.com. Imagine the experience after flying in from Lisbon and told that there is no room for us with 3 young and tired kids. We left the property and called booking.com and spoke to the agent who tried to reach Beatrice who was unavailable at the time so the agent promised us to follow up shortly and resolve the issue. To help expedite the resolution we drove back to the hotel again and this time we were told that we can check in. Apparently booking.com had gotten hold of the manager and told her that she was wrong and asked her to accommodate us with an additional room or additional bed. Beatrice never came to us to apologize for the way she handled the situation. Clearly someone had dropped the ball. What was more appalling was when I had asked the front desk agent for her manager's name, she refused to give it to me. Only when I pressed her that I'm going to find out anyways, she complied. So it's not only Beatrice who needs some training in customer service, but her staff too..
• Helena (10/5): amazing family hotel - this property is absolutely beautiful, 3 pools and a perfect little one for toddlers , the apartments are very spacious and clean perfect for a family , staff are very helpfull and friendly, especially the young girl in food house by the pool , very sweet girl , for late check out there was a very clean shower rooms to get ready so u can enjoy ur last day if ur flight is late , and the location is amazing close to restaurants, beaches and taxi boats amazing will be returning and recommending they could add a few kiddie slides as theres lots of space but this hotel is perfect could add a little kidarea

• Louise (5/5): Fantastic manager...poor cleaning and laundry service - The manager at Apartamentos Vibra Riviera is fantastic he went above and beyond to assist me with the issues experienced during my stay. The staff are helpful and pleasant... he is like a 5 star hospitality/ hotel manager stuck in a 3 star establishment - he deserves a nicer place to run They need to look into their cleaners...check what they do and how thorough they are. I went with a group and ended up with a room that smelt so badly of urine I could smell it as soon as the apartment door was opened. The bathroom smelt so bad it stunk out the whole apartment and the smell was so strong I couldn't sleep. I complained about it as soon as I arrived (1:30am!) and was told the place was fully booked so they couldn't do anything until the next morning. The bathroom door was faulty and when I closed it to keep the smell away it was stuck jammed for at least 10 minutes. whilst the bathroom appeared relatively clean to the eye...the smell was stomach churning. When I went to lay down..the sheets smelt like someone had slept in them and the bed sheets hadn't been changed (sweaty smelly feet). Poor cleaning in rooms and laundry...however the other member of my group, no smelly room..but did also have smelly stale sheets. The manager changed my room and sheets (that smelt fresh and clean) were put on the beds in my new room, so rhey did fix my problem but that was a terrible start to my holiday and there really is no excuse for a room and sheets smelling foul.

• Sandra (10/5): Fantastic Hotel & Apartments - Highly recommended! We had a wonderful holiday at this fab hotel. Friendly staff made us feel really welcome. It has 3 pools (1 for young kids) with plenty of sun loungers and a great entertainment programme - daily activities and a different show every night. This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be back.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Great apartament and service! - Very nice apartament for a couple, great hotel service, even when we checked out we could use the facilities for the day such as luggage room or courtessy room for a quick shower after the day on the beach. The only minus was no kettle in the apartament and very poor wifi but we managed anyway. Highly reccommend the apartaments. In the area was everything we needed: shops, pharmacy, restaurants, beach altho better one is further on the right called Pinet beach and boats to San Antonio or other beaches. The area is a bit spoilt by construction sites as new hotels are building up but apart from that is perfect for everything else.
