Riccardo (9/5): Eccellente esperienza lo consiglio - Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, stanza enorme, bagno adeguato con doccia grande, cassaforte e frigo bar, televisione, letto enorme (almeno 2 metri di larghezza) estrema gentilezza dello staff, ho avuto un problema con la chiusura elettrica della cappotta della mia autovettura e la ragazza alla reception mi ha offerto senza sovraprezzo il parcheggio gratuito! Ci tornerò sicuramente, lo consiglio. Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione delle finestre (nulla di grave) il frigobar un po' più fornito (c'era solo una bottiglietta di acqua naturale e una di gasata) e in ultima la manutenzione del giardino e delle enormi buche nel parcheggio. Una volta risolti questi punti, l'hotel merita 10 e 5 stelle 🔝💯

nathalie (7/5): - la proximité du parco nord , magnifique pour une balade, le personnel très aimable. le buffet déjeuner a 25 eur n'est clairement pas à la hauteur, et le bruit !! on entend toutes les discussions et les passages dans le couloir. j'ai trouvé aussi que pour un 4 étoiles il devrait. avoir au minimum du café et des thés .

There's no coffee/tea maker in the room, and no ironing service; you have to go behind the reception desk to iron your own clothes by yourself! The pillows are very high and hard and can hurt your neck.

Susana (4/5): Well, it is a very sad hotel. I will not stay there never again. Breakfast was sad too. - The food in the restaurante was nice despite the very sad room. It looks like a factory dining. The room was average clean. The big shower was good, the small was impossible to use. Nice gardens. With all the resources this hotel has, it could be a great place to stay — but it isn’t. The atmosphere is sad and dark, with grey and black tones, and many of the walls and doors are damaged. The materials used throughout the hotel feel very cheap, and the property is clearly falling apart. Maintenance seems minimal and far from adequate. The room didn’t even have bedside tables or proper drawers. I ended up placing my clothes on the second bed. We were also extremely cold — freezing — and nothing was done to help. No kettle, no coffee, not tea at least. This was our first and definitely our last stay at this hotel.

It is a short 10 minute walk to the metro station so easy to move around Milan. It was in a strange location next to a derelict building so the area wasnt as nice but we didnt spend much time in the hotel anyway so werent too bothered.
