- Imke (8/5): Superfijne locatie in hele leuke wijk! - Locatie is heel fijn. Appartement is ruim. Bedden slapen lekker. Contact per app maar verliep heel makkelijk snel en goed! Als je met meerdere mensen in appartement slaapt; dan is het gedeelte van de slaapbank heel licht door dakraam.

- Claudia (10/5): Davvero bella! - Struttura effettivamente come in foto, cucina attrezzata di tutto, ambiente curato e pulito. Posizione buona per raggiungere il centro città, in quanto nelle vicinanze si possono trovare varie fermate autobus e metro. Gradita la fornitura di ciabattine monouso e tutto il kit bagno e cucina, complimenti davvero! L’unica nota negativa (se così si può dire) è la mancanza di aerazione naturale. Se si vuole cambiare l’aria nel monolocale e’ necessario tenere aperta la porta/finestra di ingresso, che però non ha zanzariera!

Fora de l'hora d'arribada no hi ha ningú a recepció, la qual cosa pot ser frustrant si necessites quelcom. L'habitació minimalista en excés i amb molt poca llum.

No me gusta que el baño no era un “baño como tal”, la ducha estaba sola en la entrada y el inodoro si tenía puerta, pero no me parecía útil. El lavabo enfrente de la cama no estaba mal, pero mal repartido

The lady and gentleman who helped me were BRILLIANT and KIND. I really love that they have lockers to keep luggage cause I arrive early so I could store my bags, do my thing and came back for my check in. Thanks for allowing me to check in early too. Vor dem Waschbecken ist ein Handtuchhalter dadurch ist der Abstand zu groß um sich komfortabel am Waschbecken zu bedienen. Ganz gefährlich ist der Kühlschrank man kann sich seinen Kopf stoßen wenn man nach oben geht fällig falsch konzipiert War einfach zu weit weg vom Zentrum

- Martina (6/5): Warm welcome. Too expensive for what it is. More attention to keeping the facilities and lovely original design elements - Warm welcome. Accueil chaleureux. Location is already a little further from epicenter of Gràcia, but close enough. Room was well sized, had lovely design element, nice products. Online check in works very well/ is easy. Our request for an earlier check in ie at 15h instead of 16h was granted. Strictly no soundproofing - room was on the ground floor and you would hear everyone entering or leaving the building. Corridors light could not be switched off and due to a panel above the door not fully closing light was coming through all night. Windows don’t close that well - they are lovely old windows that add to the charm in the first place - and let cold air come in. Shower had clear signs of wear and conceptual flaws.

Loved the internal courtyard too. Check in is 100% online and straight forward. Just note, in case you're only travelling with a phone, I needed to use my laptop to complete the process.

The cleaning staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. They helped me with my luggage. I didn't like that the room I booked, which said it included a Kitchen, didn't actually have a kitchen. The staff did a great job of reimbursing me for some of what I had paid for the inconvenience. I would suggest that the staff fix the description of this room on the Booking Page.

- Margret (7/5): Alles in allem sehr nett obgleich die Bilder in der App. ein anderes Gaus suggerieren. Wer nicht sllzu anspruchsvoll ist - sehr nettes Haus mit schönen Zimmern. Man ist in 10 Minuten in den schönen Straßen von Gracia und hat gute Anbindung in die ganze Stadt. Die Zimmer sind mangels guter Beleuchtung etwas dunkel . Einige Schubladen sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Dusche müsste renoviert werden, obwohl sie bestens funktioniert. (Zimmer mit Tisch und Sesseln am Fenster)

- Maurath (9/5): - We chose this hotel because it was close to our family, so the location was perfect for us. Upon arrival, we were given a room that unfortunately didn’t have a door on the bathroom and was rather dark. Since we were staying for 12 nights, we requested a room change. The communication with the staff via WhatsApp was excellent, and they quickly moved us to a wonderful room. There are several nice places nearby for breakfast as well as supermarkets. The hotel doesn’t have a physical reception; all communication is handled virtually. No breakfast offered on site.

Getting the keys needed you to put in two codes and they pop out of a box which is weird. Very amateurish contact with staff - no idea who - asking me to email insecurely credit card details to pay for taxes which were already paid. Broken doors in the furniture meaning the fridge/minibar didn’t work. Signs of broken fitting being removed in bathroom and not replaced. A few lockers to leave luggage after checkout but on a first come first served basis so couldn’t be sure that it would be available. A false fire alarm - staff when they eventually picked up the phone said it happens. Another thing pointing to poor maintenance?

- Wendy (7/5): Good value but no in-house concierge resulted in difficulties.Great area to stay if confident using metro. - Secure, clean and spacious,compared to a hotel room. Great to come back to a family residential area and escape the main tourist centre after a day of site seeing. The lighting is insufficient, made reading and planning day trips difficult. The fridge/cold box didn’t work and there was no attempt to check it or fix it by the distant “WhatsApp concierge”. The distant concierge is a big problem…a fire alarm went off in the building, we and other guests were completely on our own, after messaging the WhatsApp number provided an automated reply contact number is sent, the distant concierge had to talk us through the process to disarm the alarm. Quite stressful for all and the local residents too on a Sunday night! Another example of problem with having a distance concierge… A couple had locked themselves out late at night and had to wait hours for help.

ALARMA de incendio en medio de la noche , llamamos hasta 3 veces por teléfono y nunca vino nadie, entre la policía los bomberos y los huéspedes solucionamos el problema……duró una hora y eso no fue nada agradable.

We paid for an upgraded suite with a patio, and it was just one huge disappointment after another. Location is down a ratty street in a marginal suburb of Barcelona far from anything. No parking. No staff on site. Complex codes to get in and get your padlocked key. No water or kleenex in "suite". Rotten half eaten peach in the otherwise empty mini fridge. Patio is sad (and dirty) with broken pots and dead plants overlooking neighbor's laundry clotheslines. Noise from street party all night. No lock on entry door or patio doors. No food on premises. We are lifetime platinum Bonvoy travelers and made a huge mistake on this one. Minimal furniture. Just a huge expensive mistake. BTW Barcelona is amazing. Just don't stay here.
