• Beatrice (9/5): Hotel in pieno centro! - Hotel in centro, situato in una via tranquilla adiacente alla via principale con ristoranti, negozi e tanti altri servizi. Si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi dalla stazione; in alternativa con il tram. Durante il soggiorno ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi in quanto l’hotel era poco distante da tutte le principali attrazioni. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile; ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli sia prima del check-in sia dopo il check-out. La camera era dotata di tutto quanto il necessario per un viaggio di pochi giorni ad Amsterdam, era pulita ed ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e rifatto il letto. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

• Marcos (1/5): Only good for location, everything else horrible - Location is great The receptionist during Kings Day was very restrict on who could visit, couldn’t have friends over even to have a quick toilet break or grab drinks. Had I known guests weren’t allowed I would’ve saved my money and gone to a hostel. There’s a reason I pay for paid for a hotel. Room was quite dirty with bed sheets being dirty too. Was told early check in was okay but when we arrived at the time said, we weren’t allowed to go into our rooms for 5 hours.

• Mandy (5/5): Unser Glück war es, dass es so zentral war und wir super Wetter hatten. - Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, man konnte alles gut erreichen. Tram gleich um die Ecke. Es sah alles sehr abgenutzt aus und leider überhaupt nicht, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben 13m2 gebucht, es waren höchstens 8. Aus den Fenstern konnte man nicht mehr schauen und es war sehr hellhörig.

• Amani (2/5): Awful. - Good location Experience was unacceptable from start to finish. We booked a twin room, but what we were given was clearly not a proper twin. As shown in the photos, two single beds had simply been crammed into an extremely narrow space with barely any room to move. There was no proper layout — just beds forced into a room that felt more like a storage closet than suitable accommodation. This was completely different from the advertised images, which show a well-presented, spacious twin room. What we received was significantly smaller, poorly arranged, and misleading. There were also serious safety concerns. The electrical sockets were sparking, and I genuinely felt at risk of being electrocuted when trying to use them. Other details only added to the poor experience — including a bizarre and inappropriate canvas in the bathroom (a cow urinating), and a phone placed in the room purely for decoration with no wiring, meaning there was no way to contact staff from the room. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive when we raised these issues. No alternative room, solution, or compensation was offered. We were also placed on the fourth floor with no lift access, which was not made clear at the time of booking and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility or health concerns. Overall, the room was not as described, not safe, and not worth the price paid. I will be submitting photo evidence to support this complaint and expect this matter to be taken seriously. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel
• Baptiste (9/5): Séjour en plein centre d'Amsterdam dans un quartier calme proche de tout. - C'est totalement ce que nous avons demandé (et ce qui était annoncé) pour la chambre: deux lits, une salle de bain. Tout était propre, nettoyage par le service de ménage tout les jours. Le personnel est toujours présent à l’accueil et répond rapidement au question. PARFAIT. Rien à dire de négatif.

Väldigt bekvämt med egen nyckel till entrén så att man kan komma och gå på dygnets alla timmar. Boendets standard är verkligen undermålig och behöver rustas upp. För det pris som jag betalade så förväntar jag mig åtminstone en något bättre nivå. Allt var av sämre kvalitet! Sängen var inte särskilt bekväm. Rummet var minimalt, med inget utrymme för packningen. Badrummet hade det minsta handfatet du kan hitta. En av väggarna var inte ens färdigmålad. Det här är inte godkänt, det behöver förbättras.

My only concern was with the overall cleanliness of t - The hotel has a great location making it very easy to wander around the city and regroup at the hotel. The room itself was quite dirty and could use a wipe down. Cobwebs along the walls and areas with mold could really use a cleaning. Also, despite it being a non-smoking facility our room smelled very heavily of smoke.

• Gabriela (4/5): Μέτρια - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή Το πρόβλημα μας ήταν οι καθρέφτες. Καθόλου βολικοί. Θα θέλαμε έναν κανονικό καθρέπτη αν όχι ολόσωμο. Το δωμάτιο αργούσε πολύ να ζεσταθεί και από κάπου έμπαζε κρύος αέρας. Αν δεν αντέχετε να ανεβείτε 5 ορόφους με τις σκάλες καλύτερα επιλέξτε ένα δωμάτιο στους πιο κάτω ορόφους διότι δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ. Ακόμα και εμείς σαν νέα παιδιά κουραζόμασταν πολύ με το ανέβα-κατέβα. Πόσο μάλλον εάν έχετε και μεγάλες βαλίτσες.

Booking’in bu oteli listesinden derhal çıkartması gerekiyor. Otel leş gibi uyuşturucu kokuyor. Halılar pislik içnde. Yataklar çok kötü. Çekyat’ı yatak diye satıyorlar. İnanılmaz kötü bir otel. Booking nasıl bu oteli müşterilerine öneriyor akıl alacak gibi değil.

• Manu Muzi (7/5): - Posizione eccellente, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la città. La camera è di dimensioni ridotte ma con tutto il necessario. Pulizia giornaliera. La struttura ha delle scale molto ripide e non è presente ascensore. Per noi non è stato un problema ma se si viaggia con persone con ridotta mobilità o bambini è un fattore da tenere in considerazione.

• Andréa (7/5): - L'emplacement est idéal. La majorité des activités sont à 15 minutes à pieds. Nous avons eu la chance d'être au 2e étage et en sac à dos. Les escaliers sont raides donc évitez absolument les valises. Le chauffage fonctionnait. La chambre n'est pas vraiment insonorisée.
• Justine (9/5): Hôtel idéalement situé et très agréable ! - L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé, il est à environ 1km des principales activités d’Amsterdam. La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle mais ce qui fait le plus de cet établissement c’est le personnel : toujours souriant, charmant et à l’écoute des clients. Nous avons eu un soucis pour connecter la télé au wifi de l’hôtel, un employé est venu voir ce qu’il se passait afin de nous aider. Merci d’avoir rendu ce séjour aussi agréable ! Question de préférence bien évidement, mais le lit est trop mou pour des personnes ayant des problèmes de dos… Attention aussi, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur

Servicio de consigna de equipaje incluido en el precio. Check in y check out online muy cómodo. Café gratis. Iluminación dentro de la habitación muy pobre. Bañera antigua un poco incómoda para duchas.

Alla richiesta di asciugamani extra ce ne hanno forniti immediatamente. Purtroppo la pulizia, almeno nel nostro caso, totalmente inesistente, macchie e capelli sia su coperte che sotto le lenzuola e non vado oltre, presa elettrica parallela alla doccia walk in con poco margine di spazio l'uno dall'altra, altamente pericoloso.

Ci è stata assegnata una stanza al 2° piano (attenzione: scale ripide ma nulla di assurdo) con un piccolo bagno in angolo composto da wc, lavandino e doccia. Ci hanno cambiato ogni giorno gli asciugamani. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene!! Devo dire che la posizione fa il suo effetto e lo staff è davvero gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato anche moltissimo il messaggio da parte dello staff prima del nostro arrivo: ci hanno indicato quale autobus era più comodo prendere dall'aeroporto per raggiungere l'hotel. Sicuramente ritornerei a soggiornare c/o questo hotel! Pulizia abbastanza buona, unica pecca il bagno era freddo perché privo di riscaldamento. Nonostante tutto però l'ho trovato passabile. Sicuramente non è insonorizzato e si sente tutto dalle altre stanze, ma per noi non è stato davvero un problema.
