• Sainz Jubera (8/5): Se puede mejorar - La ubicación, ausencia de ruidos. En general el estado del apartamento, difícil de definir, aspecto avejentado, quizá? Sofá incómodo,se hundía. Camas excesivamente pequeñas. Mejoraría con repaso de pintura y mejora de algunos desperfectos.

• Vanja (8/5): All in all, we are satisfied with the recommendation - The location is excellent and the apartment is very comfortable Hygiene is ok, a cockroach and a bed bug were seen once. The biggest complaint is the bad and slow internet wifi and the fact that the request to check the internet was not answered. The host did not answer
• mike (9/5): Great location with plenty of room to relax. - Great location within one block of city square. There is a convenient eevator to the 2nd floor. The rooms were quiet when the windows were closed. Also it was nice to have a washing machine to use. We felt safe during our stay! It would have been nice to have a drip coffee maker and a few paper products like kleenex and paper towels.

Unpersönlich, Checkin kompliziert, da auf dem Bildschirm alles nur in Spanisch. Keine genaue Anzeige, wie und wo genau man den Personalausweis scannen muss. Bei geöffnetem Fenster unangenehmer Geruch und Lärm aus dem Innenhof. Keine Möglichket der Gepäckdeponierung am Abreisetag.

Man kan lett ta flybussen til området ved Primark. Tar 5 minutter å gå til leiligheten derfra. Utdatert. Trenger oppussing og nye møbler. Ellers var det massasje studio i første Etg. Mye trafikk.

• Paul (8/5): Great location for a short stay in Barcelona. - The location was great, right by the Gothic Quarter and very close to metro stations. It had everything we required for a short break. Great to have a couple of coffee shops within a few metres of the property. It was clean but everything had been well used. It could do with a bathroom refresh and some updating of furniture. However I feel the price reflected this.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Quiet apartment in very convenient position - Spacious bright lounge area with comfortable chairs. Good bedroom and bathroom. Quiet at night. Wobbly dining table and lopsided dining chairs. Also washing machine was quite noisy but fabulous having it there.

• Mark (10/5): Great apartment for four days in Barcelona. Highly recommended! - This is a great, well-equipped apartment, within easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Barcelona. It’s a stone’s throw from Placa de Catalunya, with shopping, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants all-around. Check-in was super easy, with a scanning machine that reads passports that is at least as good as the ones in airports. Communication with the property was excellent, with instructions arriving days in advance. You couldn’t find a better place for several days in Barcelona.

• Коршунович Игорь (7/5): Шикарное Расположение, Но. - Расположение супер 1 мин до пляжа. Каталонии. В номере всё необходимое, даже какие то насекомые в районе плиты. Процесс поселения проблем не вызвал. Бойлер большой, можно хорошо помыться. Номер выходил на улицу - шумно, плохо спали. Кровать маленькая, хотя матрас удобный. Пол не очень чистый. Телевизор не работал, на жалобу отреагировали довольно быстро, тем же вечером приехал чел и всё наладил путём замены батареек в пульте. Отчего это не было сделано до заселения - не понятно. Под входной дверью щель в палец, соседи готовили постоянно что-то чесночное, нам приходилось открывать окна.

• Diliana (6/5): Good location but very dirty - The location is very good with supermarkets and a lot of public transport options The ac is new and works well The staff was completely unresponsive to any type of contact. They provided a number for calling but it was off all the time! The apartment was very dirty, 100% was not mopped or vacuumed from previous days. There was a huge cockroach in the kitchen, the blankets provided were dirty and had holes and broken parts. The toilet smelled horrible of drainage. The sofa had a hole from a cigarette and was feeling overall very dirty.

La stanza era sporchissima (insetti, peli, capelli, polvere, calcare), staff inesistente e il numero su booking era di un'altre sede. Ci hanno fatto perdere una giornata intera per via del fatto che non rispondevano per risolvere il problema della pulizia della camera. Il prezzo era troppo alto per il servizio ricevuto.

• Joanne (10/5): Excellent location, lovely and spacious and we will be back - Excellent location. Got the airport express bus which was so close by. You are just in the heart of everything. The room was soundproof so I had a great night sleep. Nice spacious apartment. Instructions were really clear for getting the keys. Nothing major, but the bedside lights were not working. We managed to get one going, but not the other one.
• Bente (6/5): - Det var besværligt at hente nøgle andet sted end overnatningsstedet. Vi tog en taxi, men blev sat at 800 meter fra Comtal st, 33, så det var meget besværligt. OG fredag omkring kl. 13.30 , (mens vi står i kø for at komme ind på Casa Batllo kl. 14.00) modtager vi en mail om, nøglen i hoveddøren er blevet skiftet, og vi skal afhente ny nøgle mellem kl. 14.30 og 15.00 på Comtal st. 33. Vi turde ikke andet end at træde ud af køen for at hente ny nøgle. Vi var urolige for, hvordan vi så skulle få den nye nøgle, uden vi skulle bruge den halve dag på at jagte en hoveddørsnøgle. Vi har betalt eur 54,60 (kr. 415,91) til Casa Batllo. Dem vil vi gerne have refunderet af Apart. Sant Jordi. Bekræft venligst dette skriv. Med venlig hilsen Bente Kronhamn

• Simone (2/5): - Gefallen hat uns die Lage. Die Wohnung ist heruntergewirtschaftet. Reste von Geschirr teils kaputt. TV defekt incl. Fernbedienung. Betten sind komplett katastrophal genauso wie die Couch. Im Sz ist ein Fenster welches beim öffnen in einen Schacht zeigt. Geräusche aus dem Schacht lassen einen Schlaf kaum zu. Es wird ewig Wäsche gewaschen usw. Die Wohnung muss neu gestaltet werden. Selbst für spanische Verhältnisse sehr suspekt.

• Anne (8/5): Overall stay was very comfortable and apartment was clean and tidy. Location was perfect. - Great location. Once we got the key and access, stay was very comfortable. Communication was very good and the property answered promptly. Mostly the apartment was comfortable. Items needed - tea towel for drying dishes, more toilet paper, only 2 rolls provided. couple more pillows - only 2 on bed and 1 in cupboard.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento non molto pulito.una finestra che non si chiudeva e i copriletti e gli asciugamani macchiati. Peccato perché è davvero un appartamento con posizione strategica.

Checkin late evening was troublesome and communication not very nice/unhelpful. Very old washing machine, discoloured my clothes, mattress not very comfortable. Echoing noise from other apartments, particularly phones ringing.

Очень понравилось расположение - Расположение самое лучшее В Booking была цена 579 евро Нам не разрешили оплатить онлайн ,сказали оплатить при получении ключей в специальном киоске . При оплате цена оказалась другой 635 евро . Это дороже ,чем я бронировала в booking. Это было неприятно и неожиданно. Старая мебель и сантехника . Пахло плесенью

• Magda Scherer (8/5): - Localização excelente!! Para estadias curtas o anfitrião poderia deixar filtro para a cafeteira. Ou seria melhor ter uma cafeteira com cápsulas, mais prático. A cozinha é muito limitada para quem quer ou gosta de cozinhar. Ficamos sem água quente para o banho de manhã.

• Karen (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location. Separate bedroom and kitchen facilities. - Fabulous location. The shower in the bath / there should be a hand rail as I found this quite slippery and dangerous getting in and out.
