- Yepes Arroyave (4/5): Decepcionada - Las personas muy amables El hotel está muy deteriorado, se ve viejo de mal aspecto, paredes con pintura desgastada, sábanas y toallas manchadas, el piso malo, la nevera fea oxidada, el baño con pelos mal lavado, el calentador no funcionaba cada que lo iba a usar me tocaba llamar y esperar un rato, no volvería a ese hotel muy costoso para lo que es, parece un hostal

- Manuela (7/5): Hotel con ambiente familiar muy bien ubicado - Excelente ubicación. Es un hotel con un ambiente "familiar". El personal es amable. Vender artesanías muy lindas. Desayuno casero. Se les olvidan detalles como entregar una segunda toalla, jabón de manos y ducha, papel higiénico extra. Se escucha el ruido al pasar los carros. Creo que es un pocos costoso vs la calidad de las instalaciones.

- Daniel (7/5): Nice short trip to Manizales - This hotel is well located in the city near to the G area where we can find different options of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and discos. The staff there was polite, friendlier and helpful. Everything is near, no more than 15 minutes moving between places in car, taxi or bus. If you prefer walk, you can do it, you feel secure and relaxed there. I think the facilities could be better in appearance by the price that I paid, maybe, I think they could be update the rooms with a new fresh design adding new furniture and updating the bathroom.

- Daylon (10/5): Great Hotel for the money - This place was in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and even went as far as finding me transportation to Pereira because that was where I flew out of. The bed was comfortable and the fridge in the room came in handy. You can’t beat this room in terms of location and comfort at this price.

The hotel looks like it should be half its price. We had no airconditioning and the room was very small. It's way overpriced for what the hotel offers
- 835dagobertog (10/5): Feel like a king or queed - So, i stayed at the hotel for a couple nights, and i must say that the staff are the best, and they will spoil you like a king. 3 am and just got back? They will get you ANYTHING delivered in no time. Army base next to it, great! It's Colombia, feels safe to be next to it, plus you are not worried about getting robbed as soon as u get out of the cab. Quiet and next to main ave. rooms. Being a sailor and traveled around the world gives me an idea of whats good or not, and this place is EXCELENT!
