• Guadalupe (10/5): A very Zen place. - This property looked like an Hacienda with lots of detailed charm. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Very clean all throughout the Hotel. The garden was so beautiful and we even got to go to the chapel.the restaurant was delicious, a bit pricey, but worth it.

• Marianne (10/5): Classic hotel in Toluca - What a classic hotel with an attention to detail in its design and decoration. Our junior suite and standard King rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The restaurant staff was very attentive to our dietary requests. Some people in the reception could have been more proactive. We wanted to go to the Nevado de Toluca. He finally arranged a driver and when we arrived, the trails were closed due to an accident that happened a while ago. This is the major site in the area. Surely someone could have known this and spared us a 5 hour round trip drive and 1700 pesos. I count on my hotels and drivers to know what’s going on.

• Bridget (10/5): I absolutely loved my stay and wish it could have been longer. I will definitely return. - The breakfast was average. Plates should be heated when serving warm food. Coffee could be better. Service was great with very friendly and attentive staff. View of the garden and ambiance in the restaurant was perfect. The soft background music made for a relaxing way to start the morning. The bar was very nice where I enjoyed a margarita and cappuccino. Comfortable seating and attentive staff. Providing a coffee maker in the room would have been very convenient. This simple improvement would be appreciated by most guests. Especially after a late check in when restaurant is closed. It should be standard for any hotel room.

• Estela (7/5): Cobran un depósito de $1009 que no te regresan al salir sino que hay que esperar 5 días para recibirlo - El Hotel es precioso, pero cuidado que cobran un depósito de $1000 que no te regresan al salir, te hacen un cobro de 1 centavo para evitar la cancelación del pago o algo así muy absurdo y después hay que esperar 5 días a que te devuelvan el dinero, un procedimiento absurdo, incomodo y vergonzoso que te hace sentir insegura de que realmente te lo paguen. La almohada muy alta y dura, el colchón de la cama no es muy cómodo y no hubo portero a las 5:00 am ni recepcionista. Pero lo peor es que te cobran un depósito de $1000 que no te devuelven al salir del hotel, sino que hay que esperar 5 días para tenerlo, aún no sé si me lo van a pagar y estoy perdiendo el tiempo estando atenta de que llegue esa devolución, es absurdo. Ya me regreso a España y me quedo con la sensación desagradable de no tener mi dinero.

Our stay was one week and all we got was 2 bottles of water daily and 2 clean glasses. This was really unusual as We travel a lot and were quite Surprised that there was nothing in the room to at least make a simple breakfast.

• Hector Manuel (4/5): - Me lleve una mala experiencia, pues para empezar, me obligan a dejar 1,000 pesos de deposito por si se PIERDE algo, aunque se deja una baucher abierto para gastos, despues me quede consumiendo en el bar viendo las carreras de fórmula 1, cuando termino hice mi salida y me querían cobrar 2,000 pesos por salir despues de las, cuando estuve consumiendo en el bar. muy desagradable

Algunos te dicen que el restaurante se cierra hasta las 10 de la noche y otros te dicen que a las ocho y de todas maneras cuando pides algo de Servicio a cuarto te ponen peros
• GUILLERMO (4/5): Tomar en cuenta - Personal atento, hotel bien ubicado, sin embargo la conexión a internet es un problema, incluso en la habitación, la recepción de señal de celular también es limitada, el flujo del agua no es óptimo y hay que esperar tiempo a que fluya agua caliente. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y la cama cómoda.

• V8995ZHrosie (10/5): Outstanding Hotel & Staff - This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! 15 minutes to Toluca airport & close to a cpl of very nice restaurants, which was nice as we arrived late on a Sunday & their restaurant was closed, but the delightful staff was quick to recommend options for us. There are multiple, tranquil gardens with fountains & benches. Also a beautiful chapel on site. The rooms are extremely spacious, very comfortable & spotless. We had room 322, king bed with sitting area & nice balcony overlooking one of the gardens. It was so quiet & peaceful you could hear a pin drop. The furnishings are elegant. Each floor offers a common sitting area with gorgeous furnishings.Sadly, we did not have time to explore the spa, pool or exercise area....next time for sure. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in their restaurant & drinks in the lounge. The nicest,most helpful staff we've ever had the pleasure to meet. I wish we had more time to spend, which leaves room for a return visit. This hotel is an absolute must stay!! Highly recommended! Thank you Quinta del Rey.

Bathroom had a bathtub (additionally to the shower), just in case you want to take a hot bath. :) Staff was very friendly. Wifi was good. The in-house restaurant was good. There was parking on site. Would stay there again. We couldn't find any supermarktes or smaller/simpler restaurants close by so your options are limited if you don't want to get into the car.

Desde la llegada fuimos recibidos por una persona muy amable, las instalaciones están super cuidadas y tienen una estética muy uniforme y pulcra. La habitación es muy cómoda con mueblería impecable y descansamos como reyes. El restaurante ofrece alimentos muy ricos y estéticos, un poco caros para mi gusto si soy honesto, pero vale la pena.
