• Isabelle (8/5): - Son emplacement! Difficile de faire mieux on pouvait tout faire à pied. Sinon, on était à 2 minutes d’un métro. La rue était jolie, avec beaucoup de petits commerces. Trop minimalement équipé. Pas d’essuie-tout, pas de lavette pour la vaisselle, un seul mini savon pour les mains. Autre élément, les murs sont très peu insonorisés. L’appartement est vieux c’est donc un peu normal mais ici c’était quand même intense: on entendait les voisins, le bébé qui a pleuré pendant tout notre séjour, la terrasse 4 étages plus bas, etc.

• Maarten Christiaan (10/5): Fantastische locatie!! - Fantastische ligging in het centrum! Wij hadden 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer en badkamer. Broodrooster, oven, magnetron, wasmachine en koel/ vrieskast aanwezig. Is op sommige punten een beetje verouderd maar is wel erg schoon.

• Hervé (9/5): Séjour en famille très agréable. - Appartement très bien situé dans une ruelle calme, la majorité des emplacements à visiter sont accessible à pied, sinon la station de métro est à 200m. Appartement très propre et spacieux avec terrasse privative. Récupération des clés très simple via un coffre sécurisé après être rentré dans le hall via un digipass. Communication très clair via messagerie. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont assez minimaliste mais fonctionnel.

Quelques éléments à rafraîchir : porte de la première salle de bain à l'entrée qui a dû subir un dégât des eaux, quelques endroits de peinture au mur qui s'effritent.
• Daniele (8/5): - L'appartamento si trova in posizione piú che strategica, nel pieno centro di Barcellona. Basta uscire di casa e si trovano bar, forni, supermercati e negozi di tutti i tipo. É inoltre vicinissimo a piú fermate della metropolitana e alla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto. Quando siamo arrivati, la macchina per effettuare il check in automatico non funzionava. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di contatto e una persona é venuta presso l'appartamento per farci il check in manualmente. Tra tutto abbiamo perso almeno 45 minuti.

• Kadi (10/5): Suurepärane majutus hea asukohaga - Suurepärane majutus, kus olid kõik mugavused. Veekeetja, föönid ( lausa 2), kõikide nõudega köök, super hea asukoht, kohvikud kohe all tänaval. Majutus oli puhas. Ülimalt mugav sisse registreerimine. Lift. Soovitan väga, meie arvates 10/10. Vaade ei olnud kõige parem, aga sellega olime arvestanud ja kohe tänavale minnes oli vaade super.

• Małgorzata (8/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni - Lokalizacja wspaniała. Ścisłe centrum a jednak cicho bo w bocznej uliczce. Duży, przestronny, wygodny apartament. Na plus dwie łazienki. Wymaga odświeżenia, ale nie to jest najważniejsze. Duże łóżko niezbyt wygodne. Przyzwyczajeni do ogrzewania nieco marzliśmy w nocy, ale takie uroki marcowej wycieczki.

L'appartamento è ampio I materassi di tutti i letti sono con molle che hanno ormai ceduto così come il divano in sala. Nei bagni le mensole mancanti non sono state sostituite. Per pagare la tassa di soggiorno c'è un "bussolotto" all'ingresso del palazzo che non indica le carte di credito non accettate neppure nelle email di preavviso. Le ns Amex non sono state accettate e dopo un viaggio iniziato alle 5 di mattina e una chiamata telefonica alla referente dell'appartamento che abbiamo dovuto attendere, verso le 14:30 con il bancomat abbiamo finalmente pagato e ottenuto in premio le chiavi dell'appartamento.

Nous avons apprécié les boutiques et restaurants et bars tout autour de l'appartement.Pas loin de la plaza Catalunya,du metro,près des ramblas,de la boqueria. Il manquait juste un essuie vaisselle ou deux en plus.

Also we locked the key in the unit and did not receive any assistance from host to gain access having to call a locksmith at considerable cost.
• Giorgia (9/5): La scelta migliore per visitare Barcellona - Non potevamo essere più soddisfatti, tutto perfetto, alloggio comodo, spazioso, pulito, ma la cosa migliore è la posizione, 3 minuti da Playa Catalunya da cui partono le principali fermate metro e c'è anche la fermata del Bus che porta dall'aeroporto.

It has a washing machine, which is very convenient, but - The biggest advantage of this place is its excellent location. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. cleanliness could be improved. The carpet definitely needs proper vacuuming, and the lack of a dishwasher was also a downside.

• Eileen Kronauer (9/5): The apartment was adequately supplied and the location could not have been more centrally. - The location was central to many historic sites, including grocery stores and market. The kitchen was adequately supplied with equipment and tools. The apartment was clean, and cleaning service came twice to thoroughly clean the apartment during our 10 day stay. The apartment was very quiet. We did not hear any noice through the walls. However, we did hear people partying on the roof top of an adjacent building. There was very little natural light because the windows opened into a shaft. The bedroom window provided more light than the ones in the living room. Checking into the apartment through the kiosk was challenging. English was not an option on the instruction screen so we had difficulty determining what information was being requested. The United States was not listed as "United States" when selecting our country. The shower was very hard to get started. The piece that is required to be pulled up to get the shower flowing was very difficult to pull up. Soap supply was inadequate.

Check-in automático (computador)mas acessível. O que me fez escolher este apartamento foi não ter caução! Recomendo! Podia ter AC no quarto também,mas o AC da sala aquece um pouco o quarto! De resto nada a apontar.

Her yere yürüyerek çok rahat gidilebilir. 5 kişi olduğumuzu belirtmemize rağmen bize 4 yataklı ev verdiler. 10 yaşındaki çocuğumuz salonda ikili koltukta uyudu. Havlular kirli gözüküyordu. İyi ki yanımızda getirmişiz!

Niestety na miejscu nie było ani kawy, ani herbaty, a zmywarka również nie była dostępna. Dodatkowo w ofercie widniała informacja o zestawie kosmetyków, jednak otrzymaliśmy tylko jeden zestaw na dwie osoby, mimo że pobyt trwał trzy dni.

Overall impression: Despite the issue with the washing machine, the apartment offered a comfortable stay in a great location. We would stay here again. Washing machine was not working. I contacted the owner, who said a cleaner would come to check, but no one arrived and the machine remained out of order.
