- Olivier (2/5): - We missed that reception closes at 6pm. Our mistake. We arrived in the evening and there were no instructions for "late" arrivals nor any self-checkin instructions. There was a phone number provided on the door (for emergencies) but we received no answer to our calls. We had received not a single word of instructions before arrival. I totally understand that some properties work with limited front office hours. Unfortunately this property doesn't bother to communicate with their guests ahead of arrival to prevent them from getting stranded in front of a closed door and provides no reply when onsite.

- howard (8/5): - All good . Was attending a Stranglers music concert in cartonniere so was nice and convenient for that . Kitchenette was well kitted out . Only negative point which was the shower head which couldn’t be moved from pointing out of the Bath in a fixed position. So you had to hold on to it

- Céline (2/5): Déplorable - Chambre sale. Grosses taches sur la moquette, miette de pain sur le sofa, moisissures dans la salle de bain et poignée de porte explosée Literie médiocre. Nous ne sommes pas restés plus de 10 minutes et avons remis les clés dans la boîte aux lettres

- Elena (10/5): - Todo fue fácil. Nos mandaron unos códigos para poder acceder al apartamento. Además, está en una zona que estás a 20 min de absolutamente todo. Todo genial.
- Sandrine (6/5): Déçu - J'ai eu des nuisances sonores par des locataires qui sont dans l'hôtel mais pas locataires de l'hôtel. Et puis surprise dans les derniers jours je le suis apppercu qu'il y avait des cafards dans ma chambre. J'ai été prévenir l'accueil tout de suite elle est venue passer l'aspirateur et mettre du produit mais peur d'en ramener à la maison quand même.

- karim fawzi (8/5): Un interlocuteur SVP. - Bien dans l'ensemble. Calme et sécurité au rendez vous. Le ménage dans la chambre n'a jamais été fait durant tout le séjour et les draps n'ont jamais été changés. Arrivée un Samedi et départ un Samedi, en dehors de l'établissement tous les jours de 7#00 à 18#30, et donc je n'ai jamais pû avoir un interlocuteur physique durant tout mon séjour. De même pas de réponses au téléphone ou aux emails. DOMMAGE !
- elodie (6/5): confort a revoir - appartement pratique en famille pour pouvoir dîner ou prendre le petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Par contre, le confort est absolument à revoir . je n'aurai pas pu passer une 2eme nuit dans cet hôtel. Les matelas sont durs. La fermeture de la porte de chambre bloquait avec le lit et pas d'ampoule dans les lampes de chevet. C'est vraiment dommage que le confort puisse gâcher le séjour car l'appartement en lui même est très sympa.
- DELPHINE (10/5): Appartement confortable - Appartement pour 4 personnes. Très grand. Chambre 1 lit double et canapé lit dans le sejour. Kitchenette avec ustensils cuisine, microonde, cafetière filtre et bouilloire. Tres bien. Situé à 10 min à pied du centre ville: cathédrale et restaurants.

En 2 jours nous n avons vu aucune personne travaillant a l hotel.. ni receptionniste ... ni employe de menage. Les megots et bouteilles vides de la soirée sont restés tout le we ! Sinon l appartement est bien et l hotel bien situé

- Sylvain (8/5): Studio Pratique - Petit studio , propre, pratique pour avoir le minimum pour cuisiner. Dommage que la connections internet ne marche pas , pas de sèche cheveux . Les radiateurs sont du type grille pain. On attend les bruits du couloir mais pas de ses voisins.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Bonne localisation, rapport qualité/prix correct. - Séjour agréable. Une demande spécifique a bien été prise en compte (studio avec chaises "normales" et non "de bar ", pour problème handicap, donc studio double pour le même tarif. Puis un téléviseur en disfonctionnement a été remplacé après signalement par un membre de l'hôtel très serviable. Pour la douche au receveur minimaliste, il a fallu s'adapter pour éviter les dégâts au parquet .Tout était propre, et le personnel aux petits soins. Bonne localisation, rapport qualité/prix correct selon critères recherchés. Nous y revenons régulièrement.

Wer es mag mit niemandem zu tun haben zu müssen, der wird das Hotel schätzen. Das bereit gestellte Geschirr usw. ist komplett primitiv. Wahrscheinlich weil es sonst Beine bekäme. Sauberkeit soweit Wäsche und Bad betreffend gut, sonst im Rahmen. Wifi untauglich. Insgesamt auch optisch karge Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe mit dem Charme eines Touristenschließfachs für die Nacht, dessen Preis für das Angebot am obersten Limit ist.

Tiny TV, but we didn't watch it. Breakfast is available but must be reserved the day before. The location is a bit off the path, but not too far out of the way to walk to the city center. Good value 2 room / 2 bath for a family trip.
- Amanda (10/5): Great place to stay in Reims - Nice clean apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice kitchenette. Carrefour grocery is just around the corner, Champagne Mumm is nearly across the street, and it's a quick walk to central Reims. We were able to check in during desk hours on a weekday and had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Améliorations possibles - Réservation et indications pour l'arrivée et l'installation au studio : Ok. Studio assez vaste, assez bien situé dans la résidence, propre, clair. Seul bémol, déjà signalé : le choix du mobilier : table haut perchée mini et sièges "de bar", dangereux et inconfortables pour seniors, matelas à ressorts; lavabo bouché; le personnel de l’accueil, très sympa, a tenté de remédier, mais il faudrait un plombier par la suite.

L’hôtel est correctement bien placé avec l’avantage de pouvoir se garer gratuitement à proximité, être à 5min de la gare et donc en périphérie du centre. - Saida (8/5): Appart' hôtel champs de mars - Bonjour L'appartement était très bien entretenu literie et matériel propres mais dommage par la présence d'une odeur très forte et désagréable. Sinon à part ce désagrément tout était très bien et nous sommes satisfaites.

- Andreas (6/5): Overnight in Reims - Hotel had small rooms with basic features. Location is in commercial / industrial area near the cemetery and the railway station. Laundry facilities are available but instructions are only in French. Car parking is free in the street in front, if you can find a spot. We had no problems but had to walk about 100m to hotel. City and restaurants about 15 - 20 minute walk away. Hotel was quiet and reasonably clean. Ok for 1 or 2 night stay, but no longer.

Het is een zeer klein appartement en erg benauwd. Het enige raam kijkt uit op de galerij. Het is een zeer netjes en schoon appartement met een kitchenette.

- David (8/5): Good location for Reims center - The apartment was nice and compact the area and parking was safe and good. Only downside was the wifi was useless don't believe it was actually working .
- Steve (8/5): Good value hotel near Reims centre - This hotel is basic in some respects and not in the prettiest neighbourhood. However, it's cheap, the bedrooms are modern and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and it's within easy walking distance of the city centre. There is free on-street parking (limited number of spaces), or an underground garage for a small extra fee. Breakfast is simple but adequate. There are no other facilities, such as a lounge, bar, etc. But if you just want a clean place for the night, it does that job well. Note that the reception closes at 6:30pm, so if you're going to arrive after that time, you need to phone ahead.

It's a apartment hotel without reception so you are a little on your own at weekends. Instructions on entry were really clear, so no problems. It was a 10-15 minute walk into downtown Reims and restaurants/bars a plenty
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great stop over for our family - Easy to find and well located for accessing restaurants and bars. The office is not staffed at weekends but the alternative arrangements worked well. This hotel suited our family very well for a short stopover in Reims.
- Graeme (8/5): - Good location, close to town. you get what you pay for. Next door to Mumm's champagne. 10min walk from supper market. 15-20min walk from main food restaurant and shopping areas. A little work needed to in bathroom. Beds a little small but comfortable. Good to pay a bit extra for parking inside, parking out side can be difficult. Facilities close when staff leave.
- Lucas (8/5): Nice place, awful pillows. - Nice place. Very nice to have a kitchenette and all that. The pillows were awful and as we arrived on the weekend we couldn't ask for another one as no one works there on the weekend.
- Alan (8/5): - This place offers self-catering motel-style accommodation which is very clean, perfectly comfortable and good value. Off-street parking is available but there is also plenty of free on-street parking out front. The location is ideal if you are taking the tour of Mumm's champagne cellars. The centre of Reims is only about 10 minutes' walk away. We would certainly stay here again.
- Laurie (6/5): reasonable apartment - Tidy apartment 7/10 mins walk from town centre. 1 min walk from Mumm cellars! and 3 min walk to Cazenove cellars. rooms ok without being fantastic, but clean.

- JD (6/5): Just ok if you are on a budget - There was no light in the toilet; no staff at all over the weekend, which can be a real problem in that situation (we used the table lamp as a makeshift light); but otherwise, its ok.
