• Peter (3/5): Kein Must Have - Zentrale Lage, von dort kann man die Stadt gut zu Fuß erkunden Frühstück war als Buffet angekündigt. Gibt es aber nur von Dienstag bis Freitag. Montag wird auf Vorbestellung serviert. Dies haben wir morgens erfahren, dann war keins mehr möglich! Das Hotel vermietet in der Regel monatlich. Daher gibt es keinen Room Service! Putzeimer steht aber bereit. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, nur Air Condition. Die Zimmer sind sehr Hellhörig, man bekommt alles mit, was auf dem Flur abgeht

The shower curtain was brown in the lower side. The elevators wore not properly working on the last day of my stay.

(6/5): - Lage, Appartement, gutes Bett, sehr ruhig, freundlich, gutes wlan, gute Infrastruktur, sprich Restaurants, Busse, unmittelbare Bahnhofsnähe, schöner Platz zum Sitzen und Relaxen. Eine Zumutung war, dass im Zimmer eine unerträgliche Hitze herrschte, im Nachmittag volle Sonne im Zimmer, zudem war der Vorhang nicht geschlossen bei Ankunft. Die Fenster waren, da Hochhaus, nicht zu öffnen. Man erklärte mir, die Klimaanlage sei noch nicht umgestellt, man könne lediglich heizen. Unterton: da kann man jetzt nichts machen. Und am Wochende war dann eh niemand erreichbar. Als "Lösung" wurde vorgeschlagen, man könne ja die Zimmertür öffnen. Die 3 Nächte waren schlaflos, bei 25 ° konnte man nicht schlafen. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich nicht für 3 Tage eingecheckt. Enttäuschend und ärgerlich.
• Enrico (8/5): Een fijne kamer met keukenfaciliteiten. Alles schoon en midden in het centrum vlak bij het station. - De locatie. Ik zou vanaf Nancy terug naar huis vertrekken. Kosy Nancy ligt naast het station. Dus beter kon het niet. De badkamer voldeed. Ik vind alleen douchen in bad niet echt prettig. Ik heb geen ontbijt genoten en kan daar dus niet over zeggen. Niets.

Un vrai four sans possibilité de rafraîchissement, pas de possibilité d'ouverture de fenêtres, accès aux chambres dans des couloirs tristes et sinistres. Beaucoup de réfections à envisager !

Il manquait juste quelques produits de base dans l’appartement (huile, sel, poivre). La climatisation n'était pas très efficace, il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre.

L'emplacement est idéal : en plein centre, à côté de la gare, l'endroit était très calme et paisible. Le seul bémol, à notre avis, est que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas et que nous n'avions pas accès à l'air frais. L'hôtel est climatisé, mais la température était encore réglée sur le mode hiver, or nous préférons la fraîcheur à la chaleur.

• Wolfgang (8/5): Ok - Friendly and helpful staff - couldn’t be better! It was clean and I slept well, so there is no reason to complain. Parking lot and the wonderful Art-nouveau-Brasserie L‘Excelsior are nearby. Walking distance to the beautiful vielle ville 10 to 15 minutes. Building and room have seen better times.
