- Hansjoerg (2/5): nichts war so wie versprochen - Am Wochenende kein Frühstück, obwohl das auf der Buchungsseite versprochen war (sogar inklusive!). Kein Parkplatz, obwohl auch das auf der Buchungsseite versprochen war. Beides waren aber die Hauptgründe für diese Buchung für einen Zwischenstopp. Zudem gibt es am Wochenende keine Besetzung der Rezeption. Der Code für die Hoteltür kam nicht an, sodass wir recht hilflos vor dem verschlossenen Hotel standen. Der Eingangsbereich roch stark nach Füßen. Insgesamt ein nicht zumutbarer Aufenthalt. Zumal die Buchung nicht billig war - und erst recht nicht preiswert
- Babette (4/5): Sympathique et sans eau dans la douche !!!!!!!!!😔 - Hotel sympathique et personnel accueillant .A proximité de centre de Troyes . A notre surprise , on rentre de balade et pas de douche .. pas d eau dans la douche….. tout le reste est fonctionnel mais on aurait aimer se doucher et là je ne comprends pas et nous sommes super déçues . Grande déception à notre arrivee de balade et personne a l’accueil pour aller reclamer. Lendemain est un samedi et Perisnnel a l’accueil donc voilà pas de douche … et pas de solution . Dommage et décevant .

- Vincent (6/5): - Le veilleur de nuit est méprisant, il a besoin d'apprendre à communiquer surtout dans l'hotellerie. D'abord, il faut savoir sourire, même sans parler. C'est la 1ère chose. Les clients ne sont pas à l'hotel pour écouter vos états d'âme et se faire gronder.

- Angelika (6/5): - Der Parkplatz war gut. Als ich allerdings deshalb anrief, sagte die Rezeptionistin, sie spreche kein Englisch und habe gleich Feierabend. Per e- mail lief es besser. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bett sehr schmal. Wir haben mehrere schwarze lange Haare im Bad und der Küchenzeile/ Theke gefunden! Hinter dem Schrank war nicht gesaugt. Wir werden dort eher nicht mehr hinfahren.

- karen (10/5): One night stop - Great place for a one night stop over in Troyes. Easy walk to city centre and free parking nearby. We have stopped here several times and it’s always clean and comfortable.

- Jelmar (4/5): - I arrived at Saturday, when the reception isn't available. Checking in was very strange. I came by car and reserved a parking space. But it was never communicated which parking space I had. Until I got my envelope with a key: it also contains a map of which parking space you have. To get this key you need to get through the front door but the door is locked. The only way to get in is to use a badge, but this badge is available when you get your keys, so I was lucky other guests opened the door to get out...very confusing. I also recommend to not use the shower...after only a short time the whole bathroom-floor is covered by water...explains the fact I was given 6 towels for a 1 night stay. Also explains the fact that there are silverfishes at the entrance. No air conditioning or temperature-regulation: the window was already opened when I entered the studio.

Couple of niggles- parking was extra (I clearly hadn’t read the info clearly) and it was sooooooo hot in the rooms (naively I thought that this would have been solved since so many people had previously commented on it) Overall, it was good value and well situated.

Douche d’une propreté douteuse, surtout quand on voit qu’il en est sorti un genre de scarabée au 1er jet d’eau! (J’en ai vu 3 en quelques heures!!!) Freezer plein de glace, ne ferme pas correctement. What surprised me was there were office hours for the reception. When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour.

Ce qui fait, par exemple, que je n'ai avoir une ampoule de remplacée. - Le studio était moyennement propre, de longs cheveux noirs dans la salle de bain, etc. - Les couloirs usés et sales, le linge sale y trainait. - Enfin pour conclure la VMC faisait un bruit infernal, très mal dormi pendant le séjour, même avec des bouchon d'oreilles, et comme il n'y avait pas de personnel, impossible de le signaler.
- Samuel (6/5): Bof pour un séjour d'affaires - Ayant l'habitude de sejourner en apart'hotel je ne vais pas dire que ce fut le meilleur, les couloirs sont tres vieillissants(ce qui ne donnenpas envire de rentrer dans la chambre) l'état général n'est vraiment pas top. L'équipement est basique, la literie est bof, la télé un timbre poste pour 80€/nuit je trouve cela un peu cher. Après je pense que cela est tres bien pour les sejours longues durée au mois pour un budget tres correct. Par contre pas pour un sejour d'affaires ou en couple. Le personnel est super vraiment.

For the price we paid a definite great find. If I may pick faults, the towels are a bit flimsy a rough, but since we only stayed for one night that was not really an issue.

- Patricia (4/5): Très déçue - Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel et jusqu’à présent nous étions toujours satisfait ! Mais avec la chaleur de la semaine (nuitée du 20 au 21/07) la chambre était un vrai sauna. Lorsque j’ai ouvert la porte de la chambre, toute une effluve de chaleur m’a envahi … nous avons aéré toute la soirée mais en vain, la chaleur était à l’intérieur (chambre au 2ème étage donnant sur le boulevard). Il faut ABSOLUMENT préciser que cet établissement NE DISPOSE PAS de CLIMATISATION !!!! Avec les chaleurs actuelles c’est INDISPENSABLE de le préciser ! De plus le couloir était très sale, il y avait des papiers et des cornflakes éparpillés et ils étaient toujours là le lendemain …. Les draps étaient déchirés (accros) Le petit-déjeuner par contre était très bon et la dame très accueillante Il y a un laisser-aller au niveau de la propreté Et la chaleur dans les chambres est insupportable

- Eric (8/5): Nuit en couple à Troyes - On voulait nous faire payer une 2ème fois notre réservation. On a dû attendre un moment pour que la nouvelle personne qui venait de commencer son contrat arrive à joindre quelqu'un. Puis tout s'est arrangé et on a passé un très bon moment. La nouvelle venue à l'accueil s'est révélée très gentille et très professionnelle. C'est elle qui nous a conseillé pour le resto du soir.

Églises à visiter et un musée agréable ... des petits restos ... l’hôtel nous a apporté ce dont on avait besoin le calme et la possibilité d’un repas dans la chambre le soir ( studio un peu petit...) mais pour un séjour court très bien

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Shower didn't function properly - usual problem that occurs in many place of the shower head not being fixable, so it kept falling down. Secondly poor ventilation given the heat. They should put fans in. Otherwise clean and well located.

Was worried about arriving after check out closed, but clear instructions given. Nice spacious, clean appartment, ideal for my daughter and myself for one night.
- Philip (6/5): Too hot and no air con. Would not use in Summer. - Extremely hot. Room was on the side of the hotel that had the sun during the afternoon/evening and was well over 30 degrees. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and no breeze that evening. Leaving the windows open meant we could hear all the lads riding their scooters or racing cars up and down the road outside until the early hours of the morning and then again from about 6. So we didn't manage to get much sleep. TV and Wifi were good, but no BBC News channel.
- Christopher (8/5): Good value - The facilities are as described. There is no air conditioning which in August is a bit of a struggle. It isn't awful though. The toilet roll holder in my room was a little too close to the shower which left it at risk of being soaked. The location is a little walk from all the interesting parts of Troyes, but there are better located hotels. This is more of a short term apartment rather than a hotel.
- Igor (8/5): A good one night stay! - Didn't go perfect at the beginning (they lost our reservation), but went well overall. Staff was very welcoming and corrected the mistake quickly -and din't charge us for parking! Walking distance anywhere you wanna be in Troyes. Clean, simple room with everything you need. Great for the price!

- Pinlin (8/5): Functional and well located - Nice studio apartment very close to the centre of town. Basic but clean and functional and very good value for money.
- Stephen (2/5): A hard night's sleep - The hardness of the pillow prevented me from getting more that 3 hours sleep. I've never experienced this before in many hotel visits over the years. I will not be staying in one of these again, which is a pity because most of the other categories were above average.

- Cathie (6/5): VERY basic unit - Superior Studio very basic. Large bathroom. Large shower with curtain. Privacy screens. Double bed (56" wide). Very firm mattress. TV has no English channels. Provided with letter and number code to access main door on arrival as no staff on weekends. Unable to determine how to enter the number - fortunately another resident came by and we were then able to obtain our studio keys without issue.
