I want someone to write to me about my refund of S$200 which has not been credited to m - I had booked two rooms at the Rest Bugis hotel and completed one review. The other room was booked for my son Shawn Joseph & his wife. My review is the same for both rooms. Our 7 day stay was from April 19th to 25th. Im still waiting for the refund of my S$ 200 I paid as deposit to the hotel. The hotel staff has sent me copy of the refund receipt they processed on my Check out date of 26th April. Its two weeks now and Ive still not received the refund from Booking. com Amsterdam. Very disappointed indeed😕 My comments are the same as the earlier review I submitted about a week ago. - D'Allgäuerin (9/5): Super Anbindung, sichere Gegend, tolles WLAN - Sichere Gegend mit vielen guten Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen, liegt zwischen 2 Stationen der MRT. Auch eine Haltestelle des HoHo ist um die Ecke. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe um beide Koffer zu bedienen, das WLAN war hervorragend. Gefiltertes Wasser kann in jedem Stock gezapft werden.
- TAICHIRO (9/5): Excellent - The staff were wonderful, the hotel was in a great location, the breakfast had many tasty options, the room was spacious and cozy, and the pool area was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. There were no water bottles in the hotel room. I’m not sure whether they are normally not provided or if they were simply forgotten. However, there was a water dispenser, so we were able to refill water ourselves. Still, I think it would be better if bottled water were provided.
- Orhan (3/5): Daracık ve berbat bir banyo tuvalet, oda emsallerinden çok küçük, verdiğim parayı hak etmiyor - Kahvaltıda yerel yemekler vardı. Otelin konumu iyiydi. Otel resimlerde görüldüğü gibi değildi. Görüldüğünden daha küçüktü. Bizim kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü. Bavulu koyacak yer yoktu, Bavulu koyunca yürütmekte zorlandık, Banyo ve tuvalet bitişik ve daracık. Banyo yapılan yer tuvalet kısmından ayrılmamış, cam bölme yok, banyoda uzun süre sıcak su akmadı, çok sonra su ısındı, banyo yaparken her taraf ıslandı, ayağım kaydı, düşüyordum, son derece sağlıksız bir ortamdı. Verdiğim parayı kesinlikle hak etmiyor. Tek iyi tarafı personelin ilgili ve güler yüzlü olması.

- Thirza (8/5): Een prettig en comfortabel verblijf met vriendelijke service en een goede locatie, met als klein min - Wat ons het meest beviel was de gunstige locatie van het hotel. Binnen ongeveer 10 minuten lopen waren we al bij de metro, waardoor we ons heel makkelijk door Singapore konden verplaatsen. Ook het vriendelijke personeel, de schone kamer en het lekkere ontbijt hebben ons verblijf erg prettig gemaakt. Hierdoor hebben we ons echt op ons gemak gevoeld tijdens ons verblijf. Wat iets tegenviel was de douche in de kamer. Deze overstroomde al vrij snel tijdens het douchen, wat soms wat onhandig was en minder comfortabel.

- Noëmi (9/5): - Bequeme Betten und eher grosse Zimmer für Singapur. Top Lage mit Bus und MRT Stationen in der Nähe. Nur kleine, vernachlässigbate Dinge: Der Pool hat Liegen für 4 Personen, ist also sehr klein. Die Zimmer wurden erst gegen 16 Uhr gereinigt, was etwas schade ist wenn man nach dem Mittag kurz erholen möchte im kühlen Zimmer.

- Jennifer (7/5): - Gute Lage Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage. Beim buchen wussten wir, dass es dort kein Fenster gibt. Jedoch ist es extrem laut wenn Autos an der Straße vorbei fahren. Möbelstücke usw sind abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nachr ok.

- Gillian (9/5): - Nice little hotel, good location to all the main sites. Loads of buses or easy to walk in 20 to 40 minutes. The rooms are comfortable, appreciated the little balcony. Pool on the roof is a welcome place after a hot and sticky day. Staff are sweet. My flight was at 1.00am and there was no problem to store luggage and use the pool and shower. Not supposed to flush toilet roll down the pan but the bathroom bin wasn't emptied for the 4 days I stayed. Probably should have asked. Also need to provide a bin with a lid in the bathroom. Minor issue!
