- Tracey (5/5): With a few tweaks could be a lot better. - Location is great if you want to shop, the beach bar / lounge area was very nice even after the rain, need to get there early though if you want a lounger. Two of the pools were closed for maintenance, but it didn't really matter as it rained most of the weekend. Unfortunately as I was passing through the lobby there was dog feces ( I hope) being cleaned up, how this could happen I don't know. My room wasn't cleaned due to housekeeping misunderstanding the clean up room green light for do not disturb (one is green, one is red) My final disappointment is why, with such an amazing garden space, would you put the gym in B2 with no windows, natural daylight or view, it felt damp and the lighting colour temp was really low (2500K). Not appealing at all.

Butler Jade was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel’s outdoor recreational facilities are great, and the swimming pool is perfect for taking photos. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely choose the Westin again if I come to Sanya next time! The hotel has a lovely environment with abundant green plants. - Anton (10/5): Superb service that makes a difference - It was an exceptionally great vacation. Special thanks to all the staff and especially to Chloe who is taking care of all the guests outside of China. Any question or request you have will be treated with care and attention. My wife had her birthday and Chloe helped with decorating our room, getting flowers and dinner reservation. As for the hotel, the rooms were huge (based on EU standards) and clean. We always had fresh linens and towels and also daily refresh of bottled water. The hotel territory huge and perfectly maintained, we never had any issue to find a spot near the pool or at the beach. But really, the service was superb and it is what really made our stay perfect. It’s not a new hotel and you can notice some wear in certain places. But it didn’t bugged us at all, it is well maintained.

Отдельный восторг — крутые бонусы за длительное проживание: бесплатный час серфинга, урок тенниса и фотосессия сделали наш отдых еще ярче и насыщеннее! Из нюансов: при заезде нужно внести возвратный депозит (50% от суммы проживания). Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель для отличного отдыха!

- Artem (9/5): - Только вернулись с Хайнаня, и хочется поделиться впечатлениями, пока они еще свежие. Отель Westin в Хайтан Бэй оставил отличное послевкусие — это был один из тех случаев, когда реальность полностью оправдала ожидания. Сам отель очень достойный: большая зеленая территория, просторные номера и приятная атмосфера. В номере очень чисто, есть всё необходимое включая капсульную кофемашину. Были чай, дрипы с кофе, базовая косметика, сланцы, халаты, тапочки и т.д. Что касается моря — купаться можно в специальной огражденной зоне. По питанию всё на высоте: на завтраках огромный выбор и азиатской, и европейской кухни, есть свежевыжатые соки и много спелых фруктов. Мы чаще ходили в японский ресторан на втором этаже — выбор там скромнее, чем в основном ресторане, но обстановка гораздо более спокойная и уютная. Отдельно хочу сказать про сервис, который нас просто покорил. Огромная благодарность сотруднице Chloe. Это профессионал с большой буквы. Она связалась с нами еще до вылета, прислала всю информацию по трансферу, меню ресторанов и деталям заселения. На протяжении всего отпуска Chloe окружала нас вниманием: всегда была на связи, давала отличные рекомендации по интересным местам и помогала в любой ситуации. Restaurant Service Staff are very friendly, but need training on how to serve. Don't just put all plates on the table for guests to sort out. The hotel offers two breakfast options: the main restaurant and the MAI Japanese restaurant. We chose the Japanese restaurant and didn't regret it—in my extensive travel experience, it turned out to be one of the best breakfasts. Good selection, excellent service, and a space not overcrowded with guests. Although most of the hotel staff do not speak English, special mention must be made of Chloe, who really takes care of the guests and is very helpful in quickly finding out information or getting assistance if needed. The Wi-Fi is quite weak throughout the hotel public places and not always has good bandwidth in the rooms.

На ужин ходили в ресторан на пляже на шведский стол, тоже очень вкусно - много морепродуктов на выбор. Бассейны классные, но неглубокие, есть инвентарь для взрослых, а не только для детей - круги, мячи для игры. Море восторг, после обеда теплое, купающихся почти нет, пологий песчаный вход, буйки идут прям до глубины, плавать отлично! На пляже выдают полотенца и детские игрушки. Ради моря хотим вернуться еще раз. Персонал в основном не говорит на английском, но у всех есть переводчики, проблем с коммуникацией не было. У нас был персональный менеджер Хлоя, говорящая на английском, она встретила нас сразу с трансфера, помогла с заселением, отвечала нам на любые вопросы в вичат сразу же, уделяла много внимания, давала отличные советы, спасибо ей огромное, ее помощь была бесценна! В общем персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, намного приятнее, чем на курортах многих других стран. Местные туристы целыми днями фотографируются - территория отеля сказка, можно заказать фотосессию от отеля. Хотелось бы побольше лежаков на пляже, их очень не хватало. Ну и странное решение по размещению ванной для номера с раздельными кроватями.

I would like to additionally respect the hotel for the bucket of flowers dedicated to our HoneyMoon! It was really great and pleasure! Next to the hotel is a big luxury shopping center and through the bridge some places to eat. Also not miss the Yanoda Park, this place worths each yuan. The only thing that was not excellent for us (fans of balanced food) is a breakfast’s variety and quality. We prefer more salty food but local chefs don’t use it enough due to local specific of using different souses instead of salt (my assumption). And also not enough meat and protein meals for me. She came to meet me on my arrival and when I was leaving, she also came to say bye bye one her day off. During my stay, she was answering all my questions, she also brought my Mum to the Yoga class in one of the morning. I was glad she was my personal assistant. Kids club looks very good too, lots of programs for kids. Hotel had a great location, 2 minutes away from the tax free shopping center. BBQ dinner was also very good, price is very reasonable. We were thoroughly satisfied with everything — the dining, the hotel itself, the staff, the children's facilities, and the pools. Before our check-in, Chloe was kind enough to reach out to us, and from the very first day until the very end, she provided excellent assistance and support. She was especially helpful in accommodating our early arrival on the check-in day. We are truly grateful to her. It may be that we did not choose the most favorable time, but unfortunately we were unable to swim in the sea at all, as there was a very strong undertow and a red flag was always flying on the beach.

На ресепшене практически не говорят на английском, но у всех сотрудников были переводчики, поэтому проблем не возникало. Особенно хочу отметить - это помощь сотрудника Хлои. Сразу при заселении нам дали ее контакт. В первый же день, Хлоя сама нас нашла на завтраке и все рассказала, как про отель, так и про места рядом. Хлоя прекрасно говорит на английском. Так же она нам сказала, что ей можно писать в WeChat с вопросами. Мы этим неоднократно пользовались и это было безумно удобно. Хлоя нам помогала по разным вопросам, всегда была на связи и действительно сделала наш отдых намного комфортнее (мы у нее спрашивали где купить (то, что нам нужно было), как найти что-то, где лучше поесть и тп). Огромная благодарность Хлое за ее помощь - это супер. Отель - с хорошим ремонтом. Убирались каждый день и качественно, в т.ч. со сменой всех полотенец и тп. Завтрак - шведский стол с хорошим выбором и работает до 11 (что очень приятно, что не надо рано вставать). В отеле много красивых локаций, на них все фотографируются. Т.к. мы были в начале марта, что уличная погода уже теплая, а вот бассейны были холодными. Купать крайне прохладно. Единственный подогреваемый бассейн - на крыше. Но он не очень большой (но очень красивый). Хотелось бы более теплую воду в бассейнах, чтобы можно было комфортно купаться. Все дни, что мы были - на море был сильный ветер, поэтому купание было запрещено и за этим следили спасатели

Зато для всех иностранцев есть свой отельный менеджер Хлое (отдельная благодарность ей за работу!) к которой можно обращаться по всем вопросам! Завтраки шикарные много фруктов и еда на любой вкус: от хлопьев до традиционных китайских блюд. Рядом торговый центр, где тоже можно поесть и уличной еды и в кафешках, удобное положение. От отеля на такси в пределах часа и не очень дорого можно доехать до кучи интересных мест: заповедники, горы, сплавать на остров. Так же хочу отметить, что в отеле есть занятия по йоге и теннису, куда мы ходили. Тренера по английски не говорят, но для спорта это и не обязательно, все было очень профессионально ! При планировании поездки учитывайте, что мы были в марте, и на Хайтанг бей это не сезон для купания в море Погода шикарная +25 (не жарко и не холодно), но в море большие волны и на этой части острова нельзя купаться. Здесь сезон для купания в море, вроде как в июле и декабре

На пляже также есть лежаки с матрасами и с полотенцами. Завтрак хороший, мне персонально готовили рыбу каждое утро 5 дней т.к. ее не было в меню шведского стола. Просторный тренажерный зал (есть тренажер Смита, что редкость). Нас сопровождала персональный англоговорящий менеджер Хлоя, все что необходимо можно было у нее узнать и в целом все сотрудники приветливы и были готовы помочь. Я думаю это один из лучших в этом ценовом сегменте отелей в этой районе, я бы вернулась.

От Chloe мы получали ежедневно рекомендации для посещения, чтобы наш отдых запомнился и нам хотелось снова вернуться в это место и тем более в этот отель. Chloe справилась с задачей на 100%. P.S. Рекомендую обязательно загрузить на свой телефон AMAP (китайская карта аналог Yandex), DiDi (китайский вариант Uber), желательно иметь WeChat Pay или AliPay для удобства расчета в такси, рынках, магазинах и уличных кафе. Не удалось искупаться в океане напротив отеля, океан постоянно штормило, и нам приходилось ездить на другие пляжи, что не омрачило наш отдых, а только убедило в том, что мы выбрали правильное место для проживания.

- maude (9/5): HOTEL A TAILLE HUMAINE POUR LA CHINE , LUXUEUX ET PERSONNEL AUX PETITS SOINS AVEC LES ETRANGERS - Hotel superbe situé a coté immediate de la plage et du shopping center de CDF mall, ideal pour les familles avec les enfants avec mini club ,petit dej au top , chambre tres spacieuse toutes vue mer , spa aussi au top ! un grand merci à Cholé la manager trainee une Française qui m' a sauvé mon séjour ! Attention personne ne parle vraiment anglais sauf les managers qui étaient absents le soir après 20h, j'ai mis 1h a faire l' enregistrement de nuit , un nuit sans dormir à cause d 'un typhoon car la porte d'entree de la chambre était situé au 9 ieme et plein vent sur l' arrière du corridor ( ouvert à ciel ouvert) ... j'ai changé dû changé de chambre

Расположение отеля просто идеальное – живописная природа, умиротворяющая тишина создают идеальные условия для отдыха. Проживающих много, но на территории отеля этого не замечаешь. Номера большие и уютные. Из номеров открывается панорамный вид с потрясающим видом на окрестности. Сервис здесь на высочайшем уровне. Сотрудники отеля всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом, при этом делают это максимально тактично и профессионально. Отдельное спасибо Chloe за помощь и решение любых вопросов. Радует, что этот район и отель еще не оккупирован массовым туризмом. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ценит качественный отдых и безупречный сервис. Уверен, ваше пребывание здесь станет незабываемым приключением! An unforgettable stay. From the first step into the hotel grounds, you are immersed in a comfortable atmosphere. The location of the hotel is simply perfect – picturesque nature, peaceful silence create ideal conditions for relaxation. There are many residents, but you do not notice this on the territory of the hotel. The rooms are large and cozy. The rooms offer a panoramic view with a stunning view of the surroundings. The service here is at the highest level. The hotel staff is always ready to help with any issue, while doing it as tactfully and professionally as possible. A special thank you to Chloe for her assistance and resolution of any issues. It is a pleasure that this area and hotel are not yet occupied by mass tourism. По уровню отдаленности отеля от рынков и фуд-кортов, на мой взгляд, напрашивае - Один из немногих отлей в этой локации, который позволяет оплачивать проживание при заселение, для меня это был плюс. Учитывая длительность нашего проживания отель предоставил личного ассистента. Бесплатная корзина фруктов, вода в номере и бесплатный минибар. Возможность бесплатно кататься на сапбордах или каяках. Отель подходит для отдыха с детьми. Есть детская зона и детский городок. Большая территория. Бесплатный трансфер от и до аэропорта Может быть только нам не повезло, постоянно был поднят красный флаг на пляже запрещающий купаться.

- VLADISLAV (9/5): - Отель полностью соотвествует 5 звезд. Небольшой по сравнению с близлежащими отелями, но с большой красивой территорией. Хороший бассейн, река, на которой можно плавать на сапах, которые можно взять бесплатно. Интересный клуб для детей, с русскоговорящим сотрудником Екатериной, которая нам всегда помогала. В номере всегда была в большом количестве бесплатная вода, периодически приносили свежие фрукты. 3 вещи в день можно было стирать бесплатно, что с детьми было весьма актуально. Шикарный бассейн на крыше. Приветливые и всегда готовые помочьб сотрудники отеля. В пешей доступности огромный торговый молл с ресторанами и магазинами. Завтрак весьма достойный, правда иногда приходилось стоять в очереди, чтобы посадили за столик. Очень все везде дорого. Понятно, что в 5 звездах всегда дорого, но этот отель переплюнул всех. Даже в Атлантисе цены на еду/ услуги дешевле. Интернет работал так себе - я уж не говорю фильм посмотреть, но даже скачать почту было проблематично. Пляж формально есть, но по жизни всегда закрыт, даже если волны небольшие. Очень мало, кто говорит по английски, но это общая проблема для китайских отелей.

- Иван (10/5): Сделать пляж и спуск к нему. - Отель удобный и комфортный! Номера большие. Персонал и отношение на высоком уровне. Пляж и море. Странный выбор. Волна, ветер, песок смыт. Возможно это связано с периодом зимним. Но в этот именно период, мы были на других пляжах. Там все хорошо! Штиль и купаться можно. А в нашем отеле за неделю отдыха покупаться не получилось в море. Пляж всегда был закрыт(((

- Med (10/5): - Отдыхали с супругой 8 дней в данном отеле. Все очень понравилось, завтраки разнообразные, выбор большой, правда море продуктов почему-то нет.Номера большие, чистые, уборка ежедневно. Особое благодарность менеджеру Chloe( англоговорящей девушке) Помогала по любым вопросам, оперативно. Пляж чистый, песок желтый, людей мало, полный релакс, правда купаться не всегда можно- очень большие волны, Из 8 дней 2-3 раза можно было купаться. Но для разнообразия пойдет. Рядом магазин беспошлиной торговли- очень много кафе и ресторанов.Отель рекомендую.
- Dmitrii (8/5): - Хороший отель на первой береговой линии. Чистая ухоженная территория, много бассейнов, просторный номер. Далеко от центральной части города, поблизости нет ресторанов с европейской кухней и магазинов, где можно купить еду или фрукты. За территорией гостиницы делать нечего. Мебель в номере устарела, хотелось бы заменить.
- Дима (10/5): - The hotel area is very beautiful. Staff is responsive. Room was always clean and comfortable. Breakfast was variable and stuff was very kind. Kalen is very hardworking man, we see him at every area and position. We glad that Chloe helped us during our vacation! She navigate and respond for our requests to make our trip more enjoyable. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends and hope that someday we will return Pizza in lobby bar
