• Richard (9/5): Absolute value for money - Stayed for a couple of nights, such a lovely quiet place only 2 min walk to the main strip and thermal pools. Good off street parking, comfy bed, clean room, sky tv, an absolute bargain for the price. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Wifi was a little patchy but kind of expected in the location

• Sonja (8/5): Great location, limited privacy - It is walking distance to town and the pools. Clean and beautiful room with everything you need in a lovely garden setting. It is advertised as private and secluded, however, when both rooms are booked you need to keep the curtains closed as the room we had booked are directly in sight on the footpath leading to the rooms, and both rooms can see into the other, there weren't much privacy.

• Motley (9/5): Comfortable, quiet, close to everything. - Was a quiet comfortable place. Lovely bathroom. Could do with a dryer or heated towel rail as we found our towels didn’t dry over night with how much moisture stays in the bathroom.

• Chris (10/5): Not the cheapest but well worth a little extra - It really is in a perfect location if you're intending to visit the hotpools, being an easy flat walk of no more than five minutes. Our garden room was spacious and very well appointed, with a lovely comfortable bed and great quality linen.
• Stephany (10/5): - Brilliant location in a secluded spot very close to the springs and cafes. The beautiful and well-tended garden and sense of solitude while being able to walk everywhere. The room was comfortable and has a spacious area for luggage and good bathroom. Providing extra towels for use in the springs was a lovely touch.
• Philip (10/5): Very good in every way. Thoroughly recommend the superior rooms. - We stayed in a spacious suite in the grounds of a private residence with good parking and a lovely garden. High quality furnishings, bedding and well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Bathrobes supplied. Quiet and peaceful location. Nothing.

• Michael (8/5): - Great location. Very comfortable with good amenities and space. Little bit tucked away at the back of another property, so at times seemed somewhat dark inside. However, out most of the day, so really not problem given the great location. Access to the main areas of Hanmer Springs only a 3 min walk away (spa centre, bars, eateries etc.) and easy access to some lovely relaxing walks to take in as well.

• Janet (9/5): Great location, clean and spacious apartment - Excellent location and well-equipped facility. Appreciated the washing machine and complimentary washing powder. Loved the spa bath and the separate shower was an added bonus. Friendly and helpful owner. Unfortunately, the weather was poor during our stay, which made it difficult to dry the washing I had done. The room was quite cold (even in the middle of summer) - obviously, nothing the owners could do about it, but given that Hamner Springs has an alpine climate, perhaps having a source of heating in the accommodation for colder spells.

• Rosalie (10/5): Perfect stay for a relaxing holiday - The place was lovely. The owner upgraded us to the one with spa. It was complete with kitchen, coffee ans tea(the good brands not just ordinary), and even laundry powder since it had washing machine too. They also provided separate towels that can be brought to the thermal pools. Parking was also inside and not on the road. Near to restaurants, cafe and shops and the view at their garden was lovely. Highly recommended! Nothing. Everything is perfect

• Catherine (8/5): A pleasant hideaway in Hamner. - Very clean, private and comfortable. I liked the little extras like the umbrella and towels for the hot pools. And, nice shampoo, rinse, soap in the bathroom. Coffee pods were appreciated. Also, I'm starting to find a lot of places don't have a face cloth, but I was happy to find two here. The tv watching chairs were comfortable as was the bed. For the small bar fridge, it was bigger than most and I could get all of my ice cooler pads in. Oh, and the resident Bell Bird was a bonus! We couldn't figure out how to get the heat pump to pump heat without blowing cold, so were happy there was a few spare blankets around. It would have been really nice had the porch been covered . . . although it might have been before the hurricane winds that occurred a few days before our visit.
• Robyn (9/5): A hidden Gem - Wonderful facilities, stunning garden setting, perfect for sitting outdoors with a glass of vino or a cuppa. Friendly staff at the end of text/email messages. Easy wander along to the village. Nothing we didn't like - all was fabulous.

• Genevra (10/5): - The motel was clean, comfortable, very pleasant, and peaceful. We were provided with everything we needed, even luxurious robes and towels for the hot pools. The variety of coffee capsules for the nespresso was a real treat. 👌 All the amenities are within walking distance. We enjoyed our 2 nights and would definitely stay again in the future. We could not fault anything.
