Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Little dissappointed from this accommondation, since the pictures and the description promised otherwise. The room was pretty worn out, there were ants in the bed
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely place to relax and chill. Staff is super friendly. Also Tapik’s pet dogs are adorable and very friendly! Island hopping was the best one i’ve done in palawan, highly recommend!
- stevy (8/5): Belle emplacement belle vue - cabane avec très belle vue, simple, chambre ouverte avec le vent qui rentre facilement... le site annonce une salle d’eau qui n’est pas privative mais commune
pour les amoureux de la nature
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The beach is not great for swimming. It's not your postcard version of a Philippines beach. Still a great place to chill.
- Thomas Solvang (10/5): Best week ever - The experience I had at Tapik Beach Park was awesome!
A chef that makes food with his heart!
A staff that I am proud to call my friends today. They give their soul to make you as comfortable as possible, and provide you with your every need as long as they have the possibility to provide it.
You want to relax no problem! You want a party with karaoke and good people the staff joins you in a heartbeat with great voices and a super mood! If you sing like a dying cow like me you are still a rock star.
So thanks for everything Tapik! See you soon
- Heidi (10/5): Peaceful, beautiful, amazing - We had a wonderful time at Tapik. The island tour was great , the food was super and the staff were incredible! Thanks for my sons first “ motor bike “ ride and for the basketball game in town. Thanks for the lovely memories!
- Gibs (8/5): Nice hotel close to the beach - Staying in Tapik is like a paradise. You feel in peace and relaxing.
- Ellie (10/5): We Loved it here. - Stayed here for 2 nights however would have stayed longer if we could have! It was quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a Tent on a bamboo balcony right on the beach, it was exactly what you expect. It wasn't to hot at night however after watching the sunrise from bed it starts to get quite hot!. Only thing we would change was the placement of our hammock, it was a bit in the way of the door. The toilets were well kept even when there was no water the staff constantly ran buckets of water around to be able to flush toilets etc. The staff here are amazing and very friendly!. The food was also so good and really tasty!. We didn't except any wifi here however you do get it at random points throughout the day! Also there is a shuttle service that runs from El Nido to the hotel, we found this out from their website when trying to find out how to get here and its so much cheaper and runs twice a day!! The only thing we would say was missing was maybe some comfy chairs for the beach in the afternoon/evening.
- Paolo (8/5): Great sunrise, very good budget accommodation. - We chose Tapik to be out of the busy area of El Nido and it was indeed tranquil. More than one hour from El Nido though, hotel arranged for our transfer, bumpy road! We had one of the cottages for a week and it was fairly spacious fairly clean fairly ok! Good view. It is a budget resort don't forget! Make sure you put the mosquito net at night all over the bed! Quite isolated and if that is you are looking for it's great. Food not brilliant but ask what is available and they will try their best! Best was the sunrise and the island excursion with a boat right in front of the resort. Much superior than El Nido's excursions. The beach is quite dark and not so great for swimming but the islands around are with white sands and magnificent clear waters.
- Jaime (6/5): too far from the main attraction at El Nido town - our stay wasn't great due to the weather and nothing to go about except the trip (tour) to 2 island which was so windy and rough seas.
- Krista (10/5): Peace and paradise - I went to tapik to get away from the crowds of El Nido and feel removed from the daily grind of city life. I booked a 1 room hut with a fan. I didn't need air conditioning because the hut was located directly on the beach. The breeze came in right off the water. The beach is peaceful. Not the clearest water because of the tide, but very clean unlike some of the crowded beaches. The room was simple, but comfortable. There are very few hotels on the beach, but it was still possible to meet new people at one of the hotel bars that all the travelers in the area gather at after dinner. I also booked the castaway experience. Would absolutely recommend it!! There's no electricity or running water so don't expect anything fancy. But the star gazing, island wondering, campfires, swimming, kayaking... All on a beautiful secluded island was indescribably amazing. For the outdoorsy exploring type, this is a must!
- Jonas (10/5): Kan klart anbefales! - Tapik er er rigtig dejligt og afslappende sted! Vil vil klart anbefale et besøg der. Vi sov en nat i telt på Tapiks område og tog derefter på deres castaway-camping, hvor vi havde en 'øde-ø' for os selv. Helt fantastisk oplevelse.
- Gene (8/5): problem resolved, great beach. - In short because im typing on a phone,,,, the bungallow had a sewage pipe putting out stink under our cabin,,,,unacceptable. They were full so we were moved to a nearby resort and that was fine..... so basically i thank them for taking care of the situation professinally, but dont know why they rented the cabin in the first place when the kitchens waste is being dumped beside this cabin.
All that aside the place is lovely and quiet and im sure you will enjoy it.
- Sindre (8/5): Enkelt, avslappende, stille - Ingen støy, helt stille. Fin soloppgang, men mister solen rundt 4 pm.
Du drar hit for å ha det rolig, få beste snorkling og fineste strender.
