Location Location - too noisy the old building windows need insulating it tired building needs a serious upgrade. Some staff could be more friendly. Beds are old. Lighting needs to be better designed. Some rooms tired . No place for no phones.

• 宸薇 (8/5): 還算滿意 - 整體而言非常乾淨整潔，櫃檯親切友好 房內除了每個床位的小燈外還有頂燈，床鋪很穩固，房內有可上鎖的櫃子，但深度較淺，行李袋無法平躺放入。 浴室有乾濕分離！！！超讚 洗衣機便宜，一次 $4 每一層樓都要刷門禁才能進入，進廁所也要刷門禁，讓人很安心 Spenser street 蠻明亮的，但小心不要往 Flinder street 的方向走，流浪漢比較多。 隔音不太好，有機會聽到外面的人關門的聲音。輕軌的聲音會持續到深夜，晚上也可能會有奇怪的人大叫或是騎很吵的重機，並且窗戶很重無法隨意關閉。 交誼廳比較小。

• Daniel Devitt (6/5): An absolute rip off - The room was just what we needed, and the location was perfect for a visit to Melbourne for the Formula 1. The kitchen was very well equipped. Staff on the front desk were very friendly. There were nowhere near enough toilets / showers for the amount of beds on our floor. I think it's disgraceful for a hostel to charge for luggage storage. The price we paid was also absolutely outrageous; complete price gouging, extremely disappointing.

• Stephen (10/5): Great stay for central Melbourne - There was 24/7 reception, and there was a lift to the upper floors. The kitchen facilities was great and well organized and clean. The bathroom facilities were clean. Although was did not use the bar or the breakfast facilities they were available. Close to the free tram network and the Southern Cross railway station. Not much to dislike everything was great.

• Amber (6/5): Dissapointing - Location and large kitchen. I was on an upper bunk, absolutely no where to put anything at all. Even to take a bottle of water to bed it would roll off the side Onto the bunk below. Woken at 3am both nights to the staff cleaning in the bathrooms, they actually could NOT have been louder. Banging the mop and hoover into every surface possible. Kitchen was very dirty when I was in there - I realise this is probably the guests but it should be regularly checked.

• Hannah (7/5): You get what you pay for - It was a great location very central. Staff were all lovely and stored our suitcase in the back as it was too big for the lockers. We had a double room which had a window which looked onto the terrace. We had the window closed but could still hear people loudly talking on the phone during the night or smell smoke from people smoking out there it was quite disgusting and maybe they should have a policy on not smoking or quiet time out there after a certain time. The kitchen area was disgusting, I understand it’s a hostel and everyone has to clean up after themselves but it was disgusting and smelt awful. The toilets weren’t cleaned and someone’s thong was hung in the shower for 2 nights.

• Abigail (8/5): Great for a solo travellers! - It was easy it find, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My room was a great size for the price and location The fan in my room was loud, and you could hear everyone opening and closing their room doors to use the shares bathroom
