Guest Reviews
- Christine (3/5): - The location was great close to the darling harbour the staff were great. The tv reception wasn't great.
The soap dispenser feel of the wall while we're sleeping woke us up.
The carpet mat was left up my son triped on it
- Fraser (10/5): -
- Gilmore (5/5): No deposit transferred back to my bank account - TV remote is not working
So, only one Chanel to watch
It's been 9 days, and still no deposit back 😪
Have an email and call to be told it may take 2 or 3 working days every time I call.
How much people deposit have not been transferred back no way I'm the frist this dune to me. As I work in hotels and apartments, I understand how things work 🙃
- Angela (8/5): Fantastic will happlily stay again - Loved everything, cute neat tidy little apartment which has everything youd need for a little getaway.
Everything we needed was within walking distance. The view from tge roof was fantastic. Wasnt too much we didnt like.

- eadac775c39671a64fcc4222aec0ba9f (10/5): Friendly staff with a great location and reasonable price! - Great location with all the comforts provided. Nothing.

- 4765a3d9d8df72e903e213af35d248b8 (7/5): - Location Abit cramped...one adult 2 children
Plaats dubbel glas of leg oordopjes klaar.
- Monique (1/5): Will never be returning - Nothing Broken doors, dead roaches, broken elevator, dust everywhere, face broke out in a rash when i walked in the room from my allergies, absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! do not book this place it is feral!!!
- Ashlee (7/5): - The location close to harbour and everything we needed How loud it was definitely need sound proofing
- Jared (8/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): -
- Katy (8/5): Simple and clean - Just what we needed for a one night stay 1st floor street side was very noisy most of the night
- Debra (10/5): -
- Jaimie (3/5): I won’t be back - The location was close to work I was across the road.
The road noise was ridiculous and kept me awake all night. Fix the windows, get double glazing. It’s actually not acceptable inner city.
The fridge didn’t work. The main door didn’t have a dead bolt or a chain to give me comfort. I didn’t actually feel safe.
- Livermore (6/5): -
- Jacklyn Amaring (10/5): Hectic days out and about but good to come back and rest in a comfortable environment - Friendly reception lady
Centralized
Daily room service
Had all the Quite happy only two issues
The walls are not noise proof
If laundry detergent and air freshener (for the bathroom) can also be provided
- Kelly (3/5): I would not stay again as I got very little sleep - There was a light in the living room that flashed on and off all night (probably wi-fi modem) I could not close my bedroom door to stop this from filtering through (it only came across 1/2 way). The bathroom needs a deep clean. There was a lot of grime around the cabinet areas.
- Ashleigh (7/5): -
- Brenden (4/5): -
- Laing (6/5): - Close to where i was going It was not very clean it was dirty
- vanbastolaer (10/5): -
- Joanne (9/5): Loved the pool, comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean, tidy accommodation. - We didn't have breakfast. Expensive parking, not included in accommodation price and couldn't take the car outside the carpark without being charged the overnight fee again -$38.
- Ana (8/5): Besides the cockroaches it was perfect - Location, Cockroaches 🪳
- Loretta (9/5): Close to King Street Wharf - Staff were great. Room was clean and kitchen great. Location ideal for our stay. Pool was a bonus. It wasn't their fault, but lots of noisy hoons on Friday & Saturday night.
- Nguyen (10/5): -
- Frances (8/5): -
- Webster (8/5): -
- Sandra (9/5): Excellent value for money, lovely helpful staff, serviced the rooms daily, apartment had everything we needed especially - Great location, apartment was a great size, balcony is great Only niggly part is getting the suitcases up the stairs to check in and having to check in at the place across the road but the staff were really helpful in helping to carry all our very heavy bags!
- Hayley (7/5): - Location Uncomfortable bed and noise from outside
- Paul (9/5): - Friendly staff, great location, value for money
- MD ANWAR SADAT (3/5): - The hotel's location is good. Unfortunately, the check-in reception is in a different building from the accommodation, and there is no lift to Level 2. I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs during both check-in and checkout. While the staff were somewhat helpful, this setup is far from ideal.
The lack of accessibility is a serious concern—especially for guests with knee issues, those using wheelchairs, or families with prams. This limitation should be clearly disclosed on the hotel’s website or during booking so guests can make an informed decision.
- Alan (7/5): - Double glazing the windows would be a great improvement to cut down road noise.
- Geoff (8/5): - Extra large bed, convenient location
- Ben (4/5): Probably wouldn’t stay here again - Close to darling harbour Room very old , air conditioning had to reset 3 times , carpets worn out , kitchen bathroom worn out
- Edin (5/5): Excellent location with average cleanliness. - Location. Smell from Thai restaurant on ground floor. General apartment cleanliness was avarage.
- Thi kim cuc (9/5): Great -
- Melissa (7/5): Great location for a no-frills, good value for money, stopover if enjoying a night on the town. - Location was central and convenient. The pool was fun. Stepping out of the shower is a bit dodgy (easy to slip over). Tap was leaking noisily.
- Logan (1/5): Filthy - Location The room was filthy
- jenni (6/5): - Well located but needs a lot of work Staff pleasant but needs better English
- Demi (4/5): If they fixed these issues generally a great place to stay. Location and staff always friendly - I have stayed at this property many times. Staff are great and facilities generally great. This time I was beyond disappointed. Cockroaches all over bathroom. The AC was barely working.
- Stephen (6/5): - Location is great and staff were friendly. Could hear the traffic all night.
- Liz (9/5): -
- John (7/5): Nice apartment, very comfortable, but a lot of traffic noise overnight. - Good breakfast, Darling Harbour. Noise overnight.
- karlee (7/5): - Great location Washing machine was leaking so the bathroom floor was wet and slippery
- Chantal (2/5): -
- Ashlea (4/5): Never again would I stay there - Location and staff The windows are so thin, so thin that it felt like you were outside sleeping on the street. I was on the second highest floor too. It was also very unclean.
- Naomi (9/5): The day was a relaxing stay and reunion of two friends that could have a relaxing afternoon besides the pool. - The position of the property was perfect for work the next day and the pool was a definite positive as it was a 30degrees +day The pool was a relaxing place for us to swim and talk around
- Mrs BBB (7/5): City Living - Very handy to most attractions and food outlets in Darling Harbour. About 7 minute walk to Colrs mini mart and 10 min walk to Victorian Mall. Plenty of food options on the town side. We liked having a washing machine and dryer, huge most comfortable bed and pillows. Good air cond. Apartments are on the older side, and in need of a refresh. But we didn't plan holiday with intention of staying in side! The sofa was a fold away bed and not that comfortable. Noisy on Saturday night, but that's city living. Climbing in and out of bath to use shower(no hand rails) good shower however.
- Steven & Jenny (8/5): -
- Les (9/5): great location, close to all amenities, pubs etc. king street wharf - great location traffic noise
- Leah (8/5): Great stay great location - Great location
It’s got everything you need Shower over bath
- Stephen (8/5): - Location was magnificent, close to everything we needed The traffic noise was loud at stages
- Allison (7/5): -
- Neil (10/5): -
- Alan (8/5): - As you would expect for the price tag.
We had a pleasant stay.
This apartment provided great value for the size of the room and the location.
So centrally located making it easy to get around the city
The only negative is the apartment was just a bit rough due to age, it could use a refresh but it’s liveable
- Colleen (10/5): -
- Tracy Lynn (8/5): -
- Farm Stay Pepperina (10/5): Kick off Accomodation - Beds location to food.
Clean neat comfortable. Nothing
- Suresh Kumar (9/5): -
- Kerrie (4/5): - Located great 👍 but Very noisy. The apartment was ok basic, bit over priced. However your paying for location not much else.
- Margaret (7/5): -
- Nguyen Van Anh (7/5): - the staffs were very nice and supportive, the facilities are a bit old but still in good condition, they prepared sofa bed for my kids well. the location is so convenient , just next to the Aquarium , 5 mins walking and also walking distance about 15-20 minutes to city center.
- Evans (4/5): - Location was great, close to everything we needed to see with our young children. Two cockroaches found in kitchen and bedroom. Shower still had grime around egde and in door frame. Was told that we would get a discount on parking but was charged extra.
- Ross (8/5): - Simple 1 bedroom unit in a good location, comes with everything you need - tv, kettle microwave etc. Does get a lot of traffic noise during the night.
- David (7/5): - Very well kept unit, very clean, close to transport, shops, Darling Harbour etc. On night we were there street was noisy from time to time with traffic and revellers.
- Alex (10/5): Lovely and professional staff - Lovely layout and design
- MARION (8/5): Met my needs, central to everything, clean and comfortable. The road noise was the only issue but that is to expected in - Well presented Road noise
- Elizabeth (5/5): Passable - Good hot shower The sofa bed cushions were off the lounge upon arrival. The bed was awful basically 2 single beds pushed together that had different firmness resulting in 1 person sleeping lower than the other.. The air conditioner was barely adequate set on 30 degrees
- Gavin (7/5): Good - Location was good bed was comfortable but outside road noise was terrible. I didn’t know I had to ask for a quiet room. Traffic noise during the night.
- Elizbet (10/5): Exceptional - The room and location Paying for parking
- Peter (7/5): Good - Great Location Bed was average
- Shane (7/5): Good -
- Nicole (4/5): Checked out early - Uncomfortable, dirty and noisy Uncomfortable dirty and noisy
- Barbara (10/5): - Everything was great and poison was perfect
- Husam (9/5): Superb -
- Iov (1/5): Not very good - Location was good. Everything very old, very noisy from the main road cars.
- Amelia (7/5): Good -
- Terry (8/5): Very good - Good location, friendly staff, quick check in
- Natasha (2/5): Uncomfortable and loud - Good location Very loud. Because of the location and it is an older building (doesn't have triple glazed windows) you hear street car noise and partying all night.
Very uncomfortable bed. Cheap bed where the springs poked through.
- Tracey (5/5): Passable -
- Amatya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (7/5): Good - Close to everything we needed Room was small, not enough towels for the amount of people staying.
- Elisabete (6/5): I do not recommend - Location The noise during the night is terrible. We did not sleep any of the nights. The apartment is not noise isolated. We could hear everything that was happening outside, and we were on level 7.
The ventilation shaft was so dirty.
- mohammed (10/5): - Excellent stay
- mark (8/5): - Convenient appartment to work function. Could be a little cleaner in room
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Veronica (8/5): Very good -
- Kupe (10/5): Exceptional - Room facilities The view wasn't great.
- Connie (9/5): However it was quite a handy apartment which had all the modern day facilities including. So close to the harbour and th - Location is in a great position for walking around the area. Also they discounted the parking which was so close and handy. The bathroom was neat & tidy but if you are quite tall you might not fit under the shower as it is in the bathtub.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - The place was perfect for a weekend stay. Loved the apartment feel rather than a motel feel. Was a fantastic location, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely be back with the family to use the rooftop and pool. Great value for money.
- Bruce (2/5): Quick Sydney trip - location close to Darling Harbour Unit was dity with only superficial cleaning and with cockroaches in the kitchen area. Air Conditioning was very poor - taped up with sticky trape and no cold air. Street location meant that very noisy with windows open to let in fresh air.Steep steps (approx 15) to ground floor area where lift is located meant lifting heavy suitcases to lift level.
- Katherine (10/5): Great service, central location, basic comfort. - The staff at the hotel were really so accommodating and friendly, let me store my luggage after and early morning flight before check in was possible, put a rush on the check in due to my said early flight, swapped out tv with a brand new one after I mentioned some issues, bedrooms were nicely serviced daily. The location of the accommodation was perfect and central to walk to everything and catch trains to wherever. Loved it.
- Gillian (1/5): Do not stay here, for the price you’re better off paying a little more at a nearby 4-5 star hotel. - The location is great, the only thing it has going for it. The check in staff were very helpful and polite. Making the best of horrible accommodation, I guess. The room we had was very run down and in desperate need of upgrading. Bathroom was mouldy, and the bath/shower is absolutely unsafe with the big step into it for starters, I struggled getting out and not slipping, the shower tap is way too low and the two taps to turn on the water involves a long reach down very low. High risk wet areas, that’s for sure.
The noise during the night meant we had very little sleep, loud cars, buses, trucks constantly - with no double glazing it’s crazy!
Pillows were awful.
