• Tracey (9/5): - Great location, friendly staff and good value, would highly recommend Only one sachet of dishwashing detergent and only cutlery/plates etc for 2, staying for three nights so should have enough detergent so that the dishes can be washed each day.

Indoor heated pool a bonus for the kids :) Underground parking safe & Secure (Height 2m and under) Room was tidy and set up nicely for family, have full kitchen so able to cook meals :)

• Ben (7/5): Cheep and almost cheerful - Cheap and cheerful. The shower water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable. Couches are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. Decor was tired. The ironing board cover did not work. I had to use a towel to iron my business shirts each day. WiFi was not very robust and kept dropping out. Ended up using my phone hot spot to avoid the frustration. Fridge froze my breakfast milk.

• Stephanie (8/5): Good location - Location excellent- walkable to CBD shops and war memorial. R3 airport bus drops and picks up just around the corner. Very helpful, friendly staff. Ancient/basic TVs in the appartment. No ability to chrome cast or access streaming apps. We needed an HDMI cable to connect our device or something like a firestick to access streaming apps (which we unfortunately didn't bring). We didn't feel that was very acceptable in this day and age.

• Marney (5/5): Great place to stay for how close it was to shops and theatre but it could definitely be cleaner - The proximity to shop and the theatre We had dirty towels in our room and the place could have been cleaner. We had dirty towels in our room folded as clean towels.
• Susan (7/5): Canberra Nesuto - Near to CBD. Convenient to catch bus to Parliament House, War Memorial and other attractions. Right close to eateries at the Canberra Centre. Location wise, it was perfect. The room was cold and the heater did not work. On the final day we had to ask for portable heaters. The receptionist Thanh was extremely helpful and gave us two heaters and helped us set it up. The toilet bowl was leaking. We told the daytime receptionist, but he did not or could not do anything. Housekeeping comes every 4 days. We had to throw out our garbage after 2nd day.

Repairs are going on in the building. The noise on the 7 th floor from exposed pipes was consistent and disturbing.

We factored this into our stay and it was reasonable Excellent indoor heated pool and enclosed roof top tennis court Some building works are happening in the corridors on the floors. It's a bit messy. The dryer in our apartment didn't work. The fridge was freezing some food.

• Rachael (6/5): Excellent location but some shortcomings - Excellent central location. The room was clean and had all we need. Beds were comfy. It was great to have an indoor pool and gym facility. A lot of repairs were in progress which were a little concerning as a lot of ceiling was exposed in hallways and signs mentioned to report any leaking water or gas. Our balcony also was off limits due to safety, The wifi wasn’t effective unfortunately. I also didn’t realise until on arrival that it is part of private apartments as well so there was a mix of tenants.
• Catherine (9/5): - Good location for walking to shops and restaurants right in the city. It was also close to ANU. I liked the option of a sofa bed in the office for a child. The pool is actually pretty big and a sauna. Spa wasnt working. Sofa bed needs upgrading, not comfortable. Its getting a bit dated. The kitchen was for basic cooking. The parking was quite expensive.

• Shanelle (9/5): I had a very comfortable, safe, and happy stay at Nesuto. - I loved the location of the property and the security is tight. The apartment I had was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The property is handy to the shops and the Canberra CBD generally. It is a very scenic area. The staff are very helpful and supportive. The property might need to maintain or replace their clothes dryers. One in an apartment I was in didn't work well at all and the second one didn't automatically turn off. But it is really useful and helpful to have these appliances to use in the apartments.

• Peter (9/5): Nice apartment hotel - Location is very convenience, staff are very nice, room is big, with a kitchen and everything, clean and comfortable. Be back next time when visit Canberra again. Only thing is little bit old, but nice and clean.

• Jocelyn (9/5): A Central Canberra Stay for a Good Price - Located in the CBD with several restaurants and parks in walking distance, the Nesuto Canberra was perfect for my family's needs for the short stay. The small kitchen was well appointed with several options for cooking, its included washing machine and dryer was perfect. They set up the sofa bed in the living room for my child and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The ceiling on our floor was open, and we were worried that there would be construction noise during our stay, but there was no noise which is good. The automatic lighting on the hallway was surprising, as we would open the door to a dark hallway at night but it would turn on after several seconds.

• Dixon (10/5): Excellent accommodation for reasonable price - The property was in the perfect location, very well equipped with stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, cooking utensils. Undercover car parking for extra expense. Not enough dish liquid to clean dishes.

There's indoor heated pool, my apartment has laundry facilities, full bath, and complete kitchen. Nothing. This is an old building so it's charming in its own way. A stainless steel modern look it is NOT.

Pieces of the hallway ceiling were hanging everywhere and pool access was hard to find. Also if you are parking vehicle over 2.2m it’s hard to find parking spots.
