Just getting a bit tired looking (needing a little paint job and freshen up) however everything was clean and working so no major concerns.

Staff delightful and, plenty of parking for our car. It is in a REALLY good location. Central to everything we needed. It would have been good to have block-out curtains. And a more comfy mattress. The couch was really uncomfortable to sit on. Could do with a refresh of the peeling paint etc.
Samantha (9/5): A comfortable, delightful stay. - The apartment was very clean and comfortable, we loved it. The 2 AC units worked very well. Check in was easy. Late check was a fabulous bonus, thank you. Reception staff were very friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. The fridge was full size. The water dispensers in the hallways were great. The large smart TV was the biggest I've experienced in Bali accommodation. The housekeeping lady was lovely and did such a fantastic job! The lounge was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of storage space in the living area, bathroom and bedroom. The towels were so soft and fresh and smelled delightful. The pool was sparkling clean and we had it to ourselves mostly. It was the perfect place to spend Nyepi day. Thanks to Lawrence and the staff, we will return! 😊 Only one thing: Reception hours were limited, opening from 8am til 4pm only, if you had any queries outside these hours the only other staff available was the security at the gates who had limited english, we managed though. Two suggestions, not complaints, for management: ~A shelf in the shower would be fantastic so that everything doesn't have to be on the floor. ~A small coffee table in front of the lounge would be so handy for guests. Somewhere to put your drinks, glasses, remotes etc. That's it! 😊
Charlotte Jais (7/5): Skøn beliggenhed i en lidt ‘træt’ villa. - Vi har boet i både denne og andre af stedets villaer. Beliggenheden er perfekt for os, tæt på alt og alligevel nogenlunde fredeligt. Meget privat, dejlig have og skøn privat pool. Dejligt, at der er mulighed for selv at bestemme, om man vil have besøg af housekeeping, gartner og pool-manden hver dag eller bare et par gange om ugen. Herligt, at der er begyndt at køre en elektrisk shuttlebus fra den ene ende af byen til den anden! I netop denne villa, er der åbenbart lidt problemer med vand og afløb. Det var der denne gang og også for et par år siden. Der mangler gode siddemuligheder på terrasserne. Der er et højt bord og barstole, ikke passende for mennesker i vores alder. Udsmykningen på fællesrummets vægge er ret kliché-agtige, hvor der kunne have været valgt noget traditionelt og lokalt. Det hele trænger til ‘en kærlig hånd’, både ude og inde.

Close to plenty of food options and a quick walk down to the beach. Firm but comfortable bed. We had booked a One bedroom with pool view but we had no view of the pool-we were tucked away behind.

Matthew (8/5): Okayish - Great position. Great privacy with a 4 & 3 bed villa. Very friendly staff. The villas are showing their age and are in need of an update. The beds were reported across our group in general to be too hard. The villas show signs of flooding and bathrooms need quite a bit of maintenence. A fresh coat of paint externally wouldn't go astray.
David (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed staff were fantastic and area was nice and quiet. - Breakfast was not available however there are plenty of places to eat a very short walk away. Location was fantastic. Close to beach and many restaurants . There needs to be some maintenance on the apartment i was in as there is a leak in the roof and bad case of rising damp in the toilet area especially near the skylight>. Note to owner that maybe when building these apartments maybe use non slip tiles in the bathroom/shower recesses. That is just a constructive criticism not a complaint.
Matthew (7/5): Okay - Great location. Excellent privacy. We had a 4 bedroom and 3 bedroom villas (13 people). Everyone complained of backache from the mattresses which were really hard. For a higher end property the .attresses should be better.(renewed)
Megumi (10/5): 私たちのお気に入りです - いつもはヴィラですが今回初めて夫婦でアパートメントに宿泊しました。必要なものがコンパクトにまとまっていてよかったです。相変わらずスタッフは笑顔で親切です。おかげさまでとてもリラックスできましたありがとう。とても清潔なのに洗面所の匂いがありました。キッチンは全く臭わないので両方のシンク下を見たところ、洗面所の排水管にトラップが無くて、直接臭いが上がってきていたようです。これは清掃の問題ではなくて、工事の問題ですね。

Tom Rune (7/5): - Great location, 2 minute walk to restaurants, minimart, and laundry. 5min walk to the beach with a low traffic route. Roomy apartment with most of what you need inside. Ac was a bit old and looks to need service on the indoor units. Plastic is old and a bit broken and you could see directly to the internal area of the indoor unit in the bedroom and it needs a service. The room smelled a little bit moldy(not much and very livable), and they have compensated with automaric airfreshener that smelled ok, but a bit much at times. Overall no problem staying there but don't expect it to be perfect.. price also reflects that.

Karen (9/5): Great Sanur Villa for family - Perfect to relax and close to great cafes, restaurants and short walk to the beach. Pool was perfectly clean and huge. Loved it. Ketut was lovely and so helpful , as were all the other staff. Great having service on the gate, very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Przechodzenie przez łazienkę do pokoi, bo aby skorzystać z łazienki a druga osoba chciałaby przejść z pokoju do pokojo-salonu to trzeba było czekać lub wychodzić wyjściem bocznym na hol hotelu.

Sheila (6/5): Disappointing because of the sofa/ couch plus the bed and bathroom in apartment 7. - Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. Furniture (couch) needs to be replaced in both rooms we occupied as they’ve collapsed. We asked to move to another room as the original allocated room was terrible. The bed and sofa old and uncomfortable. The room we moved to was better but again the couch/sofa needs replacing.
Moore (7/5): - Huge apartment. Was very clean and lots of room. 2 x air conditioning units. 1 in the begin. 1 x in the lounge. 2 x tvs. 1 in bedroom. 1 x in the lounge. Table and chairs in dining area Full kitchen with large fridge and full cooking facilities and cutlery and crockery. Was a 3 min walk to main street in sanur and 8 mins walk to beach walk. Good cafes at the beach walk. 20 mins walk to icon shopping centre. Perfect for a family. The bed was unfortunately the hardest bed I have ever slept on...I slept on the couch in the lounge (which was a bed settee and very comfortable. ) The pool area was very small and right beside the entrance, so it's not very inviting. Or private. I didn't see anyone using it while I was there

Aleksei (9/5): Достойно - Хороший, просторный номер. Коридор не проходной, достаточно тихо (хотя двери тонкие и хлипкие). Просторная отдельная спальня. Гостиная совмещена с кухонной зоной. Гостиная тоже большая, но из-за мебели места уже не так много. На кухне есть полный комплект посуды. Можно готовить завтраки и даже больше. Есть балкон, но выходит на дорогу. Соответственно не было желания им пользоваться. Персонал супер. Отзывчив. Часто убирались. Воду давали в избытке, даже не приходилось покупать. Молодцы! Из минусов могу отметить следующее. 1. Вода - долго приходилось ждать горячей воды. Или далеко от номера находится котел или проточный водонагреватель не справлялся с задачей. Но факт - чтобы дождаться горячей воды приходилось минут по 5 сливать воду. 2. Канализация - трубы были подзабиты, поэтому плохо уходила вода во всем номере. Но не жаловались на это. 3. Бассейн - номинальный. Меленький, размещен в углу у дороги и КПП. Таким образом желания там находится не было совсем. Хотя повод был (порой на пляже был ветер или не было воды (отливы)). В остальном - нареканий нет.

Jane (8/5): A lovely relaxing stay at Emerald Apartments which are centrally located in Sanur, - Location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and nice and provided everything we needed. We asked for a ground floor room and got the room right by the pool which was perfect. Nothing. It was all good.

laurence (9/5): Villa de style indonésien proche de la plage, pratique pour des vacances entre amis. - Villa proche de la plage, avec une gouvernante à disposition pour le linge, les courses, et aide simple à la cuisine. Villa agréable avec un espace commun (cuisine, salon et salle à manger) ouvert sur le jardin et la piscine (pas de cloison qui ferme cet espace) et des grandes chambres individuelles donnant sur l'extérieur : cela donne un ensemble où chacun est indépendant et dispose d'intimité (mais ne convient pas à une famille qui souhaiterait avoir les chambres donnant sur un espace commun fermé, et être dans un espace plus cocooning). La piscine en haricot et sa plage ont un peu vieilli et certains carreaux de la plage sont descellés. La batterie de cuisine est à changer et à enrichir. Les casseroles et marmites mises à disposition ont les revêtements abimés, les fonds cabossés... ne permettant pas de cuisiner sérieusement. On n'est pas au niveau de standing de la villa.

Mostert (2/5): Location great but would only stay if could get the room with the balcony or a villa. - The location was very good for getting to Sanur Beach and the main town section. The reception staff were very helpful and advised us to book a 1 bedroom villa next time as realized we were very disappointed. We booked a Deluxe Queen Studio. Fine for an overnight stop maybe. We were mislead in the advertising of an apartment. The pictures shown are all for bigger suites and locations on the beach do not come with Emerald apartments. A room with the basic facilities and very little of what was advertised. No balcony. Not serviced every day. The pool was v small. Nothing like in the pictures. But we got what we paid for.

Kenneth (10/5): Wonderful - There was no breakfast available so we brought some plates etc to have cereal. We spoke to the manager on leaving and she said if we book the rooms with the kitchen next time it would be better....and we will! The location was 80m from the main road and a million places to eat a good breakfast. A 5 minute walk to the beach front walk and a million more good restaurants. 20m from the gate was a fantastic local laundry that cleaned ironed and folded our gear for a few dollars. Taxis were always available at the end of our street. USE My Bluebird........always have a meter, cheap and did not try to cheat us ever unlike some cabs last time. I absolutely recommend them and we will only use them. Would you believe....the pool water was cold lol

Judith (8/5): Would have liked Villa closer to front of complex as long walk to and from reception. - Lovely 3 bed 3 bath villa, large rooms, large fully equipped kitchen, fabulous pool and gardens. Housekeeper was excellent, came every day to makeup rooms and clean and also did our washing and ironing. Pool man and Gardner both came every day. Microwave was not working and kettle had exposed wires, but both were replaced immediately with new appliances. Villa is starting to look old and in need of renovation, especially floors which are very stained and need upgrading throughout all areas.
Luisa (10/5): Fantastic property. Highly Recommend! - Everything. It was perfection 🙌 I just wish the pool man, gardner and cleaner could give you a set time and come all together to minimize disruptions. However, it's not the end of the world! It's still very manageable.

Excellent room, very clean, plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, lovely comfy bed with two soft pillows, bath towels hand towels flannel and pool towels. Tea and coffee making . Lovely staff. Security on the gate. Stayed four nights. Not really anywhere to dry wet pool stuff. No clothes rack or outside balcony.

Duncan (7/5): Great location in Sanur - The location of the accommodation is great, with loads of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep - and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. All of the staff were lovely, and it felt very safe with 24/7 security guards. Neither the bedroom nor the bathroom had external windows, so the apartment was quite damp. The bathroom drains also smelled bad, which made the rest of the apartment smell (due to being in the middle of the bedroom and kitchen/living area). The bedroom did have an extractor fan, which helped a little, but was very loud and left an opening to the outside for mosquitos to get in. Also, the pool was tiny, so it was not great for swimming.
Wendy (9/5): A fabulous place for a family holiday - The villa was an amazing choice for us, a family group of 7. Ayu, the housekeeper, was lovely, she did our laundry and kept the place beautifully clean. The pool was fab. It is a bit tired in places. The mosquitoes!
Glenda (8/5): Bali Emerald - Very nice villas walking distance to beach, shops and dining. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the villa next to us was undergoing renovations so it was very noisy each day for the duration of our stay.... we missed out on the Bali bliss.

Barbara (7/5): Quiet area, comfortable villa, location great! - We were met at the front gate, directed to back entrance. Once at the villa we were met and shown around, all given keys to rooms and front gate. Ketut was very obliging helped us with what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Terrible sewerage smell in all bathrooms, mentioned to Ketut who didn’t really know what to do. All bathrooms need a deep clean, tiles in shower look like they have never been cleaned. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
