We had an ocean room, the aquarium was mind blowing, loved going to sleep and waking up to those gorgeous fish and rays. Spotless throughout, the staff/butler service was outstanding, with little personal touches on turn down service. The perfect stay.

It is beyond my expectations & the villa is very beautiful! My wife absolutely love it! We sat infront of the aquarium to admire the beauty of the fishes day & night! The butler were very pro-active, they drove me to where I needed. They are very professional & friendly as they align to what I requested. It is worth every penny and definitely an experience I will never forget! Thank you! Please come & stay at least once in your lifetime! The pool was slightly dirty

• Angela (10/5): Paradiesische Anlage mit großem Poolp - Die Villa hatte eine schöne Terrasse mit direktem Poolzugang und einen Whirlpool. Der riesige Pool war während unseres 10 tägigen Aufenthaltes meistens leer und wir genossen die Privatsphäre.Die Betten sind ausserordentlich komfortabel. Hervorzuheben ist der Butlerservice, der uns täglich mit dem hoteleigenen Buggy nicht nur innerhalb der Anlage sondern auch zu den Resort World Sentosa angeschlossenen Hotels und zum Casino chauffierte. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre im kleinen Frühstückslokal Tangerine ist einzigartig. Man sitzt praktisch mitten im Grünen... Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist sehr gut. Die Badewanne ist zwar modern aber riesig... sie zu füllen, dauert fast 20 Minuten und das Ein- bzw. Aussteigen ist für eine relativ kleine Person wie mich gar nicht so einfach. Am Schreibtisch fehlt ein Spiegel an der Wand - das wäre beim Haare föhnen oder schminken sehr hilfreich.

• James (10/5): Best 6 stars resort - The resort deserves 6 stars rating for its value and services provided. The Oceanic villa provides truly remarkable room to stay. The receptionists, the concierge and particularly the buttler persons who help us during the stay were exceptional and very helpful with their profesional manner. The breakfast also provides a plenty of food choices. The resort is one of the best resort we ever stayed in the world. Last not least, the Equarius under water restaurant we dinner also gave us very excellent F&B experience. Thank you for the warm accommodations by the Server, Manager and the Chef at that restaurant. • Ng (10/5): Overall, it was a very enjoyable and unforgettable stay. Staffs are very friendly and service is good, villa surround by - Small private space in the swimming pool. The reality of having mosquitoes flying around the villa especially at night.
• Stephen (4/5): Very upset and disappointed. - The lightings and the toilet. Nobody told us there was a restaurant just 100 meters from our room. We discovered only the next day from the internet. Our 25th wedding anniversary dinner was fish and chips and I had to ask someone to send dinner from outside. Personal butler could not communicate in English. When we asked about food , he actually suggested we order from the app. The bathtub did not have proper labels to show which knob or handle control water and the temperature. Before we left, we spoke to another butler about our bad experience. He was only given a card by his supervisor for future reference 😔. And we were told to book another room next time for a better view of the underwater aquarium. Nobody took our complaints seriously. Will not recommend anyone to go here.
• Stephenie (4/5): Cool view but not worth it - We booked the ocean suite which had the aquarium in the bedroom. It was a novel experience which our 3yo son enjoyed. The layout of the room was very poorly thought-out. For example, there is no outlet in the bathroom so the hairdryer is plugged-in in the corner of the bedroom- where it’s dark. The coffee station is downstairs, but the mini fridge is upstairs- which is up 3 flights of stairs. The entire room is poorly lit, and to make it worse, the master lights shut off when the blinds to the aquarium are opened- so basically, you can either have lights OR the view, but not both. The bathroom is so dark even with all the lights on that it’s impossible to do your makeup in there. Finally, the spa has been closed “since Covid”, but no one seemed to tell them that Covid ended almost 3 years ago and the world has moved on. The only good thing about this hotel was the cool view of the sea life from our room, but definitely overpriced and not worth the price tag! Just go have dinner at the Ocean restaurant for much less.

He picked us up and took us to all the places we needed to go. The aquarium room was next level, watching the fish all day was something special! Probably the best accomodation we’ve ever stayed at

The view of the aquarium from the room was a once in a lifetime experience and was unbelievable. You have to take a buggy to get anywhere, but luckily the butler were very helpful and made up for it.

The location is great, the villas were really beautiful and the Staff were absolutely outstanding, and so very helpful. We had lunch at Osia Restaurant and it was so good that we went back for lunch the next day!!

Stunning view of the aquarium from the ocean suite. Leaving or returning to the ocean suite required buggy transport (a short minute from the hotel lobby). Not a huge inconvenience, but not as easy as stepping in and out like you would do with most hotel stays.

When the view for the aquarium opens up for the first time, it is truly a magical experience. The view specially when the main lights go out is truly a marvel. Quite a bucket list experience Perfect for special occasions and proposals! The amount might scare you off, but as others mentioned in their reviews, don't let that shy you off. Don't think, just do it ~! Also the team was super helpful in setting up for my special occasion. Their 24/7 butler service will ensure you are well taken care off~! And their buggy service is always available for use to tour around the areas Special thanks to MunYee, Vanessa and Khant for taking care of my requests and assisting me thruout my stay! Honestly, it is hard to fault anything here. Their rooms theme, service and ambience are top notch.
• Eng Kiat William (10/5): - Returning to the enchanting Ocean Suites for our second visit, we were delighted to find the service had significantly improved, making the check-in process swift and seamless. While the experience does come at a premium, the magical sensation of drifting to sleep surrounded by a myriad of fish makes it perfect for celebrating special moments. Despite a few setbacks on Sentosa, with the beach closed, the forum under renovation, and some attractions unavailable, our two-night stay at Ocean Suites was utterly enchanting. The memories we captured were nothing short of Instagram perfection!

• FABRICE (2/5): Horrible Experience ! - This is the second time we came back to stay in Equarius Villas.The villas were well maintained, room is spacious. The villas are well situated among nice garden landscape.However staff was not well trained. We were sent to the villa with key dropped off with no briefing about the facilities & functions in the villa.Each villa has their own private jacuzzi outside the villa connected to the swimming pool. To our shock, the nearby Equarius hotel guests were allowed to use the same pool. & one morning we woke up to find some guests inside our jacuzzi.We alerted the butler about this. Instead of sending staff to the pool, they came knocking on our door.Apparently the pool guard was not aware that the jacuzzi is only for the usage by the villa. There was only 10 villas, but majority of the time the pool is like a public swimming pool with children jumping into the pool from the edge of the villa’s jacuzzi and screaming.At one time, some children were drinking water & emptying their water inside the pool with containers floating in the pool.These are nice villas, supposed to be a quiet & zen that comes with a price tag as well.There was even guests coming from other hotel like Hotel Ora who were using the pool (as they were using the shuttle bus to get back to their hotel in their swim wears). However the hotel’s policy of allowing other hotels’ guests to use the villa’s pool cheapen the villa’s concept. It’s not worth paying this price tag for what supposedly high end hotel.

Expect food to take more than an hour to arrive in take away boxes and luke warm. Having paid a small fortune for the villa, we were looking forward to enjoying a quiet dinner in our room. However the food quality and its presentation were a let down. Yes the service staff were apologetic but it wasn’t their fault.

• Reza (9/5): Once in a lifetime experience - Sleeping off and waking up to the view of the playful sea life in the comfort of your bed. The kids love the mini outdoor pool. The sofa bed could have been better and maybe considering having retractable gates at both ends of the staircase.

Although the one we were in seemed a little worn. Staff were very friendly and polite . There was renovations or repairs going on well into our stay . Drilling and hammering could be heard . We were given a room so close to the common walkway . The tub water was brown rusty . And lots of material was seen coming out of the pipes. I guess from the renovations. Or repairs.
