- Pui Yan (4/5): - The beds are comfortable, just like all other hotels/apartements we rented. The staff barely understood English. We requested two more rolls of toilet paper, yet he insisted on accompanying us into the room to inspect what “toilet paper” actually looked like. The staff then handed us two rolls of toilet paper of different sizes, which appeared to have been opened and used. There were no cups, nor an electric kettle. The rubbish bin, toilet brush and luggage rack, one of the four power plugs and fridge compartment, are all in a state of disrepair. The glass on the bedside cabinet is not secured, posing a safety hazard when young children linger nearby. During our trip to Morocco, we rented five hotels/apartments. This one had the second-highest rental price, yet its facilities were the poorest.

There was no hot water in the bathroom, the TV was not working, the electrical switches were broken, the heater was not working properly, there were no welcome drinks such as tea, coffee or mineral water in the room, and one elevator was working and the other was broken. This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It is rated 4 stars and should be downgraded to just one star.
