- 305kristenn (2/5): Do not stay here!!! - Bad experience at this Motel. It’s like a sauna room, A/C is not cold. Room door don’t even need room key to get in 😒. Not recommend to stay here. False advertisement. Pictures online is pretty nice but when you’re there, it’s a hell hole! Asked them how come it’s nice online but when we’re here, it’s crappy. They took the nice online photos offline right away. There’s ants in restroom! No toilet paper have to call front desk and ask for it. Half ass tiles broken in hallway. Corners falling over. Crappy elevator. Not even considered a 3 star! More like a 1 star or a no star!
- NCAO (2/5): Super low quality of service - This hotel is very very and very old with minimum quality over all. Bath room has NO fan for ventilation. Rooms are small with mold. It's hard to breath. AC blowing out ... uhmm ... dust. Yes, fine dust. Door lock is Broken see photo (very safe huh!) Absolute NOT safe for anyone. Well, one horrible night.

- Thị Phương Thảo (10/5): Прекрасная отель!!!!! - Khách sạn 3 sao nhưng các bạn staff 5 sao nha mọi người , đặc biệt là a Thắng rất nhiệt tình , chuyên nghiệp , luôn giúp bọn mình từ lúc checkin đến khi checkout . Chất lượng phòng chuẩn 3 sao , nhưng mình nghĩ tốt hơn trong phòng tắm lên có thêm rèm ở bồn tắm để tráng nước khi tắm ra ngoài bị ướt hơi bất tiện . Vị trí ks ở vị trí trung tâm rất tiện để di chuyển tới các địa điểm thăm quan . Đồ ăn sáng 3/5 , nhưng đổi lại các bạn Официанты rất dễ thương ! Nếu có dịp mình sẽ quay lại đây !!!!

Nos dieron otra habitación, pero seguía escuchándose todo. El desayuno era más almuerzo que desayuno. Y todos los días lo mismo.

- Yokoi (6/5): ロケーション良し。 - 1区にあってどこに行くにも便利でした。周りにコンビニや飲食店が沢山あります。ドンコイ通りまで5分ほどです。 シャワーカーテンがないので床がビショビショになる。トイレを流すとなぜか床に水が漏れる。アリンコが大量に歩いている。廊下の音、階上の音、ドアの開け締めの音などなんでも筒抜けでよく聞こえる。ベッドフレームの角が飛び出でいて、家族4人全員がぶつけてケガした。セーフティボックスがなし。

The breakfast was a bit limited. All in all, it wasn't a bad hotel, it was just a bit average compared to other places in the area for the same price

- Rustam (1/5): Horrible hotel with rude staff - The hotel is a scam and horrible. They gave us dirty, smelly rooms with broken windows. The staff is rude and lie to customers. We couldn’t stand the room after a couple of hours and decided to leave. They promised us a refund. But now they say they won’t be processing it.

- Forbes (9/5): Great hotel for access to District 1 highlights - you can’t go wrong. - The hotel was lovely. Just about perfect. Staff, facilities & cleanliness were spot-on. Most accommodating since I only booked hours prior to arriving at an ungodly hour of the night. Got a good price too. Breakfast really good (small buffet). Really like the location. Handy for the river port (3 minute walk), Nguyễn Hue, Pasteur, Japan Town & other attractions. I’m being picky to mention my view was a bit yuck. But I didn’t expect one anyway.

You are literally within walking distance to the major attractions of HCM. - It was very clean! - There was a very disturbing and heavy smell of mold and probably puke in the room. And you cannot ventilate the room, so you have to endure it. It was so unbearable I could not spend much time in the room. - There is a tiny window in the room and it was facing a wall/fire exit. So there is basically no sunlight in the room and it feels like a dungeon :) - if you are not Asian or familiar with Asian breakfast, which is basically not much different from lunch/dinner, the only option you have for breakfast is eggs and cereals. I had to eat outside during my stay.

Wir hatten in der Ecke unseres Zimmers einen großen Schimmelfleck. Die Badewanne als Dusche ist wohl nicht mehr zeitgemäß, der Abfluss war verstopft.

Hotel was great position....easy to walk to river and to opera house/walking street/ market etc in district 1. On a quiet street so very easy to get a grab taxi at the door Quiet room The bathroom needed a bit of updating. Breakfast was ok, but often cool as the food was not reheated at all.

Assez bien situé géographiquement, à l'opposé du quartier routard, ce qui n'est pas plus mal pour qui veut vivre au plus près des locaux, c'est à dire des Vietnamiens et espérer faire de belles rencontres... ce qui a été mon cas sur l'un de mes trajets retour à l'hôtel. Information trop tardive sur la prise en charge par le taxi qui m'attendait à l'aéroport, ce qui fait que je n étais pas informé à temps du lieu où m'attendait le chauffeur (que je n'ai pas trouvé). L'hôtel m'a toutefois octroyé une réduction sur le trajet retour de l'hôtel à l'aéroport pour compenser ce petit désagrément. J'ai apprécié le geste.

- Manoj (5/5): I don't recommend to stay until it's emergency or no options and suggest Booking.com should evaluate - Location is good and accessible to most of the popular locations 1. Hotel doesn't met with the expectation and the amount paid for 2. If you take bath after 8:00AM you have to take bath with cold water 3. Limited breakfast options for Vegetarian 4. Hotel staff doesn't understand your concern and every time need some translator to explain 5. I'hv checked out in morning 6:30AM and requested to print the invoice once i come back at 7:00PM in evening they mentioned morning staff not communicated the evening staff 6. I have checked out 6hours before the checkout time, but when i requested for 30mins or 1 hour earlier checkin they requested for additional money, which courtesy for guests

Przemiła obsługa recepcji oraz wspaniały, zawsze uśmiechnięty pan ochroniarz, pomagający nosić walizki po wysokich schodach do hotelu (należy się duży napiwek!) Pokój duży, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo smaczne śniadania na ciepło w stylu azjatyckim - ryże, makarony, dania mięsne, choć opcja kontynentalna w postaci tostó0w i płatków z mlekiem też jest. Pyszne świeże owoce do śniadania.
