• Allan (2/5): Spoiled by the tiny bathroom. - The staff were freindly and the location was good. I don't know what the other rooms were like but don't stay in room 100. There is no working outside light with several trip hazards on the way to the door. There is a trip hazard with a change of level between the living area and the sleeping area. The main issue was the tiny size of the bathroom. It is impossible to get in the shower without opening the bathroom door, stepping into the bedroom, and then stepping into the shower ,closing the bathroom door and then closing the shower door. The staff were very good but the bathroom was horrible.

• Deborah (8/5): Comfortable room in a good location. - Convenient location. Good sized room with a comfortable bed. The soundproofing wasn’t great. You could hear the people in the next room talking and their tv was mounted on the wall behind our bed which made going to sleep difficult.

• Kathryn (5/5): Not as good as we expected, simple, basic things just not there. - Good location No face washers, no bottle opener, no coat hangers, no bowls, no ice in fridge, fridge not even turned on, no ice machine, and no one available on property to ask!

Okay for a last minute stay, could do with a better clean, floor was sticky on arrival. Bathroom was a little dirty/ mouldy. Did see any staff during the stay.

• HofH999 (6/5): Central - Our 2 br suite was ok. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Helpful manager. You might get a better price on booking.com than dealing direct Central and close to many restaurants.
• Saskia (10/5): - Right in the middle of town, best place to be in Hahndorf. Even though you are in the middle of town you don't here any at the Motel. We have stayed there several time and when next in Hahndorf will definitely stay ay Hahndorf Motel. Nothing not to like.

Did not return an essential costly item I left behind despite sending a paid return post bag as agreed at no cost to her after she told me postage would cost $25!! Has since been unprofessional, unhelpful and obstructive. Could not be bothered walking literally 100m to the post office to return my belongings. Disappointing and extremely frustrating as I have since had to purchase another Apple charger which was extremely costly due to living in rural Vic.

We wish we could take the shower back home with us. It was a rain shower with the best pressure we've ever had. The location of the motel is the best, right in the heart of town.
