- J_r (6/5): Pleasant - The Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioner on one side of bed and it is not possible to sleap without it... blowing cold on bed all night. Breakfast selection very limited. 2 days before arriving, the hotel informed me that they cannot provide booked room and ask cancel it. Since I was on road already and have no chance to search other hotel, only option was to take room upgrade and double the price for it, but gain for that only 2 m2.. Definatelly on pictures hotel looks better than in life. If you like comfort and standards - choose some branch hotel. If you want to get touch of some local exotic - it is ok place for short stay.

We got to hotel super early and dienort wanna wait. So this was a big ples plus Room was very. Breakfast was very good Quality - I highly recommend this hotel for eenyone visiting downtown.

It was served with lot of care and consideration. One morning, they served us at 6.45 am, since we had to go early to catch a bus for mekong Delta tour. Couldn't use the blankets it was dirty and finding the condom wrap we couldn't even sleep well on the bed. Lucky me and my daughter had our own blanket and sheet to put on top. Room looks better on the pictures. Internet not good. TV was not good. Channel you can't even watch anything it use internet and their internet slow.

- Nick (6/5): You can stay for one night but no more. - Room interior, the neighborhood is quiet. The room, and maybe the hotel itself needs renovation. The room was not clean. Black hair on the floor. A "good breakfast" is now two toast and a slice of bacon or an omelet or... (only a few 5-6 options without any prompting such as not putting half a kilo of onions in an omelet) plus tea/coffee. This is not a breakfast for 3 * as the hotel calls itself.

- Wade (10/5): WELL SITUATED - VERY HELPFUL STAFF - This hotel is well situated in District 7, which is nearly 50% Korean, as well as having many other nationalities. Although there isn't much in the way of tourist sites in District 7, staying here means that you are away from the heavy traffic, smog and noise of District 1. Rather than regular taxis, we took Uber or GRAB each day down into District 1, where we saw the sites. Two days, we stayed in District 7. There are several huge shopping malls and hundreds of restaurants. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and rooms are impeccably clean, and efficient.

- Wayland (6/5): This is a 1-Star Hotel, not a 3.5 Star hotel - This hotel is listed online as a 3.5 star or a 3 star hotel, but it's actually a 1-Star hotel. There's a government issued 1-Star plaque on the front of the building. The Deluxe Double Room is 20 square meters, so expect the Superior Room to be smaller than that. The balcony is 12 square meters. However, the balcony is pretty much useless and is a waste of space. They should get rid of the balcony and increase the size of the actual room. The balcony's walls are too high you can't see down when sitting down. Then you can't see the sky because there's a white structure blocking your view. The breakfast was a la carte and was decent. If you are going to book here, go for the suite room because the Deluxe rooms and Superior rooms are a bit too small. Much of the space is wasted on the balcony. Room Tip: Deluxe Double Room's actual room size is 20 m2. (not including balcony)

- Bob (8/5): Nice hotel in District 7 Ho Chi Minh City - Having lived in this area before, I knew there were a number of very moderately priced hotels available in an area that is easy for a non-Vietnamese to negotiate. Needed a trip for some world class dental work and decided to try this hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Room was not bad, hotel staff was excellent - But breakfast was awful. I will recommend other hotels to my friends due to the breakfast.
- Chye Guan (6/5): Something Different! - A little difficult to locate for a driver who is not familiar with D7 in HCM as hotel is a small property right in the middle of a lane - can't see the building from the main road at all! But its a very quiet neighborhood so its great for anyone looking at quiet n peaceful nights! Rooms were decent...clean with good wifi (except maybe for basement room). A little tight on common spaces but its a small boutique hotel so that's expected...but at least the noise isolation between rooms were effective! Hotel manager speaks very good english and pro-active in solving problems!
