• Niru (3/5): Will not be using again. - Alexanderplatz is a great location. The property was old and unclean - I had to request the cleaners to come and clean the microwave as it had been used recently and the smell permeated the entire room. It was poorly ventilated throughout (the adjacency to the trains meant the window being open made the room incredibly loud) and did not have any AC, instead a fan that ultimately did not suffice.
• martina (7/5): Consigliato vivamente - La posizione dell’appartamento ti permette di raggiungere sia la parte storica di La Valletta che la movida in poco tempo. La piscina riservata agli appartamenti è molto bella e funzionale. Ci sono delle piccole cose che si possono migliorare all’interno dell’appartamento. La piscina è molto bella, ma si potrebbe incrementare gli armadietti per lasciare le proprie cose.
• Beate (2/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Das Appartement war sehr abgenutzt, Beschriftungen im Eingang des Hauses fehlten. Die Nutzung der defekten Wasserhähne, wie auch der Schaltung der Lichtanlage erschloss sich nur durch langes Probieren. Der Self-Check-In fand vordergründig in Englisch statt, was ich als deutsch sprechender Mensch, in einem Land mit Deutsch als Amtssprache, als ausgrenzend empfinde.

• Noula (7/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν στον 10ο όροφο, πολύ ωραία θέα και σε πολύ καλό σημείο στο κέντρο, κοντά σε ΜΜΜ και εστιατόρια. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό. Στο ντουζ υπήρχαν τρίχες, άλατα και στη κουζίνα η βρύση ήταν βρώμικη σε σημείο που σιχαθήκαμε. Γεμίζαμε νερό τα ποτήρια μας από τη βρίση του μπάνιου. Επίσης, στο μπαλκόνι το τραπέζι ήταν βρώμικο με μια τεράστια κουτσουλιά πάνω ξεραμένη και γενικά δεν ήταν καθαρό. Τέλος, η πόρτα του μπάνιο είναι ακριβώς δίπλα από το κρεβάτι και δεν κλείνει καλά, αν είστε δύο άτομα και μάλιστα ζευγάρι είναι πολύ άβολο αυτό.
• Malin (3/5): Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ein Aufenthaltung, der ok war. Aber die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünsch - Lage war sehr gut, ruhiges Zimmer, da der Balkon in den Innenhof ragte Oberflächlich wurde geputzt, aber insgesamt war es wirklich dreckig: Flecken von Make-up an den Wänden. Auf dem Nachtisch wurde eine Zigarette ausgedrückt, was nicht sauber gemacht wurde. Braune Flecken an den Fenstern, überall Krümel.
• Cezary Siwek (5/5): OK if you need to stay for a night or two - Location is good - very close to Alexanderplatz. The room was clean. Pretty good WiFi. Good enough if you stay for a sleep only. A little bit noisy - very close to a busy road. My room was next to lamp post. There was no way to blind of completely. When coming back late in the evening, there always were strange people sitting in the corridor. There was a bad smell coming from a toilet. The code-entry system not well described. Took me a while to find out what to do.

• Pegah (1/5): Leider eine absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung: schlechte Sauberkeit, keine angemessene Reaktion auf be - Die Unterkunft entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern oder dem Standard, der auf der Plattform dargestellt wird. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es massive Sauberkeitsprobleme: Haare auf der Bettwäsche bzw. Matratze, Flecken am Bett, stark verschmutzte Fenster und unhygienische, ranzige Fugen im Badezimmer. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Beschwerde. Nachdem Fotos angefordert wurden, bestand die einzige „Lösung“ darin, Reinigungspersonal zu schicken – obwohl offensichtliche Mängel wie die maroden Badezimmerfugen dadurch gar nicht behoben werden können. Als weitere „Kompensation“ wurde lediglich ein Late Check-out angeboten. Das hilft natürlich nicht, wenn man wegen der Zustände ohnehin früher abreist. Noch schlimmer: Selbst auf die Kontaktaufnahme der Buchungsplattform hat das Hotel letztendlich nicht sinnvoll reagiert und jegliche Kompensation abgelehnt. Meine Mutter ist deshalb sogar vorzeitig abgereist, da die Unterkunft in diesem Zustand nicht zumutbar war. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Service und einen professionellen Umgang mit Beschwerden legt, sollte lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
• Victor Radu (10/5): Great 3-day stay in a spacious and well-equipped central apartment - We really appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment and the facilities provided (coffee, water boiler, plates, wine opener, iron, and more than enough towels). In general, it's a very well thought apartment - sockets everywhere and well placed light switches. The apartment is also positioned in a very central area of Berlin - we used electric scooters to travel everywhere and there was a parking spot right in front of the building, which was convenient, also a 24/7 store on the bottom floor, and for coffee or fast food we took a 5-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Lots of reviews mentioned that the apartment isn't very clean, but we didn't find that to be entirely true - the walls had some small marks on them, but overall there wasn't an issue with cleanliness

• Bettina (8/5): Solide Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip - -zentrale Lage mit guter Bahnanbindung, -großes Apartment mit 2 Bädern, mit ebenerdigen großen Duschen, und 2 Schlafzimmern, die mit super Matratzen ausgestattet waren -Unterkunft ist behindertengerecht ausgestattet -aus Termingründen, mussten wir später auschecken, nach Absprache mit dem Personal vor Ort, wurde das sofort und ohne Preisaufschlag geändert -das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit -bei offenem Fenster, ist es bis in die Nacht hinein, durch den Straßen-und Straßenbahnverker, sehr laut, -leider sind die Amaturen in Bad und Küche abgenutzt, sehr lose und austauschwürdig, -Die TV Geräte an der Wandhalterung, hängen so wackelig und schief, dass man nicht gut TV sehen kann, (es sieht so aus, als wären diese mal mit Gewalt verbogen worden) -Die kleine Küche war funktionel ausgestattet aber ohne Backofen -Vorsicht beim Kochen, der Rauchmelder hängt nicht weit weg!

Waschbecken im Bad war verstopft, es gab keine Aufhängung für den Duschkopf in der Badewanne, sehr schwierig so die Haare zu waschen. In der Fernbedienung für den Fernseher waren keine Batterien, das Waschbecken so klein, daß man sich nicht das Gesicht waschen konnte. Sehr hellhörig. Nur oberflächlich sauber. Nicht so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, auch viel kleiner.

• Helina (5/5): Passable with issues - Great location and a good balcony. Close to Alexsanderplatz. Oh where do i get started first off i hit my thumb on the massive sliding bathroom doors also there are huge gaps inbeteen the sliding door. Second thing is that we did not have power at all for at least a day and it took them the other half off our stay to fix it. Also you had to enter the balcony through the window. The place was somewhat clean but the bathroom was very disgusting.
• Nina (5/5): Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, einchecken etwas kompliziert, Zimmer war viel zu laut. Nicht axetabel - Zimmer war klein aber ok , alles was man brauchte war da. Ich war im 2 Stock und zur Strasse hin und unter mir die Strassenbahnhaltestelle! Es war so grausam laut bei offenem Fenster. Schliessen konnte ich es nicht, weil es zu warm war! Wollte das Zimmer wechseln, habe aber nie jemanden erreichen können um das zu organisieren! Bin die dritte Nacht nicht mehr geblieben, hatte mir eine andere Unterkunft gesucht

• Dagmar (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Lediglich der Buchungsprozess ist einfach gestaltet. einmal mein Gedächtnisprotokoll zu gestern Abend (Check-in): Mein Zimmer war im 7. Stock. Schon als ich aus dem Auszug ausgestiegen bin, kam mir der Verdacht, dass die Zimmer wohl für Prostitution genutzt wurden - zumindest den Stimmen nach und der Anzahl an vielen Männern, welche in das Haus gingen (meine Beobachtung während meines CheckIns). Insbesondere der Boden meines Zimmers war dreckig (Blutfleck). Nach wenigen Minuten hat jemand mehrfach an meiner Zimmertür geklopft (ich hatte natürlich niemanden erwartet). Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich sehr besorgt über meine eigene Sicherheit und habe mich schließlich dazu entschieden, das Hotel umgehend zu verlassen.

• Pedro (3/5): Alojamiento con buena ubicación pero incómodo - La ubicación es bastante buena, a 5 - 10 min de Alexander Platz (en una ciudad como Berlín es muy cerca). La cama es incómoda, el edredón no es para una cama de dos plazas y queda pequeño y las almohadas son muy incómodas. Además en nuestro cuarto una de las duchas no funcionaba lo cual reportamos. Todo fue comunicado al hotel pero no hubo cambio de habitación ni solución por parte de la administración.

• Adelaida (7/5): Relación calidad precio muy buena - La habitación muy correcta y espaciosa 26 m. Pedí una con baño y balcón. El colchón cómodo. La habitación luminosa. Ningún ruido. La ubicación fantástica bien comunicada y centrica. Gente que entraba en la noche cuando tú marcabas tu código. Parecía que esperaban a alguien pero luego entraban contigo. En ningún caso interaccionaron con nosotros ni subieron en el ascensor pero era raro…

• Nicole (4/5): Un soggiorno mediocre per una camera doppia - La struttura è a 15 minuti a piedi da Alexander platz. La struttura ha tutte le finestre direttamente sulla strada e si trova nella zona di passaggio del tram, delle ambulanze e della polizia. Dormire é quasi impossibile. Le condizioni di pulizia sono il minimo indispensabile, la strada aveva un odore pungente che impregnava muri e tende, non andava via neanche lasciando aperta la finestra.

• Ronald (4/5): - Location Basic needs were met. Booked a room with a cot for our baby but no cot was there and couldn't be provided on the day. Had to share the bed. Cot was offered next day for 35 Euro extra. The room was a bit smelly. It was loud due to the tram running all day and night (but that's how it is with the location) Prostitutes operated in the room next to us. Clients knocked and left after 30-60 min. Met them in the lift etc. They shouldn't be in a hotel like this. Overall the room needs a refresh. No security, people tailgate into the property.

• Anja (1/5): horror - Keine Fruschen Handtücher auch nicht auf anfrage, personal meinte für aufpreis kriegen wir in der Wäscherei neue, haben also unsere schnutzigen (seid 3 Tagen) abgegeben jedoch wurden uns keine neuen Tücher in der Wäscherei gegeben. Als ich den kundenservice angerufen hab wurde disskutiert und mir aufgelegt weil er meinte er glaubt mir nicht. kommunikation nur in english. Nach 10 mal nachfragen wurde uns ein einziges Tuch ins Zimmer gelegt, wir waren 2 Personen... Zimmer sehr klein, kein personal vor ort, keine rezeption
