La literie est sûrement le plus gros point noir car elle est extrêmement inconfortable. Le service de nettoyage n’est pas non plus au rdv, à notre retour de plage à 15h la chambre n’était toujours pas faite. Les prix étant élevés pour la Thaïlande nous sommes globalement déçus.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there were insects everywhere, I was reaching for coffee that’s provided with the room and there was an ant trail going up the wall then when I came home I found lizard under my clothes that I set by the sink. If small insects bother you I would pass on this place but if you can deal then this is a nice stay

Beaucoup de personnes hors hôtel, viennent visiter l'endroit pour se restaurer, et se permettent de franchir les barrières du jardin voir même de se baigner dans la piscine malgré les panneaux d'interdiction, c'est très dérangeant.;;

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved it....my favourite place in Koh Samui. During this and other trips I have stayed in about 6 different resorts and this is, to me, the best. I have stayed in places 2 to 3 times the price that are simply not as good. We loved our private bungalows (stayed twice this trip in 2 different bungalows) with the best views I have almost ever seen. The staff a all lovely, the food delicious with lots of choice, beautiful gardens....cannot fault it at all.

- Tracey (10/5): - Amazing stay here - I had read some reviews before our trip that had a lot of negative comments I really don’t know how that happened as our stay was the best ever - this is my third visit they have new accomodation since the last time we were here we booked the deluxe house for 4 people it was amazing - pool views to die for so relaxing - staff were extremely friendly and helpful our whole stay and the food was just perfect - I loved the new decking area they really have kept the great feel of the Jungle Club experience was very impressed - breakfast is also really good - thanks Jungle Club I will definitely recommend and if we return to Koh Samui again will make another visit - thanks

- VALERIE (10/5): Un petit havre de paix - Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il n’y a tout simplement rien à reprocher. Les chambres sont jolies, confortables, spacieuses, zen, la literie très confortables. L’hotel est excentré de la ville ce qui permet d’en être proche sans en avoir les inconvénients. Le personnel est aux petits soins, nous n’avons rencontré que des gens adorables. le petit dejeuner sous forme de différents menu est excellent peu importe celui que vous choisissez. Un seul bémol...attention aux stocks d’eau en fin de journée. 2 soirs les réserves d’eau de l’hôtel étaient épuisées donc plus d’eau Ni chasse d’eau. À chacun aussi d’avoir la conscience que l’eau douce est un bien rare surtout sur une île donc à utiliser intelligemment, ne pas passer 2h sous la douche. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel dans lequel le séjour est zen, détendu, et entouré d’un personnel simplement formidable. Puis la vue et la piscine sont des atouts qu’on ne peut pas ignorer.

Yes, it's a drive away from the beach but so worth it. Because you're like in your own little paradise. And we absolutely loved the killer views! Koh Samui itself would have just been average, but having stayed at this place elevated it to another level of awesome!

- Verified traveler (8/5): relaxed jungle setting away from the action - The Jungle Club is a once in a lifetime experience. If you want something a little fun and definitely different from your typical island resort, this is for you! The room was comfortable, the airea breathtakingly beautiful, and the staff friendly and helpful. It was much farther removed from the beach and stores than normal settings (hence its called the jungle club) so make sure you want some quiet relaxation time.
- Paul (8/5): High, quality resort looking over everything - I wasn't expecting A/C so no surprises, but it's certainly planned for next year; nevertheless,the fans are more than adequate. The staff are friendly, well spoken and experienced and the menu is essentially Thai and European, complemented by an extensive drinks menu. The setting is "cleared jungle" and is very pleasant, and the views from the tables and various salas around the deck are almost unbelievable, except they're real. Room rates vary with the style, from basic to honeymoon cottage and are very competitive. The infinity pool is restricted to house guests only, a logical idea in my opinion. You are located up a steep hill which is serviced by a company shuttle at an extra charge, however, unless the road is wet, there are no problems for motorbikes or 2 wheel drive vehicles. You approximately 2kms from Chaweng Noi beach.
- Gesa (10/5): Traumhafter Blick vom Hotel - Der Jungle Club ist ein hübsches Resort auf einem Berg mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Chaweng Beach Bucht. Die Anfahrt zum Resort wird mit einem Jeap durch geführt und ist auch schon ein Erlebnis. Das Resort hat einen kleinen Pool, der direkt am Bergabhang gelegen ist. Der Poolbereich darf zum Glück nur von Hotelgästen besucht werden. Denn am Nachmittag kommen einige Tagesbesucher ins Restaurant.

- Katie (10/5): Amazing panoramic views of the Island - We stayed in a hut for only £16 but the views were breath taking and the facilities were great. Be aware that it can be a little windy and taxis wont take you up to the hotel but its easy to get there as the hotel bring down a 4x4 truck!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not worth the money for the amazing view - The view from the hotel is amazing, but you can see it when you're going to the restaurant . The time have no air-conditioning, just a fan - important once trying to sleep with humidity. The staff wasn't helpful and rims WERE NOT CLEAN! I had 2 small towels with blood stains on it - and told the reception about it, and threw it in the floor so they'll change it the next day. After an hour or so of "cleanup", I still had the same towels. Only after I got to the reception and confronted then (and the "cleaning personnel"), they changed it into a new one. Its on a mountain so it has an incredible view. HOWEVER: since it's on a mountain, forget about renting and driving a scooter there, it's too steep. There are 2 shuttles during the day that are free of charge - the rest - you have to pay - so in order not to get stuck all day in the hotel, you'll have to pay eventually It goes without saying that since the bungalows/villas are pretty much in a forest, there are mosquitos, bugs, ants and so on in your bedroom. And you have a sh**ty locker for the doors that anyone can break with a fork/knife. We were extremely disappointed and spoke to the personnel in charge, but no answer/apology that they don't even publish that there's no air-conditioning in the rooms. Will definitely not go there again and won't recommend it to my friends.
- ozzy roger (10/5): The highlight of our 3 week stay at koh samui - We stayed on koh samui for 3 weeks and booked 1 night stay at the jungle club, within arriving and see our villa (delux with sea views) I ran straight to the checkin counter and booked another night 3800baht, no questions asked..the place is simply amazing its the most chilled out place on the island the views are simply heaven and the resort design and pool is perfect. oh the pool well its the best swim day/night and to see the view of the bay and below is heaven. the food is cooked to perfection and is cheap, some people on trip adviser have stated that its over priced, well there completely wrong and should stay at home. we eat all day long drank all day and never checked the bill till check out, and guess what for two people total including charges 5230.00baht. keep in mind its the best food on the island and ive been to samui 3 times and stayed at 3-4-5 start resorts and travel business classes, so I'm a pretty good judge. this place is simply another world do the delux villa which every morning when I opened my eyes from my bed I saw the most amazing views....big fat thank you to the staff for making our stay so so so perfect!!!! next time we will stay long term...and don't be put off by the web page pics they don't do justice to the resort
- ella (10/5): Paradise! - Sitting writing this as we are about to leave after a 6 night stay at the Jungle Club... One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. The view is spectacular and the infinity pool is great. Nothing I can say to fault this place. I will Definitely be returning very soon!
- Oliver (10/5): Amazing views - Location at top of mountain so a bit away from everything but offer a free shuttle service twice a day, but still worth staying here just for the views. Restaurant was good with good service. Amazing pool, very peaceful, only allow guests to use the pool which is a massive plus
- PAUL (8/5): Relax in the Jungle - Fantastic place , good service and its a great place to chill out and sit in the pool and look over chewing. Only negative is that the room did not have air con so it was for me very hard to sleep....
- Jen and Phil (6/5): Beautiful location and pool - The location of this place is the main attraction and the biggest hindrance. The views from the restaurant and amazing infinity pool are just perfect. But if you stay here for more than a couple of days the isolated location is a bit annoying. It would be better if the restaurant wasn't so expensive. We are used to (everywhere else in) Thailand prices, not Jungle Club prices. 100b for a small beer, 30b for a small water, average meal prices 350b! To be fair, Ko Samui is pretty much a western tourist rip off priced place (our least favourite place in Thailand) but having never been before, we thought we'd give it a go. Jungle Club offers a free ride to town at 10:30am and pick up home at 6pm. Or you can pay for them to take/collect you at other times. Be warned, taxis won't go up the hill here - too steep, but they do call ahead and Jungle Club pick you up from the bottom of the road (for free). We were disappointed that they charged us 50b for a drop off to our taxi on departure day, especially when there is no other way to leave. The jungle huts are basic but surprisingly cosy and bug free. There's a safe in the room, mozzy net and outdoor style bathroom is nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, dip in the middle - worn out, and pillow not good either. We looked in the villas and they were amazing, just too pricey for our budget.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place - Awesome location. Staff seem laid back, can be quite annoying. Sat down at the restaurant, after 5 minutes no one came to wait us so I asked where the menus were and the guy at reception simply pointed. Also had to let him know we were ready to order. Not good service. Otherwise overall resort is very nice a lot of tourists seem to come and go, taking photos of the great view on offer. Would stay again but do not order food there. Forgot to say, it is very expensive! Try to catch taxis into town every night.
- jackie (8/5): Very peaceful here - The jungle club was very shocking when we first arrived, it is quite beautiful with amazing views and a great infinity pool! It is up on a very steep hill, and I definitely wasn't expecting such a great place. We booked a jungle hut, which doesn't have a/c, but is still cozy. There are holes between the floor boards which at first is weird, but the bed has a mosquito net, but I didn't really notice many bugs in my four nights anyway. The bathroom is strange at first too, no screens on the windows so there are some ants and a snail in there, but we are not too uptight about that sort of thing. We loved swimming at the pool. Very nice staff. The restaurant is a nice touch but YOU WILL NOT HAVE GOOD SERVICE at night time. It is what it is. You will have to chase someone down to put your order in, and then again for refills. They don't check on you. It was frustrating our first night at such a beautiful place, but now we are used to it and don't mind hailing people down. The food was tasty. Definitely recommend :)

- Joe (10/5): Stunning infinity pool - We loved our time here. The infinity pool was out of this world, would stay again just for the pool. As we were in jungle huts, there was a few insects but that's part of experience. Mosquito net provided so nothing gets near bed. Would suggest they maybe add another free shuttle to town around 1/2pm. Great staff, great food, brilliant stay.
- Elena (8/5): Gorgeous views - Could have stayed at the resort all day, just sitting in the pool and looking out at the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but be warned that trips up and down the hill in the hotel truck are not free most times of the day. We stayed in one of the "huts", which was nice except for the toilet (no flushing mechanism) and the fact that it was VERY open to bugs - my toiletries were swarmed by ants several times. Overall, it was a great experience, especially if you're ok with living a bit rustically.
