• Yoshihiro (4/5): - 駅近・徒歩5分、8:00〜17:00電動トゥクトゥクで駅へ送ってくれる セブンイレブン向かいにある クリーニング・レストラン?・マッサージ1Fにある 近隣に地元レストラン?が数件あり オンヌット駅直結ロータス、モールで日本食もあり(居酒屋も) soi79に安マッサージ多い、上手い 施設が古い。電気が暗い。ホテルでゆっくりと思うならば薦めない。個人的には最後は慣れ、次回も安価ならアリかと思う。 深夜チェックインのため説明を聞いてなく、手探り状態。帰る直前にシャワーのお湯設定判明、ジム・サウナも同時期判明。 滞在時に３時間くらい停電ありの貼り紙がしてあったが、ホテル入口エントランス工事の件は聞いてなく2〜3日間、日中工事でうるさかった。 朝、隣の犬が数匹吠えてうるさい！鳥の鳴き声も。

• TomLinda1977 (6/5): Thailand 2025 - A nice hotel located close to On Nut station which made travellaroind the city on the public transport so much easier. The hotel even offers a free buggy ride to the ststion during the day. The road the hotel was located in is narrow and busy. So there was always noise. Rooms were spacious and equipped, as the description said.
• Tracywoo2 (10/5): Great location value for money - Great location great value for money 2 mins walk from train station there is 7 11 right across road loads of food stalls really chep to eat out we stayed for 2 nights amd it was cheap as chips was very clean and the staff were loverly great for a cheaky stop over and a fab price

However, our experience with the staff left a bad impression. We checked in earlier than expected, and while we understood the extra charge for an additional night, their handling of the situation was very questionable. After we paid, we realized the power in our room had been deliberately shut down beforehand. This felt especially shady because the maintenance guy had already asked us earlier to reset the power if we paid. While I understand their concern about receiving payment, this approach was unfriendly and unprofessional. Aside from this incident, everything else about the stay was good. But the handling of the power situation made the experience less pleasant than it could have been.
• Camper37844967233 (8/5): KV Mansion - Very nice hotel. Very close to the nearest 7/11, and also close to other 7/11. Also close to On Nut BTS station, Lotus and Century The Movie Plaza Sukhumvit. Several restaurants in the area. With the hotel so close to BTS it's easy to get around.

• HIROKI (10/5): - はじめて利用しました(10日ほど)。料金は手頃ですし、ドミトリーはちょっと…という方には最適かなーと思います。因み一人旅でしたがドアの札を don't disturb にしてても毎日こちらから要求しなくてもミネラルウォーターや補充品を袋に入れてドアに掛けておいてくれました。ベランダでの喫煙が可能なのもポイントです。コンディショナー(リンス)が無かったので女性や髪の長い方などは持参必須かと思われます。オンヌット駅隣接のセンチュリー(映画館)までの7時~17時の無料tuktuk送迎には毎回20THBほどtipをわたしてました。1回のオープンテラスも灰皿完備です。また是非利用したいです。

The restaurant in the mansion is very good, too. The people in the office are incredibly nice and very helpful. I use the laundry service three times a week. Overall, a great place to stay. I have been going there for over 15 years now. No plans to change. Thank you KV staff.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is good value I will stay again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 良かったです - 最初別地区での宿泊を予定してましたが、急遽変更してここに泊まりました。 on nut駅から徒歩5-6分でしょうか。 カート持参ならばBTSの後部車両に乗っていれば EV使うときに便利です。 こちらのホテル、日本でいうサービスアパートメントという感じです。 良かった点 食器とスプーン&フォークセットあり。箸は無しでした バルコニーあり。バルコニーでのみ喫煙可能と書いてありました。 綿棒、ドライヤーあり。 (昔日本の祖父母宅にあった、タンスに付属した鍵付き引き出しのような)セーフティボックスあり。多少不安だが無いよりずっとマシ 家庭用冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ポットあり。 良くなかった点 歯ブラシ、ひげ剃り無し(日本から持ってきたものを使いました) 室内スリッパ無し(これも日本から持参) 人によってはシャワーの水流が弱いと感じるかも 過去に日本の利用者が書いてくれたレビューを元に、無い可能性があるものは日本から持参したため、概ね良い旅になりました。

I loved the balcony which provided a sink and place to hang clothes. Be careful of some cab drivers in bangkok, which is typical of many places, trying to get more money etc....

• vueann (2/5): GREEDY AND TERRIBLE - Greedy and terrible customer service! Booked a room with free cancellation but had to change dates. When changing dates, the hotel changed the free cancellation to non-refundable. Then realizing that the hotel is 10 miles away from the city center, I tried to cancel by saying I didn't realize it was non-refundable when changing the dates. Also, I politely said that because the reservation was 4 months away if they would consider waiving the cancellation fees. The manager was so rude and curt and simply refused and then stopped responding to my messages. I had to get Booking.com involved, which they agreed with me and worked with KV Mansion on my behalf. Ugh, simply awful.

• NORIMASA (6/5): - オンヌットの駅から歩いて5～10分程度。交通量が激しく車やバイクがものすごいスピードで走ってくる。駅まで行くのに恐怖を覚えた。KVマンション前にセブンイレブンがあり便利だが、飲み物（ビールやコーラ等）を買う場合はセブンからオンヌット駅方向に10ｍほど行ったタイ人経営の目立たない小さなお店のほうが安価。優しいお爺さんの店主の笑顔が良かった。

• Aurélien (10/5): - Cleaning of the room and equipment is done everyday. Air conditionning works wonderful, as well as ethernet connection (not the wifi). The sauna and the rooftop is a big for me, really appreciate that. At 5min walk from supermarket, commercial center and the BTS station.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is good value I will stay again.

On the ground level, there’s a nice restaurant offering a variety of food to choose from at very reasonable prices. A shop conveniently across the road. It takes only 5 minutes to public transport. I didn’t like the road in front of the hotel which was very busy and narrow without a pathway. However, would definitely recommend.
• Daniel (10/5): The best i had in years - A very big room the air con is really cold i love it. The tv has 100s of channel in english and thai and chinese 711 right infront of the hotel. Theres a restaurant in the hotel if you dont feel like going out its right theres in the hotel lots of choice very affortable. Cleaning staff made sure i had towels and water very nice and the check in process was very fast just about 1 minute and they let me check in 3 hours early this hotel should be a 4 star in my books the price is about 30 canadien dollars very good price for everything included and its a 2 minute walking distance to the bts station
• looih2017 (10/5): Don't knock the 70's style look. It's surprisingly good. - I booked this hotel based mostly on the many positive reviews, despite it being an older hotel. But everything was as I expected - great friendly staff, convenient location (walking distance to On Nut BTS, Tesco and Big C plus the many many street food vendors), and cleanliness of the room. I was fortunate enough to get a corner room with a nice balcony and great view. Room is big and clean, water was sufficiently strong and the aircon, most importantly, was freezing. The only negative point is the (dangerous) walk out to the main Sukhumvit Road and back; hardly any pavement so you'd have to dodge traffic. It's safer to walk against the flow of traffic so you know what's coming. Would definitely stay here again.
• Alan (8/5): KV Mansion sits aside very busy street - KV Mansion is an excellent property and my stay was comfortable. I had no problems with cleanliness or service. My issue with KV Mansion is the street on which the hotel is located: there is no sidewalk. That means to reach the nearest street, one must walk about 500 yards/meters alongside speeding motorcycles, cars, and trucks. Also, the street tends to flood during the rainy season because of inadequate drainage.
