• Victor (1/5): Not a good option if you value your night sleep - Close to the subway and the vatican state The cleaning was really poor. Our last night we could barely use the bed since the bed sheets had brown stains all over them. When telling this to the personal they didn't do anything to improve the situation. This was a super bad customer experience and it didn't feel like they cared about us at all. I STRONGLY recommend to not book this apartment/guesthouse if you want to have a good night sleep during your stay.

• Anna (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra (4-5 minut drogi), po sąsiedzku sklep spożywczy i wiele fasfoodów, cicha klimatyzacja, pokój czyściutki, perfekcyjna instrukcja, jak dotrzeć do apartamentu, dostępny aneks kuchenny z mikrofalą, czajnikiem i zastawą stołową, w pokoju lodówka, porządna suszarka, zestaw kosmetyków pod prysznic i ręczniki. Po wymeldowaniu można zostawić bagaż i odebrać później. Apartament idealny:)

• Roberta (9/5): Muito boa!!! - Localização boa para quem estiver em maior contato com o Vaticano mas também tem metrô e ônibus proximo para outros pontos turísticos. Mas preferimos andara quase tudo a pé, e voltando a noite para o local. Gostei da área que atende pequenas refeições no local. tem restaurantes e mercado próximo o que permite o uso da área. Apesar do atraso do trem para chegarmos mais cedo em Roma, correu bem a entrada que foi fora do horário pretendido.

Hier ist deine Bewertung als klar formulierte, grammatikalisch korrekte Hotelrezension: --- Das im Angebot erwähnte „Frühstück inbegriffen“ entpuppte sich im Kleingedruckten lediglich als ein Voucher für einen kleinen Kaffee und ein Croissant. Während andere Gäste damit zufrieden waren, empfinde ich das nur als mittelmäßig, da ich unter einem Frühstück ein vollwertiges Buffet oder zumindest eine größere Auswahl verstehe. Die Klimaanlage hat nur teilweise funktioniert, was den Aufenthalt gerade bei warmem Wetter beeinträchtigt hat. Durch die vielbefahrene Straße direkt vor dem Hotel war es in den Zimmern sehr laut. Ständiges Hupen sowie Sondersignale von Rettungsfahrzeugen führten zu einer deutlichen Lärmbelastung. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist der Parkplatz: Es gibt keinen hoteleigenen Parkplatz, obwohl dieser in der Anzeige als „inbegriffen“ angegeben war. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um ein externes Parkhaus, das pro Tag 38 Euro kostet. Man muss also selbst nach einer geeigneten Parkmöglichkeit suchen.

• Karolina (9/5): - El hotel está bien ubicado, muy cerca de El Vaticano. Además, tiene una estación de metro a 2 cuadras aprox que ayuda mucho para poder movilizarse por Roma. Las camas eran muy limpias y el baño también. La habitación tenía un tamaño adecuado que hacía que fuera cómodo movilizarse. El servicio de limpieza estaba muy bien.

A disposizione dei clienti c'è uno spazio dove poter gustare del caffè, thè o tisane. Possibile di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il checkout, cosa per noi essenziale poiché avevamo il treno di ritorno in tarda serata. Senza esitazione in occasione di una nuova mini vacanza a Roma sceglieremo il Rest Guesthouse.

• Lazar (10/5): - Uredno,lokacija sjajna, metro jako blizu, ni peške ništa nije previše daleko, osoblje nenametljivo ali uvek prisutno i spremno da pomogne. Dobro potrošen novac. Sve preporuke. Došli smo kasno, oko 22h , nismo imali internet, jer smo stranci, da nam nije jedan stanar otvorio ulazna vrata od zgrade... Vrata od "guesthouse" i od sobe smo već lako otvorili, konekcija na wi-fi je bila laka kada smo se popeli na sprat.

• massimo (8/5): - La struttura si trova in posizione comoda, vicino alla metropolitana. La stanza è pulita e confortevole e i letti molto comodi. Prenotando con colazione inclusa e vedendo le foto con i tavolini all'interno della struttura abbiamo pensato che la colazione venisse servita in un bed and breakfast, invece ti danno un buono di 2,5 euro a testa da utilizzare al bar per una bevanda calda e un croissant. Considerando questa cosa il rapporto qualità/prezzo non ci è sembrato corretto.
• Evripidis (9/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και πεντακάθαρο, με καθημερινή καθαριότητα που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, σε πολύ βολικό και ασφαλές σημείο, δίπλα στο Μουσείο του Βατικανού, με πληθώρα καταστημάτων, καφέ και εστιατορίων τριγύρω. Υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε στάσεις μετρό και λεωφορείων, γεγονός που διευκολύνει πολύ τις μετακινήσεις. Η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ήταν άριστη και το check-in / check-out πολύ εύκολο. Η πρόσβαση στο κτίριο, στο διαμέρισμα και στο δωμάτιο γίνεται με απλό και πρακτικό τρόπο μέσω εφαρμογής. Το πρωινό προσφέρεται σε εξαιρετικό καφέ ακριβώς δίπλα και περιλαμβάνει καφέ και κρουασάν, με πολλές επιπλέον ποιοτικές επιλογές διαθέσιμες. Συνολικά, μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία που θα προτείναμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη -

• Theodoros (9/5): Ευχάριστη και άνετη! - Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο! Και ευχάριστη διαμονή! Οι οικοδεσπότες μας μας επέτρεψαν να αφήσουμε και της βαλίτσες μας για λίγες ώρες μετά το check out με σκοπό να είμαστε πιο άνετα στις τελευταίες μας βόλτες στην υπέροχη Ρώμη!
• EIRINI (8/5): Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο. Ωραία τοποθεσία. Ωραίες παροχές. Αλλά θα θέλαμε απ την αρχή να γνωρίζουμε για το πρωινό . Για το πο - Επισκεφτήκαμε το κατάλυμα αυτό απ της 12 Ιανουαρίου μέχρι της 15 Ιανουαρίου . Ηταν ένα μικρό δωμάτιο που μας εξυπηρετούσε αρκετά καλά με καλές παροχές . Πρέπει να τονίσω ότι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό . Κάθε μέρα μας παρείχαν την υπηρεσία της καθαριότητας . Πραγματικά πεντακάθαρο ! Εύκολη τοποθεσία δίπλα στο Βατικανό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν επίσης αρκετά ζεστό ! Το προσωπικό δεν το είδαμε ποτέ αλλά από τα μηνύματα αρκετά φιλικοί και ευγενικοί . Τέλος μας έδωσαν την δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας μέχρι της δύο ενώ το check out ήταν στις 10 αν δεν κάνω λάθος. Πολύ φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν . Επιπλέον τσάι και καφές ήταν δωρεάν όλες τις ώρες . Και το μίνι μπαρ του δωματίου μας επίσης με κάποια νερά και πορτοκαλάδες Κλείσαμε με πρωινό και δύο βράδια πριν την άφιξη μας το κατάλυμα μας ενημέρωσε ότι το πρωινό ήταν ένας καφές ή ζεστό ρόφημα και κρουασάν . Η αλήθεια είναι πως όταν κλείσαμε κατάλυμα με πρωινό περίμενα μπουφέ με διάφορα πράγματα για πρωινό . Ωστόσο το κρουασάν και ο καφές ήταν πεντανόστιμα . Θα έπρεπε όμως να ενημερώνουν απ την αρχή ότι δεν πρόκειται για πρωινό αλλά για ένα κρουασάν και καφέ . Επίσης τελευταίο αρνητικό είναι ότι θα πρέπει να ξέρετε πως αν φτάσετε αργά όπως στην δικιά μας περίπτωση που η άφιξη μας έγινε γύρω στις 23:00 χρεώνεστε 30€ επιπλέον για το αργοπορημένο check in . Η αλήθεια είναι πως δεν το έχω ξανά συναντήσει αυτό σε καμία άλλη χώρα που έχω ταξιδέψει . Μας είπαν απ το κατάλυμα πως πληρώνουμε αυτό το ποσό διότι κάποιος υπάλληλος θα ήταν στην διάθεση μας εκείνη την ώρα για να μας εξυπηρετήσει κατά το check in μας . Τρεις μέρες λοιπόν στο κατάλυμα τυχαία συνάντησα μια κοπέλα πολύ ευγενική που καθάριζε τα δωμάτια. Πότε όμως κάποιον υπάλληλο στη reception. Αν δεν κάνω λάθος έλεγε πως υπάρχει κάποιος στην reception απ της 10 το πρωί μέχρι της 7 το απόγευμα . Ωστόσο ποτέ δεν είδαμε κάποιον . Θεωρήσαμε πως δώσαμε άδικα 30€ απ την στιγμή που δεν υπήρχε υπάλληλος.

• Mercio Clovis de (8/5): Lugar limpo! - Excelente localização, tudo muito limpo e organizado! Cozinha, microondas, quarto, aquecedor. Ao lado do Carrefour e próximo do Vaticano. Atendimento do Sr Ruiz muito bom. A diária diz que incluía café da manhã (terceirizado), mas na verdade é um café com um croissant, se quiser o café completo, paga € 7,00 por pessoa, no ticket informava a partir das 6:30 h, mas chegamos às 7:00 e o atendente disse que só abriria às 7:30 h. Isso não estava descrito na reserva. Outro fator é que o piso do chuveiro é inclinado e escorregadio, achei perigoso.

Super lo spazio in comune dove potersi bere un caffè o una tisana senza stare chiusi in camera, è a tutti gli effetti una cucina che volendo si può utilizzare anche per scaldare del cibo. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. La posizione è strategica, a pochi metri ci sono i bus che portano in centro e a poco più di 5 minuti la metro A (Ottaviano). • Iwona (10/5): Za rogiem od Watykanu, w otoczeniu knajpek, ciepły i czysty apartament - Najlepsza jest lokalizacja oraz czystość. Dla personelu wszystko o co poprosiliśmy było „no problem”. Idealne miejsce dla większych rodzin, gdzie każdy może spotkać się we wspólnym bufecie. Pomimo tłocznych ulic za oknami jest cicho i przytulnie. I co ważne - ciepło (jest centralne ogrzewanie). W lodówce w pokoju są darmowe napoje. A w kantynie kawa z nespresso, herbata, słodycze. Mozna korzystać z w pełni wyposażonej kuchni. Świetna jest także aplikacja za pomocą której otwierałyśmy drzwi do budynku, mieszkania i pokoju. Wszystko dopracowane! Rewelacja 🙌 i przemiła obsługa! Nie tyle się nam nie podobało ile mamy sugestie aby pojedyncze łóżka były szersze. I też może warto zmienić dostawcę śniadań gdyż w dni świąteczne tylko TreCaffe było zamknięte.

• Marija (9/5): Bilo je odlično i preporuka za odsjedanje. - Lokacija je super. Blizina bus stanice, trgovina, metroa. Čistoća je na zavidnoj razini. A sokovi i voda u mini baru su bas bili iznenađenje. Usluga je super, opremljenost kuhinje također. Ponekada malo oslabi internet veza, vrata su dosta malena i lift je malo ograničenog prostora ali ukoliko vam takve stvari nisu najbitnije objekat je za preporuku.

Bardzo ładnie zorganizowana część wspólna, w której można napić się kawy czy zjeść własne śniadanie. Duża wygoda z aplikacja do otwierania drzwi wejściowych.

• Agnieszka (9/5): I love that place and will come back again. I also recommended it to some of my friends who are going to visit Rome stil - It was super clean and super tidy. The room was spacious, same as bathroom. You can have some tea or coffee in the apartment. Also, there’s a toilet in the common area, not only in the rooms, so if you leave your luggage after check-out and then come back, you can still access the toilet. And of course - it is close to Vatican, and the subway, which made my stay convenient. Nothing that I didn’t like. Breakfast is served outside which some might consider as an obstacle, but it’s right behind the corner, and food is tasty, coffee is gorgeous and the staff - super nice and helpful! That didn’t bother me at all.

The breakfast place was also very good, even gluten free croisson was available. The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, we could hear quite a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms / hall.
• Ommid (10/5): - We’ve stayed in several rooms in Rome over the last several years. This one was the cleanest and most accommodating we’ve ever experienced.
• Vivian (8/5): - The property was conveniently located, clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Access can be challenging if you don't have internet access on your phone but the contact person was quick to provide assitance.
• Janine (10/5): - Lovely clean and light room, very comfortable. The kitchen area was a real bonus with everything you needed. The staff were very attentive, helpful and fast with responding to queries.
• Mervyn (10/5): - Great location. Very clean with a nice common area to make tea coffee etc. Very pleasant cleaner who also checked us in. Would highly recommend this property. Only 1 small criticism, finding the property was a little confusing- would be helpful if commutation stated that guesthouse was located in blockB

• Peter (10/5): - Property and room very clean , room a nice size with a good bathroom. Immaculate sheets and towels and little biscotti biscuit on bed was nice touch. Kitchen area very nice and useful. Right next to Vatican city and convenient for the other downtown destinations. Supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants on the block. Feels very safe. Once you are comfortable with the access into the building , transitional Rome apt building, it feels nicer than a hotel more like you are staying in Italy than a hotel. Highly recomended. Great price.

• Tracy (10/5): - The property was perfect! Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Clean and has a common kitchen area, which was nice.
• Szabo (4/5): Nice place - not so nice people - It was clean, and comfortable and spacious, quite close to everything. Well, I was traveling with my grandfather who is 83 years old. When we arrived to the accommodation he realized he has been robbed - he couldn’t show his ID as his wallet was gone. The receptionist (MIA) was saying in this case she cannot check him in. I totally lost my temper at this point. Which I’m sorry for. I understand the legal background! However as a host who is experienced and loves to take care of the guests who are coming aren’t you supposed to say to your guest who already paid for your service something reassuring: Okay your grandpa cannot check in, but you can leave your luggage in the room and do the necessities (police, embassy etc) and then come back with a paper. Luckily my uncle had a picture of his ID. But this has been very very very disappointing. They truly need to improve themselves for these special circumstances if they want to continue to host guests. This was my 4th time in Rome, never experienced anything like this before. The room also had some problems, like the air conditioning didn’t really work, also the building is quite old getting in and out was really difficult for my grandpa. There are things to be improved but not as bad as the human side I could live with the building, and the AC but being treated like this in such stressful situation. They need to learn how to work with people and difficult situations and be more welcoming.

• Chris (10/5): - We loved the common area, coffee service and water/sodas in the room. So thoughtful! Rest guest house is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions. We would stay here again for sure.
