Līdz pašai vecpilsētas sirdij bija neliels gabaliņš jāpaiet, taču tas patiesībā ļāva labāk iepazīt pilsētu un apskatīt arī apkārtni ārpus pašas vecpilsētas. Vienīgais mīnuss nebija saistīts ar pašu naktsmītni – vakaros no blakus esošajiem bāriņiem un kafejnīcām varēja dzirdēt cilvēkus, kuri diezgan skaļi devās mājup. Taču tas noteikti nav viesnīcas vaina.

- Cathy (8/5): - Great location and very comfortable room. An interesting area away from the centre with some lovely restaurants and cafes. Breakfast - fresh croissants would have been nice. Also there was no toaster so unable to toast the bread on offer (which was very nice). It's quite a busy road so traffic noise could be a problem for some people. But it was after an international game at the stadium so that could have been the reason.

The toilet bowl and flush mechanism were broken, there was a trickle of cold water for 5 minutes before the pressure improved slightly, and then very little hot water. There was nowhere to put clothes; you had to put them on the floor! There's a parking lot advertised, but we were told it's only for small cars! Ultimately, the hotel wasn't as charming as its rating suggested.

La habitación era abuhardillada, muy mona, pero con detalles poco cuidados. Una mesita de noche con lamparita (inútil porque no había enchufe cercano, no había armario, la tapa del wc rota, amenities justos y nos apareció un bicho…) El chico que nos atendió fue muy amable, pero por la noche nos asustó porque quería entrar a la habitación a regular la calefacción pero no avisó primero… un poco raro esto.

Чистотата бе на много високо ниво, всеки ден се почистваше- смяна на кърпи и спално бельо. Персоналът бе много отзивчив и любезен. Препоръчвам!

- Jane (8/5): Relaxing and enjoyable stay in a beautiful town. - Very well located to the old town. Easy to park nearby. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfy and the two fans helped with the heat. Nice big shower room and plenty of storage and good little kitchenette. Air conditioning would have been a bonus with the heat.

- Charoula (7/5): Overall, a mixed experience: excellent front desk staff but housekeeping that could be improved. - We stayed at this hotel for one night during our visit to Bergamo. The highlight of our experience was definitely the reception staff – they were warm, professional, and helpful before as well as throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown. It was noticeably small, with very limited space to move around or store luggage comfortably. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations!
