- Serah (1/5): Wer betrogen werden möchte, ist hier richtig - Nichts. Doch, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie können ja nichts für das Versagen, die Lügen und den Betrug des Managements. Im Speziellen die lügende Managerin. Direkt ins Gesicht gelogen zu werden und das mehrmals, ist eine Katastrophe. Das Management arbeitet mit Betrug und Lügen. Aber der Reihe nach. Wir hatten ein 3-Schlafzimmer-Apartment gebucht, welches sehr schön war. Am 3. Abend wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Apartment aufgrund elektrischer Probleme nicht mehr sicher wäre und wir deshalb umziehen müssten. Das Ersatzapartment war nicht mal ansatzweise mit dem bezahlten Apartment vergleichbar. Der Dunstabzug der Hotelküche endete direkt am Balkon und das Apartment war nicht einmal halb so groß, und hatte nur 2 kleine Schlafzimmer. Das zusätzliche Minizimmer als Ausgleich für das 3. Schlafzimmer war ein Witz. Alles in allem war diese Kombination nicht einmal 50 USD die Nacht wert. Die Instandhaltung sollte 2-3 Tage dauern, was faktisch unserem restlichen Aufenhalt entsprach. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir direkt wieder umziehen könnten, falls die Reparatur früher fertig werden würde. Am Abend sind wir zu unserem ursprünglich gebuchten Apartment gegangen und stellten fest, dass eine andere Familie darin wohnte. Wir haben die lügende Managerin damit konfrontiert und uns wurden weitere Lügen aufgetischt. Die Reparatur habe nur 30 Minuten gedauert und die Familie wäre rein zufällig 2 Minuten nach der Reparatur angekommen und dieser wurde dann das Apartment zugewiesen. Wir sind am nächsten Morgen ausgezogen und in eine andere Unterkunft gegangen. Seither weigert sich das Management sich bei uns zu melden. Alle Telefonanrufe liefen ins Leere oder landeten bei dem netten Herren an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist rundum nicht zu empfehlen. Das Management ist durchzogen von Korruption, Lug und Betrug. Wir kämpfen nach wie vor, dass wir unser Geld anteilig zurück erhalten.

- yun yan (5/5): I didn’t have a good experience. - I can’t think of any. Before the trip, I got messages from the hotel. They told me that there was no apartment style that I booked because there were one previous customs decided to stay two more nights on the spot. I didn’t understand why I was also responsible and affected for other guests’s sudden decisions. Why on earth I need to bear this inconvenience just because other guests decides to check out late suddenly. They should change the room, NOT us! It turned out they gave us two rooms with one bedroom. This caused us a lot to inconvenience because we only had one luggage and I needed to go back and forth to take my stuffs. Till right now, I still don’t understand why. Besides, after the trip, they messaged me again. They said I accidentally packed the bed runner. So, I emptied my luggage but found no bed runner at all. After I replied them, they told me their housecleaning people found it. So ridiculous!

It is an apartment set up in which the toilet is far from the bedroom. There is no air-conditioning and no fan to cool down the room when it gets a bit warmer.

- Rüüt (9/5): The perfect start to a two-week trip in Kenya. - Fortunately, we had chosen a comfortable hotel in a beautiful area of Nairobi for our first stay in Kenya. For four adults, a two-story apartment with its own kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms was a perfect option. The location was extremely secure, quiet, and green. The hotel itself was modern and stylish, and the garden was a beautiful, species-rich oasis. Thanks to this hotel, our two-week trip started off wonderfully. The breakfast could have been better—looking back, after staying in nine different places in Kenya, I can state this confidently.
- Naomi (3/5): Nice spot but they will change your reservation without telling you! Stay elsewhere! - The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast location and pool looked really great! We never used the pool due to the numerous issues we faced. I booked a large family suite 8 months before arriving in Nairobi. Upon check in, I paid for the total plus extra beds (a whopping 30/bed per night), and THEN the receptionist told me that we don't get the room I booked well in advance because whoever was in the room decided not to check out on time. They then split my family into two rooms that were not near each other. Worse, one of the rooms had a roof leak that they had clearly tried to patch up previously. We were promised by the receptionist that the person in the suite would check out the following morning at 10:00am. However, when I got to the desk in the morning, they told me "that person decided to extend their stay and we aren't going to remove them because they've been coming to our hotel for two years." This is horrible service, especially when I booked this room 8 months prior! It was absolutely unacceptable, so my whole family of EIGHT people had to move to another hotel. I did not get my refund on the rooms for a week and never was refunded the whole charge for 4 nights of bed rental. I even had to dispute the charge with my credit card since this hotel stopped communicating with me about when I'd get my refund and how much it'd be for. I do NOT suggest this hotel for anybody because they have favorites and will kick you out, lie to you about it, and manipulate you to stay.

- Katie (5/5): You get what you pay for. - The property was clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. We booked this a while back and made sure to make them aware that we have a baby but when we arrived we found that our room was on the very top floor making it hard to go up and down with a small baby and luggage. Breakfast was very poor and staff were not helpful at all. The water was also cold in the shower.

- Zivile (7/5): Place in good location with shortages you need to consider - Good location and breakfast. Size of the appartments is good. Comfortable beds to sleep. Hotel could not privide a room that was booked 8 months in advance, they provided an option not convenient for us. A lot of things in the room not working at all: fridge, kettle, TV with no remote controller. Staff couln't help to repair it.

- Keelie (10/5): A lovely peaceful stay with beautiful gardens in the heart of a busy city, would go back! - A peaceful hotel with beautiful gardens, tucked away in a busy city! We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very spacious with garden views. Nice pool, kids play area and outdoor bar. The restaurant did a lovely buffet breakfast and all our meals were very tasty and reasonable prices. The staff were really helpful and very friendly, we did an early morning safari in the national park and they made us a takeaway breakfast to take :) Everything was great but could do with some lighter pillows as they were all really large and puffy. But everything else great!

The food is amazing and the facilities well managed. Always a favorite spot when in Nairobi and looking for an oasis to retreat to without having to be outside the city We had challenges with the shower getting up to temperature especially in the mornings
