• Jeveaux (2/5): deveria ser retirado da plataforma - a localização é otima, o tamanho do quarto para 3 pessoas era suficiente. O anfitriao foi muito educado e atencioso. Gostaria de registrar minha profunda insatisfação com a estadia. O acesso ao apartamento é extremamente precário e negligenciado, gerando grande desconforto e sensação de insegurança desde a chegada. A acústica e a localização do quarto também são problemáticas: a janela é voltada para o pátio interno de um restaurante, e fomos obrigados a aguentar o barulho da arrumação da cozinha e conversas em tom alto dos funcionários até depois da meia-noite. Por fim, a falta de higiene na área externa da janela era gritante, acumulando sujeira que provocou uma crise alérgica na minha esposa. Lamentável.

The room was dark (virtually no window) and uncomfortable, the mattress sagged. In the shower no place to put soap or shampoo. At $200 a night it was really bad.

Стаята се намираше на тавана, гледа към вътрешен двор, от кухнята на ресторанта е доста шумно. Друго, което беше доста неприятно е, че по спалното бельо имаше косми, малко повече внимание трябва да се обърне на чистотата, нямаше достатъчно шкафчета/мебели, на които да си оставиш нещата. Предвид, че беше таванско не беше и много светло и нямаше как да се проветри стаята.

La Estancia bastante fría y mal aislada del ruido, se escuchaban a los vecinos de arriba con la tele muy fuerte hasta las 4 de la madrugada. En la entrada vimos una rata correteando.

• Sarah (7/5): Basic and Comfy stay in great location - Location was perfect, bed very comfy. The owner is super helpful! The entrance to the location is being redone. The insulation between the rooms isn't great and I had a screaming baby 2 nights in a row next door!
• Hossein (8/5): Great Rooms in a Perfect Central Location - I stayed for five nights at Sangallo Rooms – Residenze Romanae in Rome and overall had a very pleasant experience. My room was wonderful and very well equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was cleaned every two days and was always kept in great condition. Communication with the staff was also perfect – they were responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I had a question. Another big advantage is the location. The residence is very centrally located, close to Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona. Many of Rome’s major attractions can easily be reached on foot, so I rarely needed to use public transportation. Overall, despite the slightly unusual entrance, the comfort of the room, the excellent service, and the fantastic location made this a great place to stay in Rome. I would definitely consider staying here again. The building itself is quite old and the entrance is a bit adventurous at first. To reach the main entrance you have to pass through some restaurant backyards and inner courtyards, which might feel unusual when you arrive for the first time. However, once inside, the actual accommodation is excellent.

• Anna (6/5): Weekend in parte deludente - La posizione e la gentilezza dell'agente La camera è pulita e funzionale, ma l’ingresso all’appartamento è deludente. Si passa attraverso un corridoio degradato con intonaco scrostato e pavimento irregolare, sopra il quale c’è una struttura metallica. Nel corridoio c’è anche una porta che sembra il retro di un ristorante, con bidoni e materiali di servizio. Questa prima impressione è molto negativa e non è chiaramente rappresentata nell’annuncio, anche se la camera è comunque in ordine.

Nella stanza abbiamo trovato peli tra le lenzuola e in bagno ovunque. Sul telecomando del condizionatore c era una mentina masticata attaccata. Non ci sono le tapparelle alla finestra e nemmeno tende oscuranti, ma due tende sovrapposte molto sottili che fanno entrare la luce. Non si può pensare di ospitare così la gente. Cuscini pessimi, stanza umida. Se non fosse stato per sole due notti avrei cambiato struttura. Non recensisco mai, ma stavolta non ho potuto farne a meno.

Indicar como el resto de personas por poner alguna pega el tema del edificio en sí que es verdad que está deteriorado, pero lo bueno supera este punto.

• Lucia (6/5): I would recommend this stay if you plan on spending little time in the hotel and most of your trip walking around Rome. - The location is exceptional - this is the key reason we booked the stay. The room is of a good size and there is a lot of storage for clothes and personal belongings. The room has zero natural lighting - without lights on it is pitch black 24/7. It was not very clean (there was a big ball of dust accumulated at the bottom of the curtains) which was very off putting. There is no proper lobby/seating area for when you are waiting for check in. Overall, the next time I come to Rome I will book a different place.

• Tasha (7/5): - The location was excellent and perfect for exploring the area of Rome I wanted to focus on in this visit. Most attractions are a short walking distance away with some decent restaurants/eateries on your doorstep. I had booked a late check-in but a change in plans meant I needed to adjust this at short notice. This was accommodated no problem. All staff were friendly and really helpful. The walls were rather thin but everyone was respectful and the rooms were nice and quiet for a good night's sleep and I felt safe here as a solo female traveller. Plenty of towels and storage space in the room and water in the fridge. There are some things that can't be changed because of the nature of the building (and joint access) but it is worth mentioning that if you need a view and fancy reception area, this probably isn't for you (see pictures). Personally, I like these old, authentically Italian buildings as they make me feel less like a tourist. On the surface, the room was clean but it needs a good spring clean. I had to move the bed to try and locate one of my ear buds and there was a lot of rubbish and dust bunnies under there. To have some milk for my morning tea/coffee would have been a nice extra touch (even just some individual UHT servings). The bathroom was very small and I couldn't open the door fully due to the position of the bidet. There is no shelf in the shower so some refillable dispensers on the wall would be more user-friendly. All easy fixes.
• Mucsi (6/5): good price and location, will not return - Location is perfect, good value for money. the owner was nice The entrance is hard to find, small and tight stairway leading to the rooms. the instructions were unclear, they can be improved. There is no “balcony with inner courtyard view” its a window overlooking the back of the restaurant, the ac units, and dumpsters. It should be removed from the description as it is very misleading, especially for travelers who prefer rooms with balconies. The smell of the room is weird and its hard to get rid of, had to keep the window open. Would only recommend for a few days to those on budget.

I was able to run down the river in the morning and get some great food on the way back from one of Rome’s best bakeries and delicatessen which is opposite. Don’t really have anything bad to say. • Carl (9/5): A blast from the past setting with modern furnishings. - If you are from the states you would want to pick this property just because it will remind you of old movies set in Rome. The front door takes you into a long walk past mystery doors that appear to be hundreds of years old. You pass wrought iron window openings and the back end of a restaurant until you reach the narrow staircase to the four units. We stored our luggage before check in and after checkout behind the desk that guests in the other three units could have seen but it was undisturbed. Another option would be the nearby luggage storage shops. Guido was very helpful. We scheduled arrival as there are no on site clerks. Obviously this could be a challenge at times. We could hear other guests and my wife would shush me when I was whispering too loudly.

• Kristina (7/5): Great location, but very poor sound insulation makes it hard to rest. - The location was excellent. It felt safe while still being very central, and we could easily reach most places in Rome on foot. The property is essentially an apartment divided into separate rooms, and the walls are extremely thin. We stayed several nights and were woken up every morning by noise from other guests: conversations, phone calls, even video chats. It is almost impossible to rest during the day, so light sleepers may find it difficult to relax here.

• Laurence (6/5): Soggiorno tranquillo, senza pretese - Il letto era comodo, la posizione ottima, il silenzio e la tranquillità perfetti, in quanto la camera ha l'affaccio sul cortile interno. Pulizia buona e anche il bagno pulito e gradevole. L'arrivo alla camera è assai squallido, vale a dire il passaggio attraverso i cortili interni è un labirinto sporco e degradato. Il bagno della stanza 4 aveva la doccia che perdeva e allargava anche la camera.

Cerca del Vaticano, de la Fontana Di Trevi, entre otros puntos de interés y bien comunicado con buses No es una crítica, sino una sugerencia: en nuestra habitación/estudio teníamos ambientes separados (cama doble por un lado y cama simple por el otro), pero sin puertas. Para ayudar a la intimidad y en caso de que alguna de las personas quiera prender la luz de noche y no molestar, seria ideal que se pusiera una cortina blackout.

La stanza dava sul cortile interno del palazzo dove erano presenti gli scarichi delle cappe aspiranti dei ristoranti sottostanti, quindi entrava dalle finestre un odore poco gradevole. Pero para viajeros jóvenes y ágiles está muy bien!

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La camera non aveva luce. Aveva un piccolo terrazzino, ma non si riusciva a vedere fuori era come se non avesse finestre. L'ingresso molto brutto.

Unica pecca le finestre che danno sulla cucina del locale sotto quindi impossibile arieggiare la stanza, e vetri sottili che fanno sentire i rumori del locale sotto. Peccato solo per questo, altrimenti avrei dato voto 10!
