• José Raúl Hernández Chávez (10/5): Increíble - Me encanto la tranquilidad del lugar, un lugar muy bien conservado y con un personal increíble. Hicieron increíblemente amena mi estancia, cuenta con todos los servicios y muy buen espacio en las habitaciones. Quizá solo que la televisión cuenta con pocos canales pero no es algo necesario.
• Tania (3/5): Muy mala, el personal amable - La atención del personal fue buena, son amables, el lugar está céntrico y cuenta con estacionamiento. No me gustó su baño, empezando por la puerta que no tiene chapa. La regadera extremadamente peligrosa está muy resbalosa y desafortunadamente sufrí un accidente que me ocasionó fracturas de costillas. No es tan limpio como a uno le gustaría, se requiere mantenimiento en general.

• Ulises (8/5): - La ubicacion cerca del centro y que la forma de llegar es facil y se agradece en taxco, que es tan complicado para manejar, tiene estacionamiento propio sin costo Aunque estaba en llas habitaciones del fondo senti un poco mas de ruido por los bares que estan cerca, se que no puede hacer nada el hotel pero es un punto a conaiderar

• Isabel (10/5): - El lugar, colonial y antiguo. Y excelente trato . Todo me gustó. Espero sigan con esa eficiencia y en lo sucesivo volver al mismo lugar.
• Francisco Manuel (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Está a unos cuantos metros de la plaza principal de Taxco. Alrededor del hotel existen restaurantes de buena cocina. Además cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual es muy bueno. Todo bien. Quizás las instalaciones son antiguas, pero cumplen con su propósito.

• Carlos Ignacio Castro Ramírez (9/5): Muy buen lugar para conocer taxco con una ubicación genial - Las instalaciones son antiguas pero limpias y la ubicación es fenomenal a unos pasos del centro, las habitaciones son muy amplias, las vistas en los balcones de las habitaciones son muy hermosas. Las almohadas son súper delgadas por lo que dormir fue un poco incómodo. Los huéspedes de la parte superior hacían demasiado ruido y todo se oía hasta cuando le bajaban al baño. La TV no agarra más que 4 canales y es demasiado pequeña.
• John (10/5): - Nice location within centro area. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy taxi ride to/from bus station at 35-40 pesos. Property is quaint/older but everything worked. Was clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wifi ok. Not many plugs for charging but we had a multi plug extension cord. Was party or bar noise most nights/mornings til 2 or slightly beyond. Yet most nights I could get to sleep ok. Would go back and stay there again.

• MIRIAM (4/5): Hotel bien ubicado pero viejo - El personal amable, hotel bien ubicado, es muy viejo y las camas incomodas son de resorte, el baño no para uso sin chanclas y en la noche y madrugada mucho ruido de carros, motos y perros.
• Richard (8/5): Nice little place in the busy part of town. - The ambiance was nice, they have off street parking and nice little courtyard for those visiting the hotel. It was a comfortable rest, nice and quiet, with a nice view of the courtyard and a view of the city off of the tiny balcony. Other than it being tight quarters to get in and out of the parking area tucked away, and the hot water taking forever to come through, there was not much to complain about.

• Miguel Angel (10/5): - Todo bien a la llegada, llegamos a las 11 pero nos entregaron la habitación hasta después de la 1:30 pm, se que el check in es a las 2 así que no tuvimos problemas con eso simplemente dejamos el carro en el estacionamiento, nos cambiamos y llegamos ya en la tarde, el hotel en general está en buen estado, solo el colchón un poco duro pero en general bien, agua caliente y todo

• Thomas (10/5): No need to look elsewhere - A perfect place to rest your feet and mind in Taxco. Ideally located. Quiet and quaint. Only a short, almost flat walk to the cathedral and all the shops and restaurants. Also a view of the valley or the cathedral from the room. Staffs are friendly and attractive. The room and the courtyard are spotlessly clean. No need to look elsewhere if you travel to Taxco.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Scarce hot water. - My friend and I liked the colonial style of the Hotel. I was disappointed to find out there's no restaurant, bar or terrace. The Hotel is in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Church Santa Prisca is also very close.

The hotel location is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the autobus station. Hotel is right at the Zocalo centro. Guests can watch the daily life go by on top of the hotel roof. Shower water pressure can go slow to just drips. At least it happened to me. No breakfast or foods from hotel.

• Jacobo (7/5): Nostalgic experience - Location is great 👍. Old building preserving nostalgically, that beautiful felling of walking into the past. Beds are really old and very uncomfortable. They have those old, rough, steel mattress springs that you can see right under. It was great as experience to live how our great -great parents use to sleep when they were young; but no to sleep today's time.
