- Robert (4/5): - We had stayed there several times before .. with last visit 2019 . The property has not been upgraded in 6 years and is in poor condition . We resevred 2 specific rooms and only one was available . The shower did not work properly and when brought up to the staff it was replaced . the staff were pleasant and accomodating however we were disappointed overall .
- stacey (8/5): - The property is in a great location easy to walk to stores and restaurants. The only thing i did not like was there was no T.V in the room. Not that i am in my room alot but when i am i would have like to catch up.
- Jenae (8/5): - Posada Arcoíris is really nice. It’s right in the hustle and bustle of West End with plenty of dining options, but somehow manages to stay very quiet in the rooms at night, despite all the nearby bars.

- Kira (10/5): - Very safe, jungle/serenity vibes. Beautiful view. Right across from the beach, there’s stores, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and more in walking distance. As soon as you walk out there’s a beautiful view of the beach. Your room is cleaned daily, and looks just like the picture. I will definitely be staying again.

- scott (10/5): - 2nd time staying here. It is a great choice is you want to be within walking distance to all the night life but far Anouilh away to be quiet. Across the street from the beach. Parking is very convenient.
- Sandra (10/5): - The hotel is on the main strip of West End but it is set back and quiet, among a little jungle and large trees so the bird life was lovely. I loved that the beach was across the street, and the Argentinian Grill next door was a delicious place to eat.

- LEAH (8/5): - The hotel is in a convenient location. The public beach across the street from the property was really nice. We were fortunate to use the chairs and umbrellas that were provided at the beach, but there weren't a lot of them so go early. The room was simple with a full size bed and a twin bed. I missed having a couple of hooks and a place to put our clothes. We used the twin bed to stage our things. Overall a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff in a great west end location.

- Kathy (10/5): - Excellent and helpful staff. My room was perfect every day. Great location just steps to the ocean/dining/music/mars. Sweet table with chairs out on the porch in front of my room. Not private but it was quiet while I was there. My only complaint was the noise of the water system. My toilet and sink made intermittent noise (like when the water system is turned off and then back on) - i slept with the bathroom door closed so it was a minor inconvenience. The room was a very nice size - a nice reading chair inside would have been a nice thing to have. Overall it was a really lovely experience.

The restaurant makes the best mojitos and the beach out front was wonderful! We stayed on a family room with our teenage daughter so we had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

It has such a peaceful charm to it, set back slightly amongst the thick foliage but close enough to hear the waves from the beach. I will choose this hotel when I return for future stays. I felt at home immediately.

- Stephanie (10/5): - This was our kind of place to stay and was what we expected. Our room was basic and could use updating, but that's not important to us. We had a few rainy days and sitting on the porch was fabulous! The location was perfect, with a parking space for our rental. We loved walking to the other end of West end, and also just walking across the street to great snorkeling and the beach. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but we always came back at the end of the day with a clean place! We had one amazing meal at the Argentinian Grill - highly recommend!

- Daniel Henry (10/5): - An excellent one-week stay. Friendly quick check-in. My room was on the 2nd floor in the building just behind the restaurant. Close enough to hear the waves but no traffic noise from the street. Very large clean room with a comfy bed. Equipped with a refrigerator. They also provided a coffee maker upon request. Two ceiling fans and A/C ensured it was very comfy even during the humid rainy days. Tons of hot water in the shower and ample towels. Cozy deck space with hammock for afternoon naps and a very friendly cat who insisted on napping in my lap. Wifi service was very reliable from my room. The only negative point was the electrical outlets. A couple were very old and would not tightly grasp the prongs of my tablet charger. Otherwise , an excellent stay.
- Brent Timothy (4/5): - Room had decent decor. It was right across street from beach and beach was nice. Toilet did not have a strong flush and their were no closets no tv no phone. I asked for outlet repair but no one came for whole week.But personally I wouldn't go back!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Overpriced and poor service - Not a great experience at all. The towels had sharp burrs in them and the staff was shocked we would complain about such a thing. The sheets were dirty and may have had blood stains. The WiFi network provided wasn't available in the room we stayed in even though it's posted in the room. When we mentioned that they told us to connect to the attached restaurant WiFi because that original network never reaches that room. When we did so, that other network didn't work either. After being met with only rudeness the manager finally was apologetic and gave us free breakfast at the attached restaurant, which we appreciate. Of course, when we went to redeem, the restaurant had no idea. Location is convenient if you want to be at the west end, but otherwise good to skip this one.

She is very prompt and courteous on replying to any question. If you like quite, quaint and walkability to everything, this is your kind of place.

- Rae Lise De (10/5): - Love the wood floors. Windows that block sound even if it is St. Patrick's Day and the bars are hopping. Walk to food, shopping, stores, the beach, or to the catch a cab. Outdoor shower for washing off the sand and salt. And a bottle of cold drinking water in the fridge to get me off to a good start.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Great location. Beautiful interior design and the room was clean! The only unfortunate event was that I did not take one hot shower the entire stay. Not to mention, the water was shut off completely right before I had to head to the airport which was inconvenient. The fixed the issue within 15 mins or so, but the shower was still cold.

They staff was super friendly, they would even bring our drinks or meals right to the beach. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. One thing I would change is a better pillow and bed wasn't the comfiest but who cares when your at a place like that.

The room we stayed at would greatly benefit from shelves, hooks, even chairs. No surfaces to put your stuff. Also, when I booked, room description listed a coffee maker, that was not present, and one bed, which for some reason turned out to be two beds. So, the description of a standard room on hotels.com needs to be updated.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Stayed in "Family Apartment, 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, Beachfront" for 4 nights for business. The property itself is beachfront but the room I was in wasn't - the patio is facing the direction of the water, that's it, so don't expect this beautiful water view. As suggested in the pictures, there are only staircases and the receptionist is not really willing to help with the luggage, so expect to bring your things up on your own. There were no guests in the room next door during the first 3 nights but in the last night there was a family with a small kid and it got really really noisy. Up to that point, I had not realized how thin the walls were - everywhere in the apartment! The neighborhood is everything I had expected - restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc.

- Karl (10/5): - The hotel is very nice, right in front of the beach. It has a lot of treas and is quiet. Very convenient location, the kayaks are free to use for guest. I did have an incident were I was charged $8 more than it was supposed to, I told the manager, and she reimbursed me that money. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and do recommended to other travelers.
