- Camper32817040903 (10/5): Spring Break 2026 in Bozeman - A stylish, hipster‑leaning hotel with plenty of charm and an unbeatable location. Everything felt spotless, and the beds and pillows were genuinely comfortable. The lobby has great amenities and makes for an inviting place to hang out. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my special requests. The only downside is that noise from neighboring rooms can carry, though the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs.

The staff has great communication and even has a preference where you can text rather than call or email, and the way they had the room set for us with goodies when we arrived was the cherry on top, would definitely stay here again!

- hollyhV6274AY (10/5): Charming & Ideal Location - I have always chosen to stay at the Lark because of its ideal downtown location. The hotel layout, lobby, and overall vibe is charming. I enjoy the local feeling of the lobby with all of its amenities, including an outdoor s'more fire, and the willingness of the staff to answer every question. You can easily walk to downtown shops & restaurants or drive to the outdoor adventures. To note: request a cooler for your room if it doesn't come with a mini-fridge.

My rental was always ready without me needing to wait. I just communicated how they could accommodate me, and they excelled.

The location is perfect on main street for walking to restaurants and entertainment. They provide supplies for smores every night and drinks and granola throughout your stay. The rooms are cute and cozy.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with thought and care. The location to all the downtown offers can’t be beat. The amenities in the lobby (delicious coffee, tea, trail mix, s’mores fixings, etc) were delightful. The evening fire on the patio was an unexpected bonus. You won’t be disappointed at the Lark. This was our second stay and we will be back every chance we get!

Conveniently located to great food, shopping, local attractions, trails, etc. They had lots of fun touches like trail mix in the morning, popcorn in the afternoon. and a fire with s'mores at night! Coffee, tea and water in lobby all day. The staff was super attentive without being intrusive. I would highly recommend this hotel!
- Steven (4/5): Not Impressed - ⸻ For the price, I expected much more. The room felt like a small guest room in someone’s house rather than a hotel. There’s no on-site parking, which was disappointing. I was told I could pay $30 for valet, where they take your car to a public lot two blocks away, or $15 to park it there myself. There were at least ten open spaces in their lot, but apparently, those aren’t for guests. The front desk attendant at check-in wasn’t very friendly either. She seemed surprised I was even there, maybe I didn’t fit their “typical” guest profile, either way, it wasn’t a warm welcome. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free

If you want to open your blinds, everyone will see you in your room that are walking by since the windows overlook the outside hallway. The rooms are very basic- small, no coffee (have to go the lobby for it), no mini fridge, no microwave. They should definitely have a coffee maker in the rooms. The rooms are clean and the staff is super nice!

- fullpassport27 (8/5): Decent stay, but pricy! - I concur that the LARK, while centrally located, clean and comfortable, is not a luxury experience even though it is priced as such. Still, it is a fast walk to everything downtown from the hotel, and the staff are as friendly as can be. The rooms could use some upgrades, ours looked a bit tired, but we were really just passing through.

It was great that we were able to take out the bikes for no charge and the bottles of water, Le croix and popcorn in the lobby was a great touch. Nice coffee shop downstairs but I didn’t see the sign that hotel guests get a discount. Amazing distillery with fantastic cocktails across the street that we discovered late in our trip but got merch before we left. Bed was very comfortable.

Located smack dab in the heart of Main Street, this trendy boutique hotel has all the coolness of the famous Austin Motel and the cozy vibes of a mountain lodge. Loved the stylish, spacious rooms with fun local touches, the super friendly staff, dog-friendly policy, free s’mores every night on the patio every night — and most of all, front-row access to downtown’s shops, bars, and restaurants. If you’re coming to Bozeman and want to be in the middle of it all, THE LARK is it.
- RedStraps (4/5): Tries to be stylish, but overall disappointment - Pretty disappointed with this place. Staff is great, as is location, but the facility leaves a lot to be desired. It's like a remodeled Motel 6 with make-up. The room didn't feel cozy or private, and the styling was kinda weird in our opinion. Maybe our expectations were too high for $380/night, but we would not stay here again, nor advise our friends to.

Staff texted me after I booked and offered suggestions which helped make our planning in Bozeman easier. Location is primo too. I would absolutely stay at The LARK Bozeman again!

- glennmQ1432SN (10/5): Outstandingly Helpful Employees - I chose The Lark from an internet search based on location. I didn't realize the downtown location would require parking in a garage two blocks away. But this inconvenience was more than made up for by the helpful friendliness of all of the staff during our 2-night stay. The staff were knowledgable about restaurants and things to do, and every tip was excellent and well informed. We were also pleasantly surprised to be offered complimentary water, coffee, scroggin and evening smores. The property and our room was exceptionally clean and tidy. If we return to Bozeman we know where to stay.
- tomhoke8 (10/5): Great hotel in downtown Bozeman - We had a great time in Bozeman and really enjoyed The Lark hotel. Great location with many restaurants and shops close by. If visiting Bozeman again and need hotel accommodations, would choose The Lark. Only callout would be the parking. You will need to park at public parking structure and/or use The Lark's valet service. The parking structure is ~2 blocks away. However, short walk and safe area. They can assist with your parking fee when checking in. We chose to park ourself and no issues.

- cgalvez73 (8/5): Fine for one night. - We stayed at the Lark for one night after our visit to Yellowstone. Hotel is cute and fun. We were on the ground level and our room got no sunlight since there we were on the first level. We also did not want to open the shades since there is a walkway right in front of the window. Set up is weird. There is no parking at the hotel. You have to park 2 blocks down for $15/night or valet for $30. Room was clean. Products in bath were great. Beds were comfortable but you only got 2 pillows per bed Staff is super helpful, friendly and accommodating. We left something behind and they immediately contacted us. They have free coffee, water and snacks. I wish they had more outdoor space, especially in front of the rooms. Fine for one night but I would not stay longer. Hotel is close to lots of shops and restaurants.

None Bed side light switch is on the wrong side of fixture No closet No long gown hanging space No microwave No refrigerator No bathroom door. Just a barn door slider Bath light switch on wrong side of doorway and mounted too far away to easily flip on. Cannot reach shower controls without standing in the water. So. Cold. Not able to moderate temperature until you are in the shower stream.

- 399kaiaf (4/5): Buyer Beware, - The hotel and staff are amazing, beautiful, clean, friendly, and convenient to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. However, the final bill was double what the website and written confirmations had promised, with no details about why. When I asked, I was told that they had run a promotion and it was simply an error that it was not included on my confirmation. Buyer beware. Bozeman is pricey to start with, but not being accurate in billing is inexcusable and illegal.

They walk you through the entire process and take the time to thoroughly describe the experience you have to look forward to. Their knowledge of local attractions made dinner plans seamless. Adorable, modern, sleek room with a bed that was absolutely as comfortable as any I have experienced in my travels. To call this room spotless would be an understatement.

- Jill (8/5): Great location, but pricey - I loved the Hotel, but was really disappointed to hear the couple checking in at the same time. We were at paid $100 less by going directly through the Hotel as opposed to Expedia. I also didn’t like paying $30 for parking when you’re paying almost $400 a night for a Hotel. Excellent location.
