- Christopher (10/5): Fantastic - The hotel re-arranged my booking when my arrival was delayed due to airline cancellation.
- Yan (5/5): -

- Misty (7/5): Very Comfy and Convenient Stay - I liked the layout of the room. the customer service at checkin/checkout was friendly and professional. It was wonderful to be able to check in after the usual time. My only complaint: There was some black mold in the bathroom.
- Fernanda (10/5): - The prices location
- Dolores (3/5): - Convenient to get to the hospital. The rep was not at window and he was acting strangely. The room had cleaning supplies in it. The ref was smelly and moldy. No toilet paper on the roll. It was on the window sill. No one told us the hotel was but the prostitute work at. We have small children not something they should see.
- Paweł Wojtkiewicz (10/5): - Super motel z dobrą komunikacją do miasta. Polecam
- Monika (1/5): -
- Rohit Kumar (1/5): -
- Linda (3/5): Bad experience - Just the beds The whole bathroom was dirty,so I had figured it out. On the other hand the price of the property was high for this.
- Niel (3/5): -
- masson (6/5): - Someone was there late to let us in Douche on the back of toilet. Don't know if it was used.
- Yvette (5/5): - The beds were comfortable, Rick was awesome and accommodating.
We needed a lower floor room because my mother couldn't walk up the stairs. And he was able to move us into one. The cameras on the property made me feel a little more at ease considering the area we were in. The location was not ideal for my 11yr child and my mother. There were lots of "working girls" (for a better term) around the and right outside the gates doing their business. The restroom window didnt lock, and the light in the room kept on flickering. I just felt that the price wasnt worth the few hours we stayed and the environment.
- miranda (1/5): It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. - Nothing. It was sketchy. I left after a couple hours I was uncomfortable Location, cleanliness, didn’t feel safe, stunk all throughout the room.
- Dale (9/5): as expected - as expected deadbolt was hard to secure.
- Tyrone (4/5): -
- sophie (5/5): - a little dirty, used condom wrapper under bed, unsafe location.
- heather (4/5): Short stay - The front desk guy was extremely nice and informative Our room was not clean there were dried up orange peels on the floor even a couple on the bed food left in the mini fridge and dried urine on the bathroom floor.
- Victor Manuel (8/5): - La limpieza
- Dora (7/5): Cheap lodgings, bed and shower, dirty but if you can stomach it, does the job - Kind staff when I arrived, helpful and attentive, room was quiet and warm, bed comfortable, water pressure good in the shower, fridge working. Found long, dark hair on the pillow (I am blonde), so probably sheets were not washed before I arrived - yuk!. When person above was showering, water pouring down in my tub from a hole in the ceiling. Towel hook fell off by itself (was glued on with scotch tape). Internet barely working. Almost no lights in the room, pitch dark. "Ladies of the night" on the corner right by the entrance, waiting for "customers". But, well, cheap is what you pay, cheap is what you get, so for the price I paid, can't really complain - did the job, roof over my head with a bed and a shower.
- Abdullah (6/5): -
- Sir (6/5): - Good price for location & close to children's hospital Not very clean, found drugs in night stand
- Daniela (5/5): It is a good hotel for a short budget stay. - We had easy access to the street level room. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was free and the WIFI was also good. The room had too much furniture (three chairs and an extra cupboard in the kitchen). It was too crowded and we could not properly hang up our clothing. There were no coffee machine and no hair dryer.
- Aigul (10/5): -
- Jonathan (9/5): Super comfortable affordable hotel - Very big clean room for one person, with friendly nice staff. Quiet. With a big fluffy bed. Can't think of anything.
- Rogers (10/5): -
- Laura (4/5): - Good location, relatively clean, reasonably priced. Unacceptable handling of personal belongings, caution advised
While the hotel itself met basic expectations, our experience was seriously marred by the actions of the staff. On one occasion, someone entered our room and removed the bedspread and blankets, rearranging the pillows. This did not appear to be a standard cleaning or bed-making effort.
More concerningly, two days before our scheduled check-out, the room was “cleaned,” and all of our personal belongings were taken without permission. This included food, my medications, toothbrushes, cosmetics, and several other personal items. Such treatment of guests’ property is completely unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this hotel due to this incident. Furthermore, I am still awaiting the refund of my deposit and expect the hotel to address this issue promptly.
- Ric (9/5): -
- Brandon (9/5): -
- Chinzara (5/5): - Better
- Eileen (7/5): Good for the price, was a bit far away from the city, buses came frequently enough - Good price and friendly staff. Room description matched what we saw and we felt secure in our room. Parking lot and rooms are well lit during nighttime. Room could have been cleaner, more pillows for bed. No housekeeping included. The surrounding area did feel a bit sketchy, could hear traffic and sirens outside
- Zachary (10/5): -
- brook (10/5): Try them,,,you will enjoy your stay - Super relaxing with peace and quiet so close to everything including 24 hour full grocery shopping nearby and many other food experiences
Great staff and rooms
- Wylie (1/5): -
- Yurika (10/5): - Reseption person was really nice. He tried to meet my urgent request!
- Ashton (4/5): Fair place for resting, not ideal for hanging around in it. - Beds were the most redeeming quality, sleep was good. Fridge worked great. Touch-lock key is a good safety addition Bathrooms had ants, and the shower was not very comfortable for taller people such as myself. TV was outdated and unable to handle having gaming consoles plugged in to it. The one time we rang for room service they didn't show up
- Jose (7/5): -
- Carlos (10/5): Espacio de descanso tranquilo - Buena atención Umm realmente para el precio no tengo ningún queja
- Kris (7/5): - Awesome staff, super friendly, felt very safe and secure in our room and our car. The beds could use an update
- JENNIFER (2/5): I can't imagine paying any amount of money for the quality of the room that we got. - We drove past the strait of prostitutes and there was one standing right in front of the hotel. When we pulled in. I asked if it was safe, and if they rented the rooms by the hour and they said no. I honestly didn't feel that safe while I was there. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. The shower curtain had Gunk stuck to the upper half. There was hair on the walls and the towels looked like they had oil on one and blood on another. It was absolutely disgusting. My daughter actually refused to shower because I had used the two small minuscule towels. The guy who checked us in at night was amazing, super nice and he had a really gorgeous big bully dog. The sheets smell like smoke. It felt dirty and scary.

- LIHUA (7/5): -
- Alexander (2/5): Not worth it bro - Don’t be fooled with the other good reviews, this place had bugs crawling in the bathroom and a huge gap to see inside the room from outside. Also the area is not the best either with lots of midnight lizards (IFYKYK) and homelessness. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but overall the place is isn’t that great to stay at. Also, everyone and their mother is super active late night around that area so, take it as is.
- Steven (7/5): Watching Ma - Close to T Mobile Just a little dated… but nice front desk
- juyoung (7/5): -
- Allen (8/5): - Modern furniture ,above average quality, beautiful.modern looking kitchen More modern kitchen
- Gayle (3/5): I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. - GOOD BED PILLOWS, NICE FLOORING ROOM DARK, AIR CONDITIONING FILTER NEED CLEANING, SHOWER WALLS HAD SOAP SCUM AND MOLDLY LOOKING GROUT, BED SPREADS WERE SEEDY LOOKING
- Yevgeniy (9/5): I fell in love with Seattle, and the hotel contributed to that. - Nice place, and connected well: the bus stops nearby, and goes to downtown. Bus E, runs frequently. If you arrive by train, you should walk from the train station three blocks on the 2nd and 3rd avenues to catch the bus. There were a refrigerator and a microwave in the room (which was great), but neither a kettle nor a coffeemaker. There was a coffeemaker in the lobby, but it was closed from 10PM to 9AM.
When I arrived, I found only a half roll of toilet paper. I went to the office (fortunately, in was open, after 10PM), got one roll, but no more.
Probably there are stores nearby with coffee, paper, and other supplies. But somehow what I had was enough for me, and I did not explore.
- Spencer (7/5): -
- Heiko (8/5): -
- Marisol (10/5): -
- Higgins (1/5): - The price on line was amazing but was not forwarded about the 200$ security deposit. That i needed to pay 200$ on too of the room cost simply to stay there. I did not stay and went to another hotel instead.
- Marcus (4/5): Cheap but on Hooker Ave - Pluses are that the room is good value for money at <100 USD in Seattle which is very expensive, so I suppose you pay for what you get... But that's about it. The room itself was dated and whilst the bed and toilet was clean, the fridge had not been inspected and contained mouldy food. Luckily we were only staying there one night. We are tourists and so were unfamiliar with the area, but the street after dark is quite rife with hookers, practically on every corner. This may be a plus to some but not for my wife and I. The bright anti-theft lights shine into the room at night and make sleeping difficult.
- Rupuwu (1/5): -
- Frank (1/5): - It was absolutely disgusting, nothing like the photos. Stains on the couch and bedding, graffiti inside on lamps, carpet was sticky, dust, bathroom looked like it had mold, peep hole was broken and studded with toilet paper, door was not sealed shut, prostitutes outside, and the guy refused a refund. Not even because it’s cheap, it should be expected to be at least clean no matter the price. Not worth it in the slightest.
- Marcella (7/5): -
- Stan (8/5): -
- Paulina (10/5): -
- Myron (6/5): -
- James (5/5): -
- Li (7/5): - The staffs are helpful but the facilities in some rooms are not as good as the other rooms of the same value. The first room which we were allocated was a kind of disappointing- the AC not working, room not heating up in the 10℃ season, bathroom difficult to use, one of the room lamps not working. Later they shifted us to the next room and this one proved much better in many aspects. But the shifting itself caused some trouble for us since we had already set up after a long day. In my opinion they should not give the first room if the AC is not working. Besides, the location of this hotel is convenient, parking easy.
- Alexander (10/5): - It's the best stay for travelers around Olympic National Park.
- Tiina (8/5): Decent place for a long stay - They had a large fridge and microwave The toilet was cramped
- Nicolai (7/5): OK for a night - Well-priced standard motel option, not too far away from downtown. It could have been better cleaned... dust on the furniture and the carpet was somewhat sticky...
- Frida (9/5): -
- Rebecca (8/5): Perfectly fine accommodations at an excellent price - Location, Price, comfortable bed and pillows, easy temperature regulation, very nice personnel
- Derek (10/5): Very clean rooms and worry-free parking! A great deal for a motel - Friendly staff, very clean rooms (the cleaner deserves a raise!), good lighting and cameras so I felt safe and didn't worry about my car in the parking lot, good restaurants everywhere Many people may not like the neighborhood but it was fine to me, and I'm just glad that it was close to the place I was going to in Fremont.
- Theodore (10/5): - The management is really conscientious about keeping it clean and quiet. I’ve stayed several times this year and always consistent.
- Behrooz (8/5): - easy parking and AC available
- Reneisha (10/5): -
- John (7/5): -
- Mcboyo (9/5): -
- Oscar (9/5): Nice room, tough neighborhood - Clean Smelling sheets, bed Pillows, shower needs a matt so you don't slip
- Stratton (7/5): -
- Loris (8/5): -
- Mark (6/5): - ok for a cheapskate
- Mashonda (10/5): Good for price - Close to AMC Loud noise around area
- Gonzalez (2/5): Never again - Prostitution, drugs and old bed and sheets. If you are a traveler, don’t stop here! See above
- Charles (2/5): Extremely disappointing even shocking due to seedy neighborhood and motel’s attempt to regulate who comes on to the prem - Price was lower than average and we found out why. Despite fair ratings, property deserves a poor rating. Location- it is in such a seedy part of town- the motel owners put up portable 10 foot chain link fence across one driveway entrance to limit people access to a single entry point/ the motel agent acts also like a sentry. It is tough to write a report like this since the owners appear to be working hard to improve the motel’s cosmetic appearance. I do not feel it is appropriate in a public review to describe details of what I describe as seedy- but the reader can get the idea. Some examples, less personal of the place were coverlets that had burned through from cigarettes and assorted motley towels, and hand towels instead of bath towels. You actually have to bring back yourself to the sentry point any soiled towels if you want new ones.
- TrompICFN (7/5): -
- Haikal (2/5): -
- Thomas (4/5): Not a Happy Place - This was not a happy place. It's quiet until the sun goes down, then the night
crawlers come out. The walls are paper thin, the loud noises outside never end till the sun comes up. If it's rest you seek, this is not the place to get it.
- Randi (6/5): - Shops nearby
- Tsai (8/5): -
- Marisela (4/5): Ok for value - Affordable I had to ask for extra towels for the baby and the guy wanted me to return other towels first . There were three of us and only two sets of towels
- Dale (8/5): -
- Griffin (7/5): - Great staff, very friendly. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds. Lots of good coffee and food close by. Rooms were noisy. Older building, so nothing fancy.
- Dennis (6/5): Served the purpose. Flexible motel arrangements - Convenient location Beddings could have been a little more fresh
- Davis (5/5): - Easy to locate facility. It was clean....but I know the blankets and bedspreads don't get laundered after every guest.
- Beth (6/5): - The room was clean. One sheet had a small tear. Things appear either worn or newly updated. It was much quieter than anticipated and on a Saturday night. I was surprised about the $100 refundable deposit. Overall, a good place to rest.
- Don (10/5): - Clean Friendly
- Theodore (8/5): - Management and ownership are doing a good job of keeping this property clean and safe.
- Diego (8/5): Quite hotel. Comfortable bed. - Conveniently located.
- Achim (8/5): -
- Eduardo (9/5): -
- Daphne (5/5): - The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. There was a constant fan option on the AC which drowned out some noise. Very loud road noise and the upstairs neighbor was literally stomping across the floor until 4 am.
- Man (7/5): - Good room size and stuff No intendent, it is on virtual. The room maid does not speak English.
