• Dee (1/5): - Nothing good to say - aside from being close to the conference Center. Location was fine. But it would have to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, food bits in fridge, hair in the showers, sink in the kitchen had food in the plug, both showers leaked everywhere to the point where there was no point in having a bathmat down because the water was just everywhere. The noise was horrific from the street, we arrived Friday and left monday -I dont think I slept more that a few hours - beds were like two singles pushed together and you could feel the springs. We were at a conference so needed rest. We also saw a lot of ladies of the night coming and going at all hours which was rather disturbing. Revolting

• Paula (7/5): - Mostly all of it Oldish and not 100% clean. Door to fridge cupboard doesn’t close, bathroom bin rusted, shower water goes everywhere even with door closed, bathroom fan screeches, mopped hair in places.

• Naz (6/5): Will consider paying a bit more to stay in hotel next time - Location is very good Only one elevator (other 2 not working) was in use, this affected time to go up and down. Fridge leaked, fan in main bedroom sounds like a plane is taking off. Spider webs in main living room. Some towels were dirty and could not be used.

• Shannon (6/5): Served its purpose, would not return due to the noise. - Location was good. Very noisey due to the proximity of the nightclub district. We needed to purchase ear plugs after two nights of very poor sleep. Bathroom needed a really deep clean. Grout was filthy.

• Melissa (9/5): Superb - The beds were so comfy. The space was great for our group of four. Having the washing machine and full kitchen was super helpful and economical. The indoor pool was also not stuffy so nice to wake up to. Opposite the convention centre n on the free tram line made it so easy for us to get around every day. We didn’t have a car but Joseph helped us out with access and storing our bags. We ll come back. The showers leaked over the hobs - so might need something under the door. Music from hindley street rooftop bars went till 5am but it was Saturday night.

• Krystina (1/5): Absolutely horrible do not risk booking this place at all! - Nothing, we only stayed one night because it was horrible. Do not stay here. Firstly half the place is owned privately so the staff downstairs do not help you and you don’t know what you’re getting. You don’t know about the private ownership till you get there and you are left in the lobby stuck trying to call a random mobile from the app. I was lucky to get in my room because I bumped into the owner in the lobby. The place didn’t feel clean. There were stains on the carpet, it smelt like vinegar cleaning product and when you pulled down the sheets the inside was torn and old. Then the music across the road at the night club is insanely loud. Could not get to sleep till 1am in the morning and that was just a Thursday night. We left and they would not refund us which is so poor of them.

A few lights not working. Bedside lamp kept flickering. After using shower bath mat was soaked(in both bathrooms).

• Penny (7/5): A pleasant stay - Very comfortable space for 3 people, modern, it was really nice to have two bathrooms. Joseph was lovely to deal with. The large balcony was a nice space to hang out on. It would of been nice to be supplied with towels for the pool. Some of the crockery was a little dirty, probable the previous people that stayed. Some information about what to do in Adelaide would of been nice as a tourist. If you don't like noise, May be a problem as it's close to The night clubs in Hindly Street that go till 4am.
• Louise (4/5): Very expensive for an inferior property with lots of issues. - the shower is constructed in such a manner that the whole of the bathroom floor floods with escaped water from the cubicle. The flooding has obviously been happening over a long period of time as the kickboards in the adjoining bedroom are rotten through with the water damage and the paintwork is quite damaged also. A number of the downlights in the suite are not functioning. The noise of the construction works happening in the next suite was unbelievably loud between 9.00 am and 3.00pm each day. and the duff duff music reverberating through the suite from Hindley street at the back until 5.00 am is appalling.

• Rowena (9/5): Joseph was great to deal with, the apartment was spacious, clean, loved the double ensuites. - Location was 10/10. Apartment was clean, roomy, bright and comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. Beds and pillows were divine. The front door key was tricky and really should have been fixed. There were many occasions when we had to get help to maneuver the key/door to get in. This was rather frustrating and did cause some complaints by the guests staying in the room as they weren't ever sure if they would be able to get in without some help.

• David (5/5): It was Ok, just too noisy. - Room was OK, but needs a bit of an upgrade (bathrooms tired, maintenance needed to fix some broken items). Is centrally located in Adelaide, so easy to get to places of interest. Very noisy at night time, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. Unfortunately, Hindley St (the nightclub street) is right behind the hotel with very loud music until late morning.

• Bryan (5/5): If the issues were fixed this would be a good apartment to stay (except Friday and Saturday nights!) - Roomy, and good layout for two couples. Close to public transport, shops and access to main routes. Free parking Wifi didn't work, an attempt to have it rectified wasn't successful. General condition of apartment below average - toilet seat loose, showers leaked, shower door wouldn't close, spa bath jets didn't work, no cleaning products, entrance door lock very difficult to open (even manager had a problem). Do not stay Friday or Saturday due to nightclub noise (NO sleep!). Several light bulbs didn't work, oven extractor broken and fell out, dirty plates. General cleanliness average. Most of the above have been reported in previous reviews but obviously still not addressed
• Craig (8/5): overall pretty good. - size of apartment needs a little bit of maintenance ie a lot of light globes need replacing, fridge panel hinge refix, shower screen door needs adjusting to keep water spray in the recess rather flooding floor outside in the en-suite, No tea bags or coffee pods for supplied machine. Saturday night noise from Hindley street was very loud.

• Vicky (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. - The apartment was clean and spacious. Both bedrooms were a good size. Perfect location as across the road from the Adelaide Convention Centre. The balcony was big and both bedrooms had sliding door access to the balcony. The beds are really comfortable. The deadlock on the front door was broken. The bedroom sliding doors did not have a lock/closing mechanism. As the apartment was on the 16th floor, it may not be an issue for some.

Second bedroom sliding door didn’t lock and main bedroom door didn’t unlock. Just some minor maintenance issues that if fixed could make this apartment great

Parking for car included. 16th floor apartment. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi excellent too. Joseph the owner is helpful and receptive to suggestions for improvement. Recommended. A few minor issues with maintenance, pillows and noise from Hindley Street on Friday and Saturday night, which is no one's fault.

• Jenny (7/5): Good - loved the position and the view. The noise until about 4am from Hindley Street and we had trouble sleeping so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Double glazing would solve the problem. I also had problems with my key - it simply wouldn’t go in the lock or open the door. Just as well my friend had a key!

Then once in room , it was filthy , the spa didn’t work which was main reason for booking this room. The list goes on, I think the title “ penthouse” has been used a little loosely. Very disappointing from the get go.
• Disappointed! (2/5): - It was dirty in the bathroom and toilet, stained couch , dirty floors and kitchen bench tops, food scraps left in the sandwich toaster. Bed was not made, Broken tiles, peeling paint.......Yuk - Yuk - Yuk AND its not a Penthouse !
