- Gerald (9/5): Very pleasant and convenient. Good value. - The owner was extremely accommodating. He met us at the entry to the building when we arrived by taxi and then gave us a tour of the property. We found the next morning that the bathtub was slippery and we called him to request a rubber bathmat to be placed in the tub. He brought a new one to us the same day. We reserved two apartments -- one for my wife and I and the other for my son and his family, which includes 4 young children. The apartments are well furnished Western style and especially spacious for Japan (1.5 bathrooms), and have wonderful views of Kobe and the ocean. The apartment provided for my son's family included a playroom filled with toys, which our grandchildren really liked. We were within walking distance of Shin-Kobe and various restaurants and playgrounds, and there was also a bus stop right in front of the building, for the bus route to the downtown shopping areas. There were two things that could have been better. One was that the bedding for the queen size bed was too narrow for the mattress; the bottom bedsheet did not tuck in on the sides. The second was that the hot water heater repeatedly turned off, although the owner showed us how to reset it, which then solved the problem each time.

- John (10/5): Atoo is Amazing!!! - This was our first visit to Kobe. Our apartment was perfect and felt very homely. Atoo treated us like family. Surprising, we had a great time talking about our hometown in Brooklyn and Hong Kong where Atoo resided for some time. It was great to meet someone who spoke Cantonese. Also, Atoo went out of his way to assist us with recommendations, info and even drove us to the station. Highly recommended if staying in Kobe!!! None

Everything was easily communicated through Whatsapp and Atoo was quick to respond. There was a bus stop right outside and it took us less than 15 minutes to get to downtown. The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I especially love the balcony with the beautiful sea view, such a relaxing spot after a day out. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Shin-Kobe Station, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The owner is always friendly, responsive, and makes sure every detail is taken care of. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

We were very comfortable, had space, and loved the view and nearby area (especially Kitano). It's an aging property, but the owners do all they can to keep it well maintained and very clean. - pagoda (10/5): I had a great stay. - From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The check-in was easy, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The apartment was way bigger than I expected, it felt more like a real home than a hotel room. It had a living room, two bedrooms, a balcony with a great view, and even a full kitchen with pots, pans, and basic spices. The place was super clean and well-kept. You can tell they take care of it properly. The bed was soft, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even a washing machine which made things very convenient for a longer stay. The location was perfect, only a few minutes' walk from Shin-Kobe Station. I could easily hop on the train to go anywhere in the city. There were also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so getting food or essentials was no problem at all. It was quiet at night, and I felt very safe the whole time. I really appreciated the little touches like fast Wi-Fi, clean towels, and even some helpful guidebooks in the room. Overall, I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe!

The view was also one of my favorite things. You can see the sea right from the balcony, it was peaceful and really nice to wake up to. It added a calm and quiet vibe to the whole place. The location was super convenient. It’s in a quiet area, but you can easily walk to shops, convenience stores, and even the train station. I didn’t have any trouble getting around. The apartment had a nice breeze during the day and good sunlight coming in, which made the room feel fresh and bright. The host was really nice and quick to respond. If I had a question, they got back to me fast and were very helpful. Overall, I had a smooth and easy stay. Sea View Court is a chill and comfortable place, I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, spacious spot in Kobe with a lovely sea view.

The location is perfect, it's in a quiet, upscale area that feels safe and peaceful. You still have easy access to places like Shin-Kobe Station (just a short walk), but the area itself is calm and relaxing. What I loved the most was how quiet it was. I usually can’t sleep early, so I like to take time to relax at night. The balcony was my favorite spot, I had a little midnight snack there and just enjoyed the view, and oh not to mention they have a free seasonings and spices if you need one (used it). Honestly, it was the best view at night I’ve had in a while. It really helped me unwind. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the whole place just felt like home. If you’re looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Kobe, I really recommend Sea View Court. I only stayed one night, but I’d love to come back for a longer stay next time.

The room also had a small playroom with lots of toys, which I think is perfect for families with kids, even though we didn’t bring a child, I thought it was a really nice touch. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook meals, pots, pans, utensils, even seasonings. We didn’t use it because we only stayed one night, but it would be super useful for longer stays. The owner was very friendly and quick to reply whenever I had a question. They were warm and helpful, which made the stay even better. The apartment is clean and well taken care of. Overall, I loved my stay at Sea View Court and would definitely recommend, especially for families with kids. 😊
