• Abhishek (7/5): Gorgeous view, brilliant staff, low on amenities - Beautiful views as its on a hill top. Awesome staff who will look after you. Food was great during weekend. Negligible amenities. Broken TT table, kids play area was for infants with no fans. Courage was weirdly designed with bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Dinner on weekday will be with frozen chapathis warmed up.

El desayuno, podían haber incluido un poco mas de fruta, desayuno indú. Calidad baja. Se podría mejorar bastante. La cena lo mismo, no recomiendo la media pensión. Hay sitios cerca donde poder comer/cenar.

• baxamusa (2/5): - We were planning to book some other resort but i insisted my husband to book munnar tea hill resort. The staff is so less and lazy. Had to call them thrice then the boy attented. My room ac and phone were not working. Dining area is smaller then a matchbox. They dont have staff at all. Pls dont go on the pictures tbh. And there is no great view as well. This resort is not in proper munnar.

• Engel (10/5): We had a fantastic 4 days at the resort. Staff was amazing and very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back on - We love the location and the views. Also enjoyed the birds chirping all day as we love bird watching. The variety of flowers and plants is outstanding. So beautiful The WIFI was a bit weak the first 2 days but then it got fixed

• Mohan (6/5): Pleasant - Garden is good. Rooms didn't meet the expected facility. There was no basic amenities like a/c, windows had no mosquito net so we couldn't open it at night for proper ventilation. Room rent was high based on the facilities provided in the room.
• Nithin (5/5): Passable - We accidentally broke a tray and we informed the reception. It was a small tray, there were 2 such trays in the cottage, one big and one small. We accidentally broke the smaller one. When we were checking out, I informed them about it again and asked them to bill it. The staff confirmed the price to be 250 after calling pertaining staff. When I was about to pay, a male older receptionist said it cost 450, this came out of the blue. The other staff kept telling him that it was the smaller tray that was broken, but he kept insisting it was the bigger one. I felt disappointed that he was claiming false damage and I just paid 500 and asked him to keep the change. It was just shady that he came off like that just for 200 extra, he didn’t even bill it. He just took the money. Also, there was vomit in the common dining area floor, which they kept uncleaned for a whole lot of time despite guests needing to eat breakfast, that was just depressing.

• Jovin (5/5): Basic B&B, suited for short stay at Munnar - The booking process was smooth. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The inside of the cottage was clean and comfortable with a good view of the valley below. The kitchenette had tea and coffee making facilities with bottled water as well. The breakfast, although predominantly South Indian, was good, and there were some limited continental options as well. The access to the resort from Munnar Bypass is along a narrow road with no protective barrier at one portion and a steep climb at the end. Moreover, Google maps can give erroneous directions whilst approaching the area and I felt that it would be better if the resort sent clear guidance to reach the location. My stay was in a cottage, but I was disappointed to see a lot of waste dumped outside the front yard of the cottage, with a stink in the air, although I am unsure where it came from. I also felt that the maintenance of the outside of the cottages was not up to the mark. The hot water facility in the bathroom was not great, as it was mostly cold water coming through. I wish there was a refrigerator in the kitchenette.

• Lior (5/5): Passable - the view the room was dirty even after we asked to clean the room. the switch of the hot water wasn't working properly so we did not have hot water one evening. they had to come and fix it. the staff wasn't friendly. the restaurant was dirty, the tables were sticky and often the floor was dirty as well. the food was OK but not more that that. the lighting was very poor in my room.

Room was not cleaned for our stay of 3 nights. First the reason was given that we need to put tag 'clean my room'. Then only it will be cleaned. Next day we put the tag, but it was not cleaned. No water, no tea bags replenished. The name resort is misleading. It's heavily overpriced hotel. Not much dinner options for vegetarian. Fill cheated by name resort. Not a value for money. Please avoid. Better to get 3 star hotel in Munnar city.
• Rajiv (4/5): Two Things - This is NOT Munnar but 11 kms out and Second this is not Munnar Tea County but Country - View is superb...not so much from rooms but common viewing balcony. Vegetation is amazing too. Hard working staff. Bizarre designs of rooms ( actually made for apartments and converted to Hotel as an afterthought ), creaking infrastructure, 2018 Ranking being presented as current and resort very different from pictures, pricing is not competitive .

• Santha (9/5): Well spent holiday 😀 - It’s a beautiful resort with many hospitable people. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff were all very obliging right from the guard till the manager. If time permits I sincerely hope to visit this resort again. Elders staying here will find it difficult to use the wash room because the bedrooms are situated upstairs and the toilets situated downstairs

The hotel is rooms are worth 2-3k, it’s like a treebo budget hotel. Overall horrible experience will not blindly trust booking.con hence forth.
