Roberto (1/5): Una vera e propria TRUFFA di Booking - Nulla. Siamo arrivati alle 16:00 ed alle 16:30 siamo andati via. Praticamente nonostante su Booking fosse scritto che la casa era accessoriata con il bidet in bagno quest’ultimo non era presente ma era presente un bidet alla francese che vi lascio solo immaginare con un bambino piccolo e persone anziane. Inoltre sempre su Booking c’è scritto Wi-Fi ma è praticamente assente quindi dovendo lavorare in Smart working ho avuto un grave danno. Le stanze al nostro arrivo erano molto sporche. Addirittura in una stanza penso al massimo di 7/8 m2 c’erano un letto singolo ed un letto a castello ( quindi stanza per 3 persone) contro tutte le regole emanate dalla regione Campania. Inoltre sempre su Booking era indicato tavolo da pranzo dimenticandosi di specificare che il tavolo si trovava solo all’ esterno. Anche perché poi all’interno non c’era spazio per inserire un tavolo da pranzo per far pranzare 5 persone. Divano piccolissimo e scomodissimo ( mio figlio di 7 anni non poteva stendersi ( vi ho detto tutto). I condizionatori visti dall’esterno erano sporchi. L’esterno per nulla curato, secondo un mio personale, punto di vista. Avevo prenotato per due settimane ma per tutte queste cose, veramente inaccettabili ho dovuto lasciare la struttura anche perché quello che veniva scritto da Booking non è stato per nulla garantito e rispettato. Sono ormai 20 gg che sono in contatto con Booking per essere rimborsato e mi sto muovendo già per vie legali. Perché ripeto …. non rispettare quello che c’è scritto su Booking viola le puoi basilari norme di correttezza. E’ stata una vera e propria TRUFFA. Sono in contatto anche con la regione Campania per far fare dei controlli sulle metrature della casa che, secondo un mio personalissimo punto di vista, non rispettano i requisiti minimi per un alloggio di ben 5 persone. Ovviamente se Booking riesce a risarcirmi contattando anche il proprietario della struttura ben venga…. Tutto, tranne la gentilezza della signora che ci ha fatto il “ check in” ed il successivo ed immediato “check out”.

Vaclav (9/5): Superb - The place is very nice, the pool is superb, Tony and his family are very friendly. The apartment has all the equipment. There is a large parking inside the property. There is a good pizzeria in a walking distance - Ristorante Alano. We've spend about 10 days and most of the time WIFI didn't work:(. Tony said they had some issue with the modem which will be fixed soon.
Valentina (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and yet quiet enough to relax. We really enjoyed the pool area ( you will need swimming caps which can be purchased on site if you do not have your own). There apartment has a small kitchen with all the basic things to make your own meal; if you do not fancy cooking there are plenty of options nearby everything was great

Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely pool and pool area. - The outdoor terrace area and pool area was lovely. The pool was clean and a good size with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The only criticism was the size of the apartment. It wasn't quite big enough for 4 people and had a small kitchen. The bathroom was just sufficient. Overall a nice residence in a nice area though restaurants are very Italian but that is typica of the area and not a problem for us.
Georg (10/5): Gemütliches kleines und persönliches Hotel - Wir hatten ein schönes Appartment, ein toller großer Pool in einem schattigen Garten, beides sehr wertvoll an heißen Tagen. Toni und seine Frau sind sehr auskunftsfreudig und hilfsbereit. Auch unseren beiden Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen.
