The stairs make it hard for older people but the hosts bent over backwards to assist in every way, even coming to carry bags down on the morning of our departure.

Хороше розташування в старому центрі, було тихо, так як широкі стіни. Привітний господар. Дуже приємно, що нам залишили магніт-сюрприз на памʼять про Геную) Єдиний мінус, що дещо зіпсував враження- ми домовились з господарем, що виїдемо до 11:00. Починаючи з 9 ранку, працівник прямо під нашими дверима почала прибирання в шафі, і дві години шуміла, стукала , натякаючи на наш виїзд. І в кінці апогеєм стало те, що поки ми їли, вона включила вентилятор прямо над головою у нас, який ми вимкнути не мали змоги, було холодно і неприємно . Якщо це спосіб раніше виселити гостей - вам вдалось, ми виїхали раніше ніж домовлялись, але враження і настрій було через це зіпсовано.(саме за це оцінка 8, а не 10)

• Erica (10/5): Soggiorno ideale - Posizione strategica in una zona molto caratteristica a 2 passi da San Lorenzo e comodissima ad ogni punto della città. L’appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo era dotato di ogni comfort sia per brevi che più lunghi soggiorni. I proprietari molto gentili ci hanno accolto personalmente e dato indicazioni preziose per il parcheggio ed il soggiorno in generale.

• Sco (9/5): Mitten in der Altstadt von Genua - Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt, sehr guter Standort mitten in den kleinen Gassen und in der Nähe der Kathedrale. Sauber, praktisch, viele kleine nette Details wie Kaffee und Zucker. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit zum late checkout! Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis!! Wir kommen gern wieder! Eigentlich nichts. Bitte bedenken, dass man in der Altstadt von Genua nur schwer /nicht parken kann. Wir haben uns für den Parkplatz Mercanzia entschieden. Teuer, aber sehr nah. Bitte lasst euch nicht vom Treppenhaus abschrecken, das einen Anstrich vertragen könnte (aber das kann sicher nicht nur ein Wohnungsbesitzer allein entscheiden). Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand!!

Non c’era un grammo di polvere in giro. La cosa più bella è stato conoscere le ragazze che gestiscono la casa, gentilissime ci hanno coccolato e sono state sempre a disposizione davvero super!

Proprietari gentilissimi, sempre disponibili. Il palazzo è in un’ottima posizione. Avevo letto dei commenti negativi riguardo al palazzo. È vero che non è perfetto, ma è esattamente il linea con i palazzi della città! Non crolla nulla non preoccupatevi! E le rampe di scale per salire non sono così tante, si può fare molto molto tranquillamente, anche perché sono molto larghe.

Great communication with the owner/manager who were very pleasant. Nicola was a big help. Perfect location in the Old Town section. Clean. Washing machine. Many restaurants, fruit/vegetable shops nearby. Also a couple grocery stores. Stairs with no elevator. No curbside drop off or pick up.

• Monika (10/5): es war fantastisch h - Ich wurde persönlich begrüsst und Maria hat mir alles gezeigt. Die Beschreibung und Informationen per Whats App waren sehr ausführlich und gut. Das Appartement liegt sehr gut gelegen in der Altstadt und am Porto Antico. Es ist alles da was man braucht und Maria ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist sehr schade das es keinen Balkon hat. Aber dies ist in einer Altstadt gar nicht möglich.

• UniverSara (10/5): A Gem in Genoa - We had a wonderful stay at Your Sweet Home. Marilin was a perfect host, who was so helpful with recommendations, restaurants and knowledge of the area. Marilin went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much Marilin. The apartment was very clean and spacious, great WiFi, great shower and a very comfortable bed. Great kitchen. We loved the location. I wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing. It was a wonderful experience and this is a great base for exploring Genoa.

Było wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia miłego urlopu. I to co ważne, a niewidoczne na zdjęciach, pomieszczenia są klimatyzowane. Jedyny element, który może przysporzyć trudności to wniesienie walizek, ale to jednorazowe przedsięwzięcie :-)

• Simona (9/5): Overall it was a great stay - Everything except the fact that There is no elevator and the stairs are steep. We had to carry our luggage 2 stories up and we had 4 big cases and 1 stroller. The smell around the block has horrible but then again the entire neighbourhood smells bad.

• Jindrich (9/5): Superb - Located in the city center , just few steps from city port , supermarket just 2-3 minutes away , nicely renovated flat , with very well equiped kitchen, the host was very friendly and helped us with everything the ancient house itself would require renovation, the flat itself is quite dark - but this probably typical due to location in historical city center , with lot of narrow , tiny streets

She knew I was arriving early and made the apartment available as soon as she could. She was very helpful with neighborhood information. The kitchen was well appointed with paper towels, napkins , olive oil and spices. Also coffee for the first day. Location in the centro storico is perfect for visiting Genoa and an easy walk to all sites. If arriving by train I would recommend taking a cab or the metro to the apartment. The stairs are quite steep but if you take it slow and are in decent shape they are very manageable.

• Maile (10/5): A great place to stay in the historic old town. - The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is perfectly situated to walk to the harbor and enjoy the historic center. The hosts Marilyn and Nicola were exceptionally kind, informative and accommodating. Before arriving she provided good directions and links to various places to eat and buy groceries. Nothing really. There are some steep stairs before entering the apartment but I was aware of this in advance. Being in the historic center the buildings are old so this is expected. In fact when arriving and leaving the hosts helped me with my bags.

The owner meets you on arrival explaining everything using a translation app. Saturday night can be different when people party on at restaurants in the surrounding alleys until the wee hours.

• Melissa (10/5): It was excellent and right in the heart of Genoa. Owners went out of their way to help us - It is very clean. It’s right in the middle of downtown Genoa so you can walk everywhere and see anything you want to. Close to shops, eating, sightseeing. Never had to take a taxi anywhere except to get to the cruise port and that was only 10 minutes away. The owners were very helpful met us late in the evening to show us where the house was and even called a taxi for us. They helped us get our luggage up the stairs. Not handicapped accessible which we knew and we’re fine with walking two flights of stairs. It wasn’t much. Freshly renovated had everything we needed. Nothing negative to say.
• Julie (10/5): Well appointed homely apartment in the old town, close to Via Lorenzo, Metro station and wharf. - Hosts were very helpful, meeting us at the Metro station and escorting us through the old laneways to the apartment, which is close by. Nicola generously assisted us carry our suitcases up & down the 2 flights of stairs. Comfortable and well appointed kitchen including a supply of great coffee. Loved the location and nearby eateries including fresh pasta shops.

We arrived in Genoa and Marilin's husband came to meet us at the Metro to show us how to get to the apartment. Along the way, he pointed out eateries, supermarket and other facilities. He used Google translate to speak to us in English. The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and everything we expected. The kitchen had everything we required as well as coffee. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water and great water pressure, The apartment itself is located in a small, quiet laneway just off the main street, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. There are bars and restaurants close by and plenty of eateries with a variety of food. This apartment is great value for money and the hosts are the wonderful. Nothing

Etc. modern apartment, secure, lovely shower, very comfortable. Washing machine was a bonus. Maria and her husband were lovely hosts. They helped us with our luggage amet us at arrival and departure at our taxi and walked us up the lovely narrow alleys to our apartment. Nothing, it was great

• Natalia (7/5): No air conditioning - Location is good, it’s centrum. Apartment is not small and has all necessities. It’s clean and renovated. The host is very polite. She even helped to carry our bags, when I had a problem with my back. The problem is that there is no air conditioning! And that is a huge problem, when temperature is more that 37 degrees in August. I used the fans, they didn’t help, but I got a problem with my back. It would have been nice, if the host wrote in her message to me that there is no air conditioning. She knows that the temperature in August is high and fans can’t help at all. Of course I would cancel the booking. Also 2 staircases, that’s too high and long, not suitable for women with bags. No lift.
